Champion Plumbing repaired my sewer line using their relining process. Chris came out and wrote up the estimate, he was very professional and courteous and the estimate was very reasonable and accurate! Tony and his helper Brian then came out to perform the work, and they did an excellent job, and Tony explained the process very well! Tony and Brian were also very professional and courteous! Overall , I am extremely happy with the job, and they did not have to tear up my floor! I will use Champion Plumbing again in the future if I ever need plumbing work done!

Champion Plumbing picked up the phone on my first call! Asked great questions and sent an appointment within minutes of the call. Emmet arrived exactly on time, offered a wealth of information, handled the problem, and explained other related issues that may need attention. He was friendly, polite, professional, and efficient. I am deeply grateful for finding them today. Excellent service in every way.

Great quality work. Transparent, honest, and explained everything very well. Documented the problem, ordered quality hardware replacement and finished the work the very next day. Brian was very pleasant to meet and work with. Highly recommended plumber and they were not wrong!

We had a pipe burst in our bathroom and were without water for 24 hours. Brian from Champion Plumbing (who is absolutely amazing!) responded quickly to our call and arrived promptly to help. He clearly explained the issue, walked us through our repair options, and even performed a free pipe inspection.

Throughout the process, Brian kept us informed every step of the way, making sure we understood exactly what he was doing. The repair was completed within an hour, and the quality of his work was excellent.

With so many plumbing companies out there, it's hard to know who to trust — but we’re so glad we called Champion Plumbing. If we ever need plumbing help again, Brian will be our first call!

Chase was awesome!!!! We called Champion at the last minute when we found a leak and they were quick, intelligent, and offered us several different solutions. I like how Chase explained everything in detail. I also like how he took the time to really navigate the problem! Very professional and knowledgeable! We definitely will use Champion for future needs!

We have used Champion Plumbing on two separate occasions. The first was for a relatively minor repair, which was handled without issue. Based on that experience, we felt confident in trusting them with a much larger project. Unfortunately, that trust has been severely undermined.

This most recent job was presented as a one-day project, with a maximum estimate of a day and a half. It has now been over a week, and the work remains incomplete—our yard is still torn up, with a large open trench left unattended. Repeated assurances that “someone will be out today to finish up” have been made for four consecutive days, none of which were followed through.

This wasn’t a small expense for our family; we’ve taken out a 10-year loan to cover the cost of this repair. Given the lack of reliability and follow-through, we now deeply regret entrusting Champion with that kind of investment.

Additionally, communication from the office has been poor. We were promised documentation that could have helped us recover some financial support, but those follow-ups were never completed—despite multiple requests.

To be clear: Champion may be adequate for simple, minor plumbing needs. But for major work, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. A company that fails to meet its commitments and leaves its customers in limbo should not be handling large-scale projects—especially when so much is at stake.

I'm 77 and not savy on plumbing. But the people/service providers were so patient with me and took the time to explain clearly what happened and made sure the service was performed ENTIRELY. No questions and great service.
If there were more stars i would have given them 10.

Easy to make your own appt online but I’ve had to call with an emergency and they’ve been very easy to work with. We had Thomas today and he was great.

Two days ago, we found that we had a leak from an upstairs tub and we contacted Champion Plumbing, because we had good luck with them before. I am happy to say they once again have done fine work, and I want to especially thank Chase, Benny, and Zach for their hard work and attention to details.

Very Disappointed had them come out for a estimate. Was told it would be $80 and be removed if we proceeded. We had 10-15 feet of pipe to be routed off of our gas meter and they want $4500-$5500 to do the job! Are you kidding lol.. So we decided we would pay the $80 fee and be on our way. Well it is $89 as a fee. Just buyer beware as you need to know that is highway robbery !

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Chase was punctual, clearly explained what was going on, and got the repair done quickly. Fair pricing, great workmanship, and we felt very well taken care of.

I had a fantastic experience with Thomas from Champion Plumbing! I purchased a water softener from Home Depot, and Thomas was incredibly responsive—he arrived the very next morning after it was delivered and had the entire installation completed before noon.
What really impressed me was his attention to detail. He didn't just "hook it up"; he cleaned up the existing plumbing, ensured all pipes were properly insulated, and positioned everything so that the parts are easily serviceable in the future. He even discovered some "builder-grade" issues with the original plumbing and made on-the-fly adjustments to ensure the entire house now has softened water.
Thomas is a true professional who clearly takes pride in his work. He took the time to show me exactly how to operate the system before he left. I can’t recommend him and Champion Plumbing highly enough!

Zack and Bennie spent parts of two days to get this repair made that included assessment, dust containment, jack hammering to expose failed pipe, repairs, concrete patching, and cleanup. We really appreciate their professional approach and plumbing expertise. Dr B (Brian) gave us an initial assessment at the front end that established confidence and a solid plan for the work. I have an old 1940s house and I have used them for a few years and every single time they are professional and knowledgeable along with very reasonable pricing. I can’t say enough about this company. They found an issue Other people had not, and as a single mom I really appreciate what they do.

Had a referral from an acquaintance that Red Beard Plumbing was great, as past plumbers we'd used were not as we'd hoped for. Appointment was made quickly, professionally, and thorough, followed by texts and email acknowledgement. Lindsay was very courteous and friendly. Next day, received a text that the plumber was on his way, with his name & photo attached. and earlier than expected-which if you have a plumbing emergency is wonderful news! Daniel Nickles was professional, very friendly, respectful, and courteous; he addressed our problem immediately and left with possible suggestions on how to try to prevent another problem to occur. We heartily recommend Red Beard Plumbing and will certainly use them in the future with any plumbing issues, and our thanks to their staff.
