I really want to thank Cayde from the edmond office for helping us out. Cayde was very nice and professional about what he was doing and took the time to explain every thing to me so i would know what to do in case there was a problem. I really appreciated the fact he was quick and clean and did not leave a mess for me to clean up. AND HE TOOK HIS SHOES OFF BEFORE he entered my home to keep my carpet clean that is very important to me!! Thank you again CAYDE you have made a customer for life!! I called Duvall on a recommendation from a friend having a difficult HVAC problem to solve. She reported this company employed people who were thinkers. Meaning they listened to her issues and could really think a problem through, not just do the simplest repair and be on their way.

My HVAC was blowing hot air with over 100 degrees outside. They came the next day and gave me 3 choices to solve my issue. I decided on a new HVAC unit. They called each day before arrival, were here when they said they would be and solved issues concerning air flow which had been a problem for years. I would highly recommend this company.

I am grateful for a company that requires the best-trained technicians and superior quality service. I am grateful for a company you can trust to do what they say they will do.

We had a slab leak in our kitchen and Duvall Plumbing was very fast in getting out to give us an estimate. When Cayde and DJ got to our house they were very professional and helped us to understand what was needed right away. They returned the following week and took care of the slab leak quickly. Thank you to Duval Plumbing as well as Cayde and DJ.

Erick was awesome. He helped me get a new toilet at low cost and helped explain how the water effeciency would help me save in the long run. He also put up with my kids watching him and asking him questions. Great guy!

Duvall Plumbing in Oklahoma city showed up the same day I called about fixing my garbage disposal. Cayde was very professional, friendly, and detailed about what was needing fixed. They did a great job fixing the problem. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

Called on a Wednesday late night for an urgent sewer line backup and Joshua came out on Thursday evening as quickly as he could with all the plumbing issues going on at once. I recently had two plumbers Kalob and DJ who fixed a Bidet leak Bidet installarion and a shower head in my home, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service.

From the moment they arrived, both plumbers were polite, courteous, and respectful of my home. They immediately got to work, carefully assessing the issues with both the toilet and the shower head.

Throughout the repair process, they worked efficiently and with great attention to detail, ensuring that the repairs were done correctly and to the highest possible standards. They were knowledgeable about their their work.

What really stood out to me, however, was their commitment to customer service. They were friendly and approachable, always taking the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. They also went above and beyond by offering helpful tips and advice to prevent future issues with my plumbing.

Kalob and DJ were very professional and knew their stuff. I had a leak under the slab behind the tub drain. They got right on it and had it repaired quickly. They went above and way beyond expectations. We have their card on the fridge now. We will use Duvall Plumbing if we ever need another plumber. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumbing service.

Had an upstairs water heater leak late at night, and they sent a plumber to access the leak. They had an excellent team come out first thing the next morning to replace the unit. Hard workers and very professional. Great job Cayde and Devin.

If I could rate Duvall Plumbing 10 stars I would! Bobbly came out to help me and he was incredible. He was so kind and courteous and I cannot overstate how much I appreciate him! Give this man a raise! I highly recommend this awesome company.

I had what I thought would be a minor issue with the pilot light not staying lit on my hot water tank, which unfortunately turned out to be a bigger problem than I’d anticipated and I needed the water tank to be replaced completely. Cayde came out to fix the tank within 30-45 minutes of me calling about it and when the bigger issue with the tank was discovered, he was able to get a new tank installed for me that same day. It was an unfortunate situation, but I had a great experience throughout the process and I will definitely recommend them in the future!

Josh came out to fix our hot water heater, very professional, courtesy. We were without hot water for a couple days and other companies didn't want to be bothered so we called Duvall. They were very friendly, concerned and professional. Couldn't ask for better service.

We had a clogged drain on a Saturday and Duvall was able to get in us same morning service at a very reasonable rate. Joshua was efficient, friendly, and professional. He was in and out in about 20 minutes, made sure everything was working well before he left, and explained what caused the issue so that we could be prepared in the future. We’ll definitely use Duvall if we have issues again!

My experience with this company was not a good one. It started with the correct tools not being on the van and the tech having to leave on the Saturday. He came back on Sunday and tried hard, but decided at that point that it was "a two man job". On Wednesday, electrical wires were hit, and power to my handicapped daughter's room/bathroom were cut off. The tech took my credit card, but did not bother to tell me that over the phone. I found out from one of my sons later as the tech told him.

I placed two calls to the answering service and sent an email to get an electrician sent to the house. The service said someone would get back with me. They did not. It was not until the next day (Thursday) when I called that anyone spoke with me. She had no idea what I was talking about. Laura did get an electrician to the house. It took me two calls to Duvall and one call to the electrician to verify that Duvall was going to pay for the repairs.

The floor was left with drywall dust and it was also on the walls. Nothing was cleaned or swept. I put the water meter cover on as it was left in the yard. The 4% up-charge for using a credit card was the cherry on top of this expensive mess. That should have been told to us upfront. As a teacher, every penny counts. I wish it would have gone to another company.
