Mark professionally fixed a leaking kitchen sink drainage pipe. Even when the expected work was longer and cost higher than he initially quoted, he only invoiced what he had initially stated. Very honest and professional! He also offered several other advice and answered all questions.

Absolutly fair pricing, 50% less than ACS which is also called Hi-Tech plumbing. The tech that came out was super professional and focused on the needs I needed with my hot water tank, he was easy to rech and to schedule with. I will only be using them for now on.

We called them to come out to look at a displaced pipe that turned out to be from the HVAC system. They were here about an hour later. He explained what the problem was and what to tell the HVAC repair folks (the unit is still under warranty) to facilitate the necessary repairs. Highly recommended!

We needed new drain traps installed, one in the kitchen and one in a bathroom. Scheduling was very prompt, I received next day service and the plumber was very professional. Austin and Felix came out and worked on my busted pipe, they were really fast and efficient gave me some good advice referred me to somebody else who could help me on some issues with my house. They were both exceedingly polite. Overall I was very happy with their work and looking forward to anything else I need for my future plumbing issues.
