They did a great job replacing all the parts in our toilet. They spent extra time answering all our questions about other plumbing needs we will have to tackle in the future. They were on time and quick getting it fixed. They were kind and hard working men. We are very thankful to have found a trustworthy plumber.

Quick, responsive, and fair. I have an older home and they were able not only to get someone dispatched same day, but they sent someone who was able to solve the root cause of the issue. I have used them multiple times around the house and have been really happy with their service. Their employees are very knowledgeable to good at explaining the issue even if you don't know much about plumbing.

Redbeard has been my go to plumbing company for three years. They are responsive, do top quality work, and their staff technicians are knowledgeable and personable.

In this instance I had an after hours emergency leak with the tubing above my hot water heater. They were there promptly that same evening to stop the leak and make repairs. Jay Garcia was the tech on call and took great care of us.

Exceptional experience with water heater troubleshooting and repair. It’s rare to find plumbers who are not only skilled but genuinely pleasant to work with, these guys exceeded expectations. While I appreciate the technician that came out and did the repair. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of than by this company. I had a pipe bust on the first floor of our house and since it was the day after Christmas I had a house full of guests. They came out and it took approximately an hour to do the repair and used some plastic pipe and a few fittings then charged me $2500. I felt totally taken advantage of. I called to complain and was told a manager would call and I’m still waiting. If you can steer clear of this company.

As of today, I have yet to receive a response from Hi-Tech. I’m waiting to discuss my issue with the service and costs and not surprisingly, I am still waiting. If you really take my issue seriously I think you owe me the courtesy of call.

Barry the technician that came out to service my plumbing was one of the top five best service agents I’ve ever come across and I’ve been in this line of work for 18 years. He did everything they promised and more with running the camera and showing me what issues I have. He was also very respectful and professional and very, very clean and orderly. Would definitely recommend Barry for anyone dealing with a plumbing issue. And they only charged me $99 They definitely under sold and over delivered.

Gavin was great. He explained the problem and gave us options to remedy the problem.

The man did a great job yesterday at our home. They didn’t leave until almost 7 o’clock last night. They have been very trustworthy a complete thorough job and most of all very friendly. I couldn’t think of using anybody else.

This review is specifically for Tyler Hubbs detecting and repairing a complicated line leak. He is the most knowledgeable and capable plumbing repair tech I have had on my properties. I will request him for future services.

Amanda Sheppard provided multiple options for repair with set pricing that did not change after job completion. I appreciated her directness when questioned on costs. The same day quote and job completion on this project was stunning, since it was Sunday.

I feel like I was misled on the price. I told them I wanted the cheapest option for a water heater and they said ok. But was then still charged for the more expensive one. I didn’t learn this until it was installed and the repairman explained to me why it was so expensive. The other clue was that there was some filtration unit that has to be installed and that is when I realized I’d been duped. I said I did not want that one. I think the prices were not correct that were quoted to me. They also have not come out and installed the part that I paid for but didn’t want. This review score is for the sales tactics and price and lack of follow through. The actual installer, Christian, was very good and seemed like an honest guy.

Gary Boren from Hi-Tech did a great job in fixing my leak at a faucet in our bathroom. He told me the solution and then had the parts with him to quickly to repair the leaky faucet. He was a true professional. I highly recommend him.

The plumber that installed my new water heater was great. Very nice guy. He did a excellent job. The work looks very clean and professional. He explained what work was performed very well and also gave me tips to keep my system in good shape for years to come. He also explained how the warranty for the work performed works as well as the warranty for the tank itself. I'm very satisfied. Thanks Mr. Gary Boren.

Mr Lokey is excellent. He walked us through what would be necessary to excavate a bad sewer line and provided clarity on another excavation option we did not know about. We took that new option. He was on the job when he said he would be and he has kept us informed of everything as the job has progressed I am glad he is the one doing the excavation and pipe replacement. Thank you, Raymond!

Raymond was courteous and professional. He did great work installing the new water heater and explained how to use it. He even cleaned up where he was working

Called them out for a tub not draining. First tech tried a drain snake once for a couple of minutes. Then a second tech showed up and informed us that we would have to open up the wall and bust out the plan and replace a good section of pipe and the whole tub drain and sink drains. Never ran a camera at all before coming to this conclusion. Never tried anything different to try to fix anything. I told my wife they couldn't get anything fixed and told her the price of the drain cleaning. The texh then approached my wife and asked if I told her that " they didnt know what they were doing". Very unprofessional and they barely attempt a fix before telling you that you have ro start opening up floors and walls. Trying to get a $99 service turned into a few thousand dollars worth if repairs you may not actually need. Stear clear of Hi-tech.

After waiting 3 days for Mullin to show up, we called Hi Tech at 6 pm to come out and fix a leak in our slab. Robert Hall came over within 30 minutes of our call. He found the leak and gave us several options for the repair.
He came back the next morning with Stephen Gilstad to pin point the leak and made a plan to fix it.
That afternoon Brad Stoehr came out with his crew and they completed the repair in two hours.
We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of all the guys involved. The workmanship was excellent and we are very glad we called them.

Amanda was wonderful. She came out on a Saturday. She was so helpful, professional. and informative. She explained every step and all the warranties, cost that would be attached. She has a company coming out with fans and humidifiers to dry up any problems. There will be hot water tonight. Woo hoo!

We’ve had quite a ride with this company. We first had Gabe out on Saturday, he attempted to clear our pipes, but unfortunately that only lasted two days.

On Monday, I called back around 5 a.m, by 9:30 a.m., Levi and Dalton were headed back out to check out the situation. They worked hard to clear the line, ran a camera, and determined that there was an issue toward the end of the line near our tree. They provided a quote to dig into the line and figure out why they couldn’t see beyond that point.

Because of our schedule, we weren’t able to move forward until Wednesday. Raymond and Quinn showed up first thing Wednesday morning and got straight to work. By about 10 a.m., they had found the problem and gave us a new quote. It turned out our entire line from the house to the main city line needed to be replaced due to us having Orangeburg pipes.

They worked tirelessly, coordinating with everyone involved, including the city for inspection, and now, as of noon on Friday, they’re wrapping up and I have fully functioning pipes again. I am genuinely amazed by the team, ESPECIALLY Raymond and Quinn. They were incredibly patient with me and my husband, answering all of our questions and explaining everything thoroughly, even allowing us to go out and see what was happening as they were working on it.

If you can request specific technicians, I highly recommend asking for Raymond and Quinn. These two made this rough experience a little more manageable & worked with us on our schedule.

Good work in timely manner. I can’t thank you enough. Teams were fantastic. The work is complying with the city code. Water leak found and fixed. Changed the water heater insulated and vented wich was done wrongly by other contractor six months ago. Keep the good work guys!
