Water Damage Restoration reviews in Edmond, Oklahoma

The ServPro mitigation crew was at my door two hours after I filed a water damage report with my insurer Chubb at 3:00 AM. They were hard at work for the next several days removing the damaged dry walls, moldings, baseboards and wood flooring, and setting up the necessary equipment throughout to dry the wet areas. These were very punctual, polite, and professional guys and I recommend them highly.

On June 19, 2024 I had a 5 plus room carpet cleaning done at 2713 Kenwood, Ct., Edmond, OK. Your employees Abdul and Carlos arrived after 5 pm, due to (obviously) their thorough completion of their previous job. They worked until about 9 to do my cleaning.

This post is to compliment them on their professional competence in doing a really good job, despite the fact that they had started work at 7 am, and even more, their excellent handling of the business aspects of the job.

On arrival they were friendly, and focused entirely on my job. They very thoroughly and very positively explained what they could do, when asked, for the minimum expense. Then, without any hint of sales pressure, they volunteered the extras and special features and how that would work, and the costs. They were very positive and did not even hint at "trying to sell me" on extras. They seemed proud of their ability to do a good job and of the extras they could provide. Then, they did a great job. These are EXACTLY the type of employees everybody hopes to meet, and you should be proud of their really good service. Let them know of this review, and give them raises!. Thanks, Jon Reiff

My wife and I woke up to a flooded bedroom in my son’s room. The toilet had been leaking overnight, everything was wet and I could already smell the mildew. We called Servpro and within a very short time they were there fixing the problem. Their technicians were fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. My son’s bedroom is in perfect condition today.You can’t tell that there was any flooding at all. To say that I highly recommend them would be an understatement.

Kaden was great! Office estimator would not return calls. Final bill arrived 3x higher than the verbal estimate provided prior to the beginning of work. The carpet is dry now though.

This was my first commercial claim and Ronnie was wonderful to work with. He explained the process clearly and kept me up to speed with the adjuster’s instructions. The work was completed quickly and extremely efficiently. The crew was always on time and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! The crew came the night of the water tank failure and worked until 4:30 am. Every other process went smoothly and in a timely manner and everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and great representatives of Servpro.

Professional and thorough Richard was AMAZINGLY courteous and knowledgeable explaining to me the entire time the process. This company can be trusted to perform above and beyond at very reasonable rates. The company is lucky to have Richard employed with them. Issac was also an asset and so courteous. This is being written a little late, but this last fall I had a water leak and Servepro did the mitigation and remodel.
My remodel contractor was Ronnie. He and his crew did an absolutely amazing job. I absolutely love the bathroom that they built. They replaced all of my floors in the entire house and remodeled the bathroom in about four week.
Ronnie was very patient, quick to return messages, and explained everything very well. I really believe he and his crew went above and beyond to provide the best service.
