Serve pro lived up to their slogan, "like it never even happened." Jason worked hard to make everything perfect again. He saved us from having to buy an new area rug which would have been more than the restoration. I highly recommend.

ServPRO just finished cleaning my basement after water issues caused mold. Very impressed with their work. Chase and Kyle were professional and made the process easy.

Greg came out to view the remediation that I needed at my house. He was very professional and is a good communicator. He also completed the estimate for the job in a timely manner.

I required water mitigation and mold inspection services. Gavin and Calvin, SERVPro Mitigation Team, were professional and responsive to all of my concerns. I will definitely use SERVPRO in the future if required based on the service I received from Gavin and Calvin.

We were working on a project and Thanks to John's help and quick service, we were able to bring on an additional clients because we had a document plan.

If you have a Disaster at your Home or Business, call them. But even better is to have the plan in place before you have a disaster. Then your not scrambling to figure out who to call and waste precious time. Thanks Guys!

We recently had an issue of mold in one of the ducts under our home, so I called Servpro one afternoon. John Conti came out first thing the next morning and went through all that Servpro would do to get rid of the mold and clean all the ducts. He was well versed in Servpro's services, and we were very pleased with his explanations of the services we would need. The men who came out did an excellent job of addressing the mold issue and cleaning the ducts. Everyone was friendly and professional, and we are very pleased with the service and personnel of Servpro Edmond. Of course, we totally recommend them.

We had flooding on a holiday weekend in the early morning. Emeire was great and started our cleanup 1:30am. He was knowledgeable and helped calm us. Kevin took over day shifts and worked hard each day taking down wet sheetrock and insulation with his crews. He placed up plastic to help keep pathway as clean as possible. They removed trash daily. Corey was a good leader and checked in daily in the fans and dehumidifier readings. He helped walk me through the process during this upsetting time. Thank you Servpro of Edmond! Great people. We had a leak under our sink end up soaking under a wall and into an adjoining room. These folks came out the same day. Quoted us what I considered a reasonable price and were able to get started on it right away. Every employee I interacted with was very courteous. Hope I never need them again but I won't hesitate to call again if I do.

Beyond grateful for Jason Apple and the Proserv crews prompt response to my crisis. The service was superb!! Came home 12/23 from being out of town to discover a pipe burst during the cold snap in mid-Dec. All three bedrooms & the hallway sat in water for a week. The wet moldy smell was horrendous, everything was a sloppy mess! Jason & the crew moved everything out, ripped carpet & pad out & hauled away. They set up fans & dehumidifies that had to run over Christmas. Someone came out every day to check on things, even on Christmas Day! They helped through the entire process to include meeting w/ insurance adjuster at our request. Extremely satisfied with the results. No trace of wet or musty smell. Will definitely use Proserv again if needed and will recommend to family and friends.

They arrived in a timely fashion and checked for areas of moisture. They found moisture in the ceiling and we told them where water had come from and where we could see leaking. Then they started to work to pull up carpet instead of pulling the insulation from the area impacted by an over flowing sink that ran thru the upstairs down thru the basement ceiling. As a result, the saturated ceiling insulation remained for hours…water from the saturated insulation leaked out and damaged other areas not previously damaged. We had a prior leak near this one (from a toilet) and a better restoration company immediately cut drywall and pulled out the saturated insulation to prevent further damage. The guys sent to my house from ServPro Edmond clearly did not know what they were doing. Once I figured out the problem and discussed it with the foreman, he admitted that further damage had, in fact, occurred and that they should’ve started in the ceiling/insulation. They then went to call their boss and immediately left the job site. I spoke to the boss and he wouldn’t give me any explanation for them leaving the job two hours in (and with carpet glue partially scraped and leaking insulation remaining.) It was clear they knew they had messed up the job and that further damage was caused by their actions in not addressing the ceiling before the floors (common sense).

Calvin came out again with the same great attitude and professionalism. Been working for weeks straight and still has nothing but wonderful things to say about how he is treated and compensated by Servpro. Whatever is being done by management is really resonating with your employees. His review of you has so much more value than any customers feelings.

I had the pleasure of using Servpro of Edmond during a water leak in my wall.

The first visit by Calvin and his now dismissed helper was terrific. It was late on Saturday night and they came with a cheerful attitude and extreme respect for my wife and children who were already asleep. Even with the noise of pulling apart the baseboards and carpet they kept as quiet as they could and never once allowed a door to close harshly. Calvin was very informative and pleasant.

The second trip was made by Miguel. He maintained the same friendliness and professionalism established by Calvin.

I highly recommend Servpro and their technicians to anyone in a difficult situation regardless of time or day.

We have been using Servpro for 3 years now. We are happy with their service and responsiveness.

Mace Ward and his team are real professionals and are always ready to come to our rescue night or day.

