Orlando from Service Professionals came out weeks ago and pulled up a corner of carpet to assess water damage. He was supposed to come back and replace some padding, etc., but, after several calls, has not come. The receptionist was pretty short when I called several times. Meanwhile, my carpet still needs to be fixed.

SPI recently helped my wife and me out with a full mold remediation of our house. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation I cannot recommend this wonderful company more. Cameron was our project lead, and he was the epitome of professional. He was always responsive when we had questions, and helped walk us though the entire process. SPI was honest, and didn't rely on "scare tactics." We always knew what we were getting into and what to expect. If you've been looking around for a good, honest, and professional mold remediation company, you've found them in SPI.

SPI helped with our remodel move-in and move-out as well as post construction clean-up. SPI was also helpful with insurance. Employees are nice and respectful of property. Management is receptive to questions and works hard to ensure cleaning is done well. I would rate them at 4.5 stars.

SPI was amazing! I came home to my bathroom that was connected to my bedroom…FLOODED. I was referred by a friend and called them immediately. They were able to come out and assess the damage. They were not only efficient but made the process so stress free! I highly recommend them for any of your restoration needs!

This was for a house fire cleaning, a lot of things were great, but then there was a lot of bad! Cleaned stupid stuff like a gasoline can, lawn mower clippings bag, but not the lawn mower, old fluorescence light bulbs, broken 35 year old weedeater, broken cheap lawn spreader. So a lot of insurance money was ate up in cleaning that was not needed. Billed $58,000 for cleaning and about 5/6 months storage. They did pack and deliver everything to storage. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this time I had to.

Last spring I needed some carpet cleaned at a commercial building and rent house that I own. I called them based on the online reviews. I have been more than pleased. Cameron and the rest of the team are SO Amazing. They came out earlier in the week to clean a tenants carpet. It looks and smells so good!
