Reasonable Prices for Quality Work. Chris McGee installed a New Water Heater for me. He was Very Professional and had Great Customer Service. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for future services.

August and Tanner were wonderful. Very kind and considerate.
August showed me what had happened, why it happened, and the best way he thought to fix it. He's very straight forward, not trying to up sale at all. As a customer on a budget that is helpful and appreciated. I would/will recommend.

Dylan did a great job on troubleshooting the issue with my outside AC unit. He explained what he was doing the whole step of the way. I appreciate his attention to details!

In my opinion, 5 stars means there is no room for improvement. For our visit, there was room for improvement.

I received a text that the technician would be here between 8 and 10am. I texted at 9:56am wondering if we were on the schedule. No response, but that number may not be able to respond to texts. So I called at noon and was told there was a goof and the wrong arrival time was sent. They said we were next on the route and would arrive in the next hour or so, which ended up being accurate.

Got a call from the technician that he didn't have the house number on file, only the street address. I still am not sure how this could have happened.

The technician was super kind, respectful, and competent. Replaced 2 hose bibs in 2 hours from removal, to purchase, to replacement including removal of drywall to access one.

Everything looks good and works great! Thank you!

Wade was awesome! He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what was going on and was up front about our price. He kept us informed about his progress and cleaned up the area when he left. We’ve never used Amped plumbing before, but you can bet we’ll use them again and recommend them to our friends and family.

Shelby was courteous and prompt. Got my sewer line back up and working after finding the break. Easy to communicate with and sent me plenty of pictures of progress to completion since I was out of town.

Our water heater wasn’t working, and Amped Home Services arrived the same day. The technician gave us multiple options for repair and had the unit running again in no time. Excellent service!

I would give our service technician, Wade 5 stars. But the company as whole was lacking. No preparation or attention to detail before hand. Forced my business to close longer than anticipated. Told me a short timeline just to get the bid. I even called the day before to make sure they were prepared. Lost an entire day of work with no preparation. The job got done. They did a great job, but if you’re a small business owner, everyday matters. And losing days of sales is hard to come back from.

The 5 Stars definitely go to Wesley! He’s the real deal plumber. Very honest, hard working guy. He was my 3rd plumber to try and diagnose my problem. He listened to me and knew exactly what the problem was! He had an apprentice named Tanner that worked with him and he was very polite and respectful. He will go far learning from Wesley!

Byron and Greg did a fantastic job ! They explained everything they were going to do and why and how they were going to complete the job. They cleaned up after each cut in the sheet rock. They helped move furniture that needed to be out of the way. We are so impressed with the work that was done today!

Chris was fast and efficient getting to our emergency. He let me know. He didn’t have the parts for it today, but tomorrow he would be out first thing tomorrow now that is quality service coming out on a Sunday. Again thanks I really appreciate your company coming out on a Sunday and getting it done.

Taylor Faudree and his partner were absolutely amazing. Educated me in the process of getting my sewer line replaced. Even gave me a decent deal for install. He kept me in the loop of what was going on and being done throughout the entire process and always returned my calls for questions. He even came back after the job was done around 7:30pm on a Friday evening when I called about my shower drain backing up hours before. He kept his word about coming back to check on me. Of course when he got there, the drain was perfectly fine - just had to flush some gunk out that remained after the install. Couldn’t recommend Amped and Taylor enough. Thank you!!

Wes was super courteous and didn’t waste any time getting right to the job at hand, he gave excellent advice on how to keep my drains clean and hopefully problem free. This is a derilic company. Stay clear! Three visits in one month, almost a thousand dollars later, to fix an ac unit? The owner, joe, was combative when i talked to him, just to finally get an ac repair done right. Do yourself a favor and call a qualified company. Joe told me i was out of their service range, after sending a technician the first time bc "they had some down time" he did offer to pay back the first two visits, like the check is in the mail type of deal. Last visit was a total accumulation of lies. Supposedly it was my downstairs unit that was affecting my upstairs unit. Downstairs unit was running perfectly. But the shady stuff happened when the tech lied about that,then passed me off to the money collector. After i gave my card number, he hung up abruptly. This company does not need to be allowed to do repairs in Oklahoma! Best of luck joe .edit, still waiting on that refund that you said two week ago.

Waited 4 hrs at a vacant house to be called after there time slot had passed and asked if they could reschedule the next day. Sorry, I just gave up a half day of work for a no show.

Update: Had a good conversation with the owner. He responded head on with humility and has committed to making it right. I respect his approach and think a lot of service providers can learn from him. I will be updating to a 5 star rating and will be recommending him.
