We were having Lawn Legends treat our yard for over a year and the service a quality has went downhill and they could careless. They came and treated the yard and the weeds weren't yellowing or dying part of me thinks they didn't even come spray. I called them to tell them this and they said it was because we didn't mow but then they said they would send someone out. My dad called them as well to speak with them because when I called they gave me some excuse that didn't make sense and he was calling to let them know we were catching onto their lies. Well about a few weeks later they call me letting me know someone was coming out. Also they never called him back only me. They are quick to send you an invoice and not quick to make sure the quality of work meets their pricing. They called to let me know that they were scheduling the next treatment but I had an open invoice so I would not be able to be treated, I informed them that I no longer am in need of their services and they didn't really care much. I know multiple customers in my area that feel the same way many of them are older so they aren't able to leave a review but just be aware if you are using this company.

I’ve had great results with them. We moved in and our yard was by far the worst in the neighborhood. Within a season and a half it is one of the best. They are prompt, communicate well, and are fair with pricing.

The company needs to hire more workers and STOP expecting customers to do FREE work for the Walton family. They HAVE more than enough money to hire MORE workers. There is NO excuse for the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE which IS what SAM WALTON was PROUD of in his stores.

Very good company, they do very professional jobs. I loved how they left my house. I've been through several companies and they have a very good notion of what they do.

Chris did a great job treating our lawn. He took the extra time to blow off a ton of leaves so the weed control would work right. Super friendly and appreciate their work!

We noticed that crabgrass was starting to show up in patches on our lawn. So ugly! Sonora treated it in the fall to help prevent it in the spring. They are nice, detailed, and do things right. Even the invoice has all kinds of details about the chemicals they use, how much of it, etc. other companies haven’t done that. Highly recommend.

Their work crew treated the area behind my mother’s property. They weedeated, sprayed weed killer all over her flower beds and where her dog plays, and then blew grass all in my mother’s back yard, all over a privacy fence. When she complained about it they acted like they didn’t care and just said to call their boss. No sorry, no we will try not to do that next time, just very rude and unprofessional. This isn’t the first time either. In the fall they blew leaves all over her backyard and left before she could complain. I have not used them personally but when you treat an elderly lady like that it’s really unacceptable.

So thankful for Rob and Becca with Herrin Appliance!! We had them out to work on our back-up garage fridge and they made time to look at our deep freezer that had been sitting empty for probably 4-6 years. (Now that we’re empty nesters it hasn’t been as important.)
Rob and Becca got them up and running in no time. I could understand their explanation on repairs and pricing. So affordable and now I have a blessing freezer that I wasn’t even expecting. To think I was about to have it hauled to the dump. Thanks Herrin Appliance, job well done!

Great people and great service at a fair price. When you respond "that is it?" after getting the bill, you know you have the right company servicing your appliance. They even insisted on sweeping grass they mistakenly believed was brought in by them. I will be calling them from now on for any appliance issues.

Herrin did a wonderful job in replacing my ice maker in my fridge. Extremely professional. Glenpool is so very lucky to have our own y appliance repair company.

EXCELLENT customer service! All of a sudden our dryer was not getting hot and the washer agitator quit working. Rob from Herrin Appliance had us up and running in no time! Nice people, clean, and professional. Definitely recommend these folks :)
