Arrival window between 8a-5p, was informed I would receive notification when the tech was on the way. Got a text about tech being dispatched at 2:57p, I don’t live in the house being serviced— so I headed over immediately. I got to the house at 3:12p and no one had arrived.
Opted to call the helpline at 4:30p, they informed me the tech moved on since they “could not get ahold of me” and quoted twice where I was called at 2:57p and 3:05p. I was not called either time. Informed me the tech would be over in 30 minutes.
After another hour and a half, the tech shows up at 6p.
12 total inches of PEX, a PRV valve, and a new shut off valve was installed for $2500… Installed in such a way that it is now impossible to put the vanity back.
They also appeared to add on a $170 membership type thing.
So massively unhappy with the service, technician, and company.
Absolute waste of time, money, and resources.
If you have the ability to go with a local company, I would highly recommend it.

This company has some top-notch people working for it. I am so glad my rental company called them to fix old leaky water pipes. They ended up replacing the whole system in a day, and I am so grateful for all of them. Stephen, Robert, Ryland, Steven, Brad, and Jose were all so knowledgeable, polite, personable, and patient. They carefully made sure the doors closed while going in and out when working so my two dogs would not get out, even stopping for quick pets on their way, as they worked. They were so respectful of our home. They answered all of our questions and were so very polite to us older people. These young men are very good at what they do, and such great personalities. Please make sure they know they are valued, and take care of these guys! 5 stars, would give 100 if I could!

Blake and Kael were excellent. Timely arrival, good explanation of the issue and the solution. They were able to fix the issue same day. The quote was accurate, with NO hidden charges. As we needed the water heater fixed, we agreed to what was a fairly steep charge. Great customer service. Great service. A little pricey

Also, on Jan. 31, 2026, Jeremiah Lacobee & Brad Stoehr put in a hot water heater & did multiple new faucets in & outside the house. They were incredibly HARD workers! So very polite & cordial! When you’re searching for which plumber to call-call Hi-Tech Plumbing (which is part of Air Comfort Solutions.) Blake came exactly when he said he would, he immediately covered his shoes. He was professional and polite. His manager even dropped in during the visit as a routine customer check. My handyman had cut a waterline and couldn’t fix it. We couldn’t turn our water back on because of it. Blake and his manager were professional and compassionate, they saw what needed to be done and quickly repaired the line beautifully. I will never again call a handyman to do a plumbers job-or for hvac. It’s just to important. Thank you Blake and manager for saving my day!!! We had Stephen and Robert from Hi-Tech Plumbing out to our home over a couple of visits to evaluate a suspected yard water leak and review our water heater system. From the beginning, they were professional, clear, and extremely thorough in their explanations.

Initially, it looked like we had a significant leak on our side of the main, and they provided options for spot repair as well as full line replacement. When they returned after the city repaired a leak at the main, they rechecked everything and determined that our leak had actually been resolved during the city’s repair. Instead of pushing unnecessary work, they were upfront and honest that no repair was needed at this time. That level of integrity says a lot.

They also took the time to walk us through the condition of our water heater system and provided thoughtful recommendations and options without pressure. We truly appreciated their candor, professionalism, and willingness to give us time to plan and budget rather than rushing into a major expense.

Stephen and Robert were excellent to work with, and because of how they handled this situation, Hi-Tech will absolutely be our first call for future plumbing needs.

All the ACS teams have been amazing. Every team member has very gracious with their time and explanation of of events concerning the sewer line. Each one of the. Keep a clean work area and cleaned up before leaving. Made sure everything worked properly as well..

Overcharging for simple repairs. A gasket had come off PVC pipe under sink. Part cost less than $10, took different plumber 5 minutes to complete repair. Hi Tech/Air Comfort wanted to charge me $1100 and rebuild my sink drain that was installed last year. No thank you.
Their plumbers work on commission and they charge $800 an hour regardless of what the problem is. It’s like paying a plastic surgeon to remove a splinter.
For large elaborate repairs, I think they do great work, but for simple stuff, I’ll go elsewhere.

No one from your staff has reached out to me to discuss my complaint about your overcharging policies. You need to do better - be transparent, if you are going to charge a base rate of $800 an hour for ANY repair you need to have that on your website.

Levi and Dalton were very professional and friendly. They quickly diagnosed the potential problem and solved it in no time. They were protective of our property and cleaned up very well after the job was done. They asked if we had any questions about the job and solution and encouraged to call again if we had any other plumbing needs. Great representative of the company. Oh, the price was very good!

Air Comfort Solutions manages this company. They blackmail you into giving them 5 star reviews because their technicians get 25$ if you do.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. This company is the single worst thing to ever happen to me. They refused to attempt to clear a drain for me and instead sold me a 10,000$ service as a cheaper option than digging up my floor. they preyed on my fear and ignorance and their “solution” flooded my utility room and garage and doesn’t work even after they “fixed” it by replacing a part in the pump they used to bypass my floor drain. Another plumbing company cleared my drain for 230 dollars in less than an hour.

Never under any circumstances use this company for your plumbing needs. They are poorly managed and have poor ethical practices. Not to mention they’re extremely over priced even if you do happen to get lucky and not have them break or ruin something in your home.

Overall I had a good experience. The company had issue with the answering service getting the call out, so I had to wait a while longer than expected, but once they received it they were at my home within 30 minutes. The technician Amanda Sheppard was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. What we found wasn't a simple fix, so I had to get multiple quotes. They were a little on the higher side as far as cost, but the warranty they offer was pretty good. If you needed a quick repair than I would definitely call them first, but if you need a major overhaul than it's always best to shop around.

The boys did excellent. Great communication, interacted very well, very knowledgeable about the job that they were performing for the customer. They let me know every step that they were doing and I would recommend them again and again - great job team- keep up the good work. Remember team, customer service and respect is the number one goal in business.
