This is the second time we’ve used Red Beard Plumbing. Once for Plumbing and the other four maintenance call on our heat and air. The technicians were very professional and on time. Very pleased.

Tyler & Ely from Red Beard Plumbing were fantastic! They were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They informed me of all my options and price quotes for the many repairs on my list. They did an excellent job on a major repair to replace a shattered toilet flange (without cracking the floor tiles), installing a new toilet, and replacing one of our outdoor faucets with a serious leak issue. I highly recommend Red Beard Plumbing. Even the office scheduling staff were amazing.

I have used Red Beard Plumbing several times from kitchen sink installation to installing a hot water tank. They are always on time, professional, respectful of my property, and explain everything to me. I trust them for all my plumbing needs. So happy to know they provide heat & air service now! One stop shopping! Highly recommend!

First time using Red Beard. The guys did a great job fixing several plumbing related things for me! A stuck valve seal and broken handle on a toilet, a leaky outdoor spigot replacement, and a clogged ac drain line. They were on time, very polite and quickly took care of everything. Discussed cost with me upfront. Very knowledgeable. They didn’t mind me watching while they worked and answered all my questions.

I used Red Beard because a few years ago my pipes froze during the winter. I’d called around to several places and gotten zero help. Red Beard was booked but still took the time to talk to me on the phone and give me several ways to try to unfreeze everything and what to watch for in case any lines broke. I was so thankful for that as a new home owner. I’d definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Red Beard has been my go-to plumbing contractor for the last few years. Their techs are friendly and very knowledgeable of their trade. I have never had to wait long to get service. If I send an email, or call the office, they always get back to me very quickly.

Tyler and Taylor were on time. They were very friendly and explained everything in detail. The job required more because leak found behind the wall. But they were prepared with appropriate materials on hand! Had the job done in no time!!!

Great service! Taylor and Dee arrived at agreed upon time. They were very professional and gave a detailed description of the issue and solution. I will use them in the future and would never hesitate in referring friends and relatives.

Plumber ran a camera from outside, underneath the house, and discovered a dip in the pipe from the toilet out about 5 feet.
They also took the shower drain cover off and ran a snake down the pipe to get all debris so shower would drain properly.

Britt and Cam were just here to help address about a half dozen plumbing issues that we have. They were on time, super professional, and clearly know their stuff. Definitely would recommend them for anyone who needs a good plumber.

Randy and Dimeri did an awesome job getting my older heating unit up and running! They kept me informed of what they were testing and what part needed replacing and why. They do a great job!

Randy and his guys serviced our heaters today and did a great job. Showed up on time, very professional. They found and corrected several things that needed fixed and were very reasonable in price. Highly recommend!!

Feel like I was robbed. I was told $100 to come diagnose problem (already knew what it was) and $50 off if I did service.
I got 2 guys, one guy did the work which took all of five minutes (yes, I timed it). Took longer to pay ridiculous bill than do the work.
The bill is not itemized at all. I have no idea why I had to pay $119 just to come to my house but that is what they told me it cost when I questioned the bill. They just laughed at me and said “never heard that one before”.
I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t be laughing if I did this to them in my line of business or anyone else tried to pull this stunt on them.

Plumbers don’t want to give estimates unless they can drive to your house and charge $100, even when you send pictures and tell them the problem.
The part was cheap (pea trap & gasket)around $10.
I am more than willing to pay a fair wage and this is not it, won’t be using this company again or any other company that runs their business this way. We should be told what a job is going to cost up front and without a $119 charge to tell us.
What a racket! Next time I will do the work myself.

The two men that came out were friendly, professional, and efficient! They explained what was going on and took care not to get the floor dirty while they were working on the plumbing. We love Red Beard and will continue using them when we need support.

Called them around 11 and they were able to come between 2-4 (same day) Diagnosed the problem and made the repair to the leak in our gas line along with re-lighting all pilot lights. Their technicians are always kind and friendly which I also appreciate. Thanks guys!
