could not get anyone to give me a range of how much it cost to change a sprinkler head. While , I understand you want to send a technician out to assess what is a simple task, Respectfully were not saving lives or putting people in the moon here.

We got back from work to a water bubble the size of a bowling ball on our office ceiling. Called Cherokee plumbing and they sent out Will to come fix the issue. This is our second time using Cherokee for our plumbing issues and we are customers for life. Both times they came out they’ve been open and honest about pricing and issues. Even giving us advice on what to try ourselves before trying anything more invasive/expensive. For this instance, Will was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Huge fan of this company!

Called today for an outdoor faucet replacement. Needed it done immediately. It was no problem for Cherokee. Office was very polite, answered and scheduled for today. Rudy came out, diagnosed the issue and provided up front pricing. Rudy was very professional, walked me through what happened and how he would fix it. He used carpet protection paper and vacuumed up the Sheetrock mess. A+ work. Will use again for my plumbing needs.

I have used Cherokee Plumbing for several projects during the last few years. They have always provided excellent customer service and fair pricing. My most recent interaction involved cutting through a poured concrete patio to repair a sewer line. I was given a very detailed estimate and options to solve my problem. The company’s communication was excellent and employees Andrew and Will labored to finish the project quickly. The final project was completed exactly to my design specifications and has worked perfectly since. I will continue to recommend Cherokee Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

Had a busted outdoor faucet from the freeze in February. It busted inside the wall. Turned on the water to spray the yard and had a mess. Cherokee Plumbing came out the same day I called and fixed everything. Technician was very friendly and fast. Good company. Would recommend.

He also answered all of my questions. He gave me a super fair estimate and fixed everything. He was so kind and respectful. I love Cherokee and will never use anyone else!
