We have used this company throughout the years and they have generally been a good contract plumber. They base their pricing now as a fixed project based pricing. We were charged $650 on a simple 3/4 ballvalve replacement. After requesting more details as to how they were able to come to that pricing we were told it was written on the invoice. We then asked why we weren't informed how much the repair would be prior to the repair and the receptionist informed me that the plumber said if we would have asked he would have told us. That's really bad practice. Overall I would say although they are good contractors they lack in transparency.

This is an excellent company! Matt was the technician who worked diligently to fix my sewer line problem. He was knowledgeable, efficient, answered my questions patiently and completely, and was very pleasant! The work was done competently, and the charge was very reasonable. I will most definitely use the company again and also request Matt.

Daryl and his team are the kind of people you hope to hire! These guys did a great job and stand behind their work. In my case, a utility company doing work on same location, caused damage that didn’t reveal itself for months. When I asked Daryl to look into it, he uncovered the damage and repaired it because they warranty their work. Never mind the finger-pointing blame-game between the gas utility and THEIR contractor (who I believe ultimately caused damage during their work), Daryl was mission focused on my behalf. I can’t believe what just happened. Our boiler packed up on Thursday, we hadn’t been able to wash or shower for 4 days. The Insurance Company finally got it’s act together and got us a fantastic plumber – these guys. All the way from Edmund to our home in Norman. Then in one hour they got the unit inspected and their office sorted out the Insurance Company and in another hour they had collected and installed our new boiler. Incredible. Thanks Jeff and Randy! I called them for a shower faucet leak. They ended up installing a new single handle faucet and I must admit that they did a good job even if it was a bit pricey (which I paid in cash). Problem was that they knocked 6 tiles off my shower wall. I was told they would send out a tile setter to fix it in a couple days. well, after I think it was 5-6 days, I emailed them and they ignored me with no response. I waited until the 8th day and called them. I was told they was aware of the problem and that they would contact Mike the Plumber and if he hasn't contacted a tile setter that they would and call me later that day which they didn't do. The faucet was installed on the 7th and here it is the 17th and I've heard nothing.

I gave them a call about my rusting water heater and they scheduled me for a replacement within a couple days with their sister company, Water Heater Man. Juan and Kyle did an awesome job and the installation of a new and updated heater went very smoothly. I would definitely reach out to these guys again!

Scott was early, explained what he was going to do before doing it, and even though we only had him install a couple things, he also checked the water heater, faucets and sprinkler installations of our brand new house to make sure they were done properly (for free!). He found a leak and fixed it, as well, all in the same call, with no "surprise" charges like other plumbers charge. I would recommend him to anyone!

Scott has been our go to plumber for over 20 years and has never disappointed! He's honest, quick, thorough, and incredibly friendly and communicative. I recommend him without hesitation!

I recommend this business without reservation. You will find them to be honest, fair, and knowledgeable. I had another company give me an outrageous bid to run new wire, over 2k! Scott was able to find and repair the problem (fence company had cut the wire) for a reasonable amount. In addition, he even repaired a sprinkler head that the other company failed to replace although I paid them for a $90 service call. God bless this company. Make them your first choice and save yourself a headache!

I felt very safe with using them. They were professional. Clean cars. Texts showing who the tech is (name & picture) . The answer service was a bit slow. However the pm dispatcher (Josh) walked me through the steps-pricing- and eta for a late night emergency. He was calm on the phone which is what anyone needs during an emergency. Then the plumber tech (sam) was sooo good with my grandma. She was 87 & really upset over the large water backup from the plumbing at midnight. So calming her down while working on the issue put me at ease and worth every penny.

Telly R did a great job with my leak repair today in my kitchen. I was much appreciative.

Called Roto Rooter for a plumbing back up at my home. They were quick to respond, affordable and assisted me with additional repairs while on property. Definitely a plumbing company I'll call again. Affordable and trustworthy!