I had an unfortunate emergency 1/17/23 when a pipe burst inside an interior wall of my laundry room. Serv Pro came out the same day (within a couple hours of call), for which I am grateful. I am most grateful for the team they sent to my aid, Chase, Tyler, and Trey. They were so polite, patient with all my (repeated) questions, and worked very diligently!!!! They were very professional and so courteous...it was a very stressful day for me, and they made me feel like they really cared about my circumstance and about my home. I would highly recommend ServPro and their top service team in my book, Chase, Tyler, & Trey.
[I can only not answer to "good value" as it is an insurance claim and I have not received invoice yet. :)]

SERVPRO of Edmond was amazing in taking care of the mess from our slab leak. They removed the baseboards and drilled holes in the dry wall to properly dry the walls, placed fans, dehumidifiers, and were out daily to check how everything was drying. Jason was able to save our wool area rug and it came back looking better than new- he even got a large rust stain out! All of the employees that worked on our house were absolutely wonderful- very helpful and respectful. I hope I never have another flood in my house, but if I do I will definitely be calling SERVPRO of Edmond!

Greg and his team did a fantastic job when we had a water leak inside our wall which resulted in mold in our hot water heater closet. My husband is immune compromised and we had to move out of the house for 3 weeks while the house was cleaned because of mold spores throughout the house. The crew made sure things were cleaned thoroughly taking their time and explaining exactly what was being done. They made a stressful time much easier. Would definitely call them again if needed. Greg was always available to speak with and would either text or call back right a way. Great team to have in a stressful situation!!

We had a burst pipe flood our house, and Servpro of Edmond was able to come out that same night to start the water mitigation. Honestly, the first team we had wasn't the best, and I wouldn't give them 5 stars. I wouldn't recommend them (sorry; I don't remember names). However, a couple days later Kyle and Gavin came out to check on the progress, and they really made me feel like I was being taken care of. Because of how awesome they were I'm giving this a 5-star review--Kyle and Gavin more than made up for the first experience. Kyle and Gavin were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a thorough job, and I feel confident that they took care of my house/me with nothing lacking. They built trust with me. I can't speak for the other technicians, but I highly recommend Kyle and Gavin, so ask for them!

December 9, 2022, I came home to water spraying all over my master bathroom. The supply line to the toilet had broken loose, and ended up flooding 3/4 of our flooring. I called insurance that night, and they started the mitigation process. On December 12, Servpro sent Chase, Sam and Steven to begin the hard work of tearing out carpet and vinyl plank flooring. These guys worked for 5+ hours working and placing 27 fans and dehumidifiers all over our house. They were professional and understanding. We were overwhelmed and frustrated, but very happy with the quick and thorough attention they gave to our crisis. This part of the whole process was by far the easiest for us. Amazing amazing team!!! My whole entire downstairs house flooded while my husband is out of the country. Servpro got there within hours as an emergency call and cleaned everything the first day. They left after working for over 4 hours and placing 48 fans and humidifiers all over the first floor. Then they came every day consecutively to make sure everything look okay. All these gentlemen were very very mannered and respectful and very good at what they do for their work. I wanted to give them recognition for everything they have done and I’m truly freaky greatful for this whole entire team!! Chase, Trey, Calvin, and Darren are very hard working men and are excellent at their job! They made sure everything was safe and clean for my dog to be able to be alone. Chase and Trey came again today and worked for 5 hours non stop. They found mold in certain areas which they also made sure to wipe off to make sure no harm was done. They would give me a rundown on everything to make sure I was comfortable. They also cleansed and vaccumed everything before leaving so that I was relaxed. Chase and Calvin always addressed me as “ma’am” with anything they did! Ryan was the main guy who was also very helpful and responsive and would respond back to text messages with any questions I had! I’m so so impressed and would highly recommend them especially after going through this on my own.

Happy to finally moving back into our home after two water leaks. Communication with Servepro was excellent. This was a first experience for us dealing with two broken water lines in our home. Greg and Patrick were excellent at answering any questions or concerns we had along the way. Rafa and his crew did excellent work in restoring our house. Today, Gavin and Miguel were very courteous and worked there tails off bringing in box after box and all of our furniture back into our house. The whole group of the guys who moved in boxes and furniture were very efficient and respectful. I did not get all their names but I appreciate all their hard work. Thank you ServePro Team.

We've been having trouble with one of our rooms taking in water damage from the roof for months. The rental property (2816 Land Run Rd, Moore, OK) has been using different companies and none of them have came with this much professionalism and these guys did a wonderful job sealing, ventilating, and explaining what was going on during the process. Recommend the demolition/cleanup team from ServPro. They even showed up on time. Which is sadly the experience we've had in the past.

Ronnie is a true professional. He was always willing to take my call or answer my text with my many questions. His customer service is top notch and his honesty was much appreciated.
