Joshua was kind and professional during his visit in our home. He explained the pricing and let us know what to expect before he started work. He was very knowledgeable and gave us insight into how our plumbing was set up and how to avoid our reoccurring issue of the drains backing up. I 100% recommend Joshua and Duvall plumbing!!!!

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt I needed to express how satisfied I was with the service I received from Eric and Kylon with Duvall Plumbing. I had a 50 gallon gas water heater I needed installed. The techs called when they were in route and arrived during the window of time I had scheduled. They were professional and courtesy. Whatever questions I had, they made sure they were answered. As for the installation of the water heater, their work was so good and extremely neat. They really went beyond what they had to do, with the way they tidy up everything and left the space in a much better state than it was when they arrived. I was more than satisfied with Eric and Kylon, and I appreciated the service they provided.

I had a clogged drain line and they came by in less than 24 hours of my call to resolve my issue. When Ryan and Jarrod showed up they were professional and extremely knowledgeable and quickly fixed me up. I was completely satisfied with the pricing as well.

Cayde did a fantastic job getting my hot water heater working. He was friendly and professional. The response time was incredible - I called Duvall plumbing at about 9am, and by noon that same day I had hot water in my house again. And the price for the repair was very affordable.
I will absolutely use Duvall again for any urgent plumbing needs.

Josh came out to fix our hot water heater. We were without hot water for 3 days and other plumbing companies didn't want to seem to be bothered so we called Duvall and they got right on it. They were quick, friendly, concerned courteous and trustworthy.

Ryan and Kylom did a great job. They did well above and beyond what is expected of their expertise. They did give us options on how to sort out the issues of the pipes and most importantly they try to figure out what was the main problem in the system and the solution that can solve it. We appreciate this wonderful and efficient staff of Duvall Plumbing Company !

Duvall doesn’t even exist. They were bought out by Airco. This is false advertising and a scheme to dupe customers into thinking they’re using one company, and then another actually shows up. Shady.

I've heard it said you can only pick two of these three, "fast, cheap, good". If it's good and cheap, it won't be fast. If it's fast and cheap, it won't be good. If it's good and fast, it won't be cheap. Duvall is the first company I have worked with that is all three. You will not regret working with them.

I would give zero stars if I could. They repaired a slab leak at my house two years ago, and their work was so shoddy that I had to spend another $1700 today to have it repaired. I have attached photos so you can see their mess. Save yourself money and use another company.

I had an outdoor faucet that wouldn't stop leaking and needed replaced. A lovely receptionist answered my call on a Saturday (Easter weekend at that) and had me scheduled for Monday. 2 professional and easy to talk to guys, Cayde and Rob had an earlier opening on Monday and where able to come out earlier and replace the faucet. This wasn't an average repair as they had to remove a tile in the shower to get to the back of the wall where the outdoor faucet was located and then had to fix the janky work that was previously done 40 years ago. The guys had no problem doing some problem solving and handled the curve ball efficiently and like it was nothing. They got it all taken care of for a reasonable price (Around $400) and my dripping outdoor faucet is no more.

Rip off. Had a leak that needed to be repaired quickly. I had already removed all the drywall and done the work to find the leak. They were able to come out and fix quickly but charged $650 for 30 minutes of work, about 4 ft of pex, and a couple connectors. Definitely took advantage of me and my situation. Won’t use them again.

William, Austin, and Logan all came out from champions plumbing, and did their thing! They got the entire job done. Very good people. good quality work. Communication is great! A very good, and fair company! I'll always use champions!

Great job installing. The gentlemen who installed
the new tub parts where very polite, and cleaned up really good after they completed the install. But feel like i was over charged, was charged $1000.00!! They only replace part of the tub parts! But as stated the gentleman were very polite!

Service was very quick (called late at night, plumber came the next morning). We had discovered a leak that was causing mold to grow in the wall behind the hot water tank. The plumber, Brian, was friendly and efficient. He also arranged for another contractor to come out that morning to begin remediating the mold damage. The water tank had to be removed in order to do that. Since it was out, and was 16 years old, we went ahead and had it replaced. All of this was done on the same day: leak stopped and part replaced, water damage repair begun, and new hot water tank installed (thanks also to Dakota, who helped Brian install the new tank). I will DEFINITELY contact Champion again if I ever need plumbing service!

Had a fantastic experience with Champion plumbing. Jake was courteous and professional while determining my issue and provided me with a timely and detailed estimate. Robert and Wyland did an excellent job performing the work, giving clear communication throughout the process and fixed my issue quickly. Highly recommend.

Santiago Baca performed a snake on my kitchen sink today so that my laundry drain would drain into the main line. He was very neat and on time ! Thank you so much for getting me back on track again. Oh and also forgot to mention that he even done a free water testing on my well ! Everything tested well. My water is hard and have a lot of calcium in the water. I am going to have a new system installed to treat my hard water and calcium since I have high blood pressure and can’t use a water softener. Going to have the new halo system installed. Thanks again ! You guys are awesome !👍

We had the pleasure of working with Champion Plumbing recently to replace our natural gas lines, and we must say that their service was top-notch. William Field, the plumber who led the project, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail. He was also very respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after the job was done.

William and his team were able to complete the job in a timely manner, and they did so with great precision and attention to detail. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left, and they even tested the lines to ensure that there were no leaks.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service that Champion Plumbing provided, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. William's excellent service and expertise in replacing our natural gas lines was truly exceptional, and would definitely call on him and his team again for any future plumbing needs.

Thomas came out and did an awesome job. Fixed the problem and left me with 100% confidence!

We had issues with our above ground sprinkler valve, and while some of the work and appointments started out a little rocky, William showed up and fixed everything. He came with Danny and Austin during the earlier times of our appointment windows, double and triple checked his work until the issue was fixed. He even found another issue with our drain that had caused water damage in our garage, which saved us from health issues in the future. He did everything to make sure we could get our problems fixed the right way, and gave us some tips for maintenance. He has compassion for the community he serves, and I'd highly recommend him when calling Champions for all of your plumbing needs.

Great experience with Champion Plumbing! Easy to text first thing in the morning and set up an appointment for the same day. All personnel were professional, courteous, and thorough. I was grateful they were able to fix my problem at a minimal and fair price. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

My kitchen faucet died and I had a funeral to prepare for the next day. I called Champion Plumbing and with in 30 minutes they had a plumber out. Tito was great he even tried to fix the cool but non-reliable touch electric faucet. Thank you so much because it made a very hard time a little better to know that there were people around that can get things done.
