This was my first time using them and is was an excellent experience. The service technicians arrived on time and clearly knew the equipment they were called to service. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The service was completed quickly and cleanly. I appreciate they took the time to clearly explain to me the nature of the failure. I will definitely be using them again.

My refrigerator needed repaired, Herrin Appliance was there at the time they said they would be there, that is important to me, they were clean and not messy at all, came in, fixed it and was out of there in little time. I recommend them to anyone who needs service call on their appliances, I also had my dryer door seal put on, hd did it real fast

These folks repaired my fridge, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They were up front about me really needing to replace it, and gave me great advice on how to get the best value. The repair price was fair, and they were so generous with their valuable time, knowledge and expertise. 100% would use their services again,and I definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend Herrin Appliance. Although the equipment was worn out and so old that the part was no longer available, and we had a fridge that would cost to much to repair, their honesty and integrity shows they were truly there to help and not just make repairs that would later cause us to have to replace these appliances. I will use them again in the future! You can feel safe and secure they won’t take advantage of anyone!

I recently tried to schedule a service appointment with Herrin Appliance for one of my rental properties, and it was a really disappointing experience. I’ve used their services before and was happy with the results, but this time was completely different. I needed to arrange for either myself or my maintenance guy to meet with them to check out a dishwasher, as the tenant wasn’t available. Despite explaining multiple times that either of us would provide access and that the tenant had given us permission to enter the apartment, Becca insisted on dealing directly with the tenant or “the person responsible for meeting them.”

I made it clear that I would be the one scheduling and paying for the service, and that either my maintenance guy or I would meet them, but even that wasn’t enough to get an appointment. Becca quickly wished me well and told me their business wasn’t the right fit for me. I was honestly taken aback by the uncooperative attitude and lack of flexibility, especially after having been a repeat customer.

So, if you’re a landlord trying to coordinate service for a rental, save yourself the hassle. The scheduling process is a mess, and they don’t seem interested in accommodating property owners or their needs.

Herrin Appliance has done repairs for us before. Easy to schedule appointments. Honest, affordable, and excellent service. Highly recommended. Not five, I would give them ten stars!

My home warranty people set up the call, I spoke with Becca, and that started the process off on a great beginning. They were experienced with My brand of appliance and knew exactly what parts were needed on the first visit. They both arrived on time and even early on both appointments. So friendly, reliable, professional, proficient, and Very pleasant to work with. I liked them so well, I am calling my warranty people to put in a request for their service only, if I should ever need any other appliance serviced. I am 100% pleased.

Contacted them on a Sunday about my fridge going out not expecting them to get back to me until Monday and within the hour I heard back. They were able to fit me in the very next day and as soon as the part that was needed came in they had it fixed in 30 mins. Very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I will be using them from now on and would highly recommend them to anybody!

They responded quickly to my inquiry for a visit to get a quote for a new icemaker. They both showed up to the first visit and diagnosed the problem, and quoted me a price. Naturally, they had to order the part which only took a few days for it to come in and they came over to fix it. Friendly service, dependable and punctual, and would highly recommend them!

I love Herrin appliance , I have used them twice and recommended them at least r times. All were very satisfied by their service. The last time they were not able to repair the appliance , but gave me an honest reason, to expensive to repairs. Just charged a service charge and it was quite reasonable for the time they spent assessing the problem. I am positive you will be happy with them.

Smart, fast, friendly, professional. Unless I have a service contract that requires me to use a particular company, Herrin is my first call with any appliance issue.

They did an amazing job, are friendly, and have a great attitude, they love your pets ❤️ overall a beautiful experience. Will definitely call them again in the future. I have their number saved now, no need to look further.

Five stars seems like not enough! Herrin Appliance (Becca and Robert) totally exceeded any and all expectations I had from an appliance repair company! I had refridgerator issues and they got it fixed quickly and at a fair price. Beyond that they are the most honest and personable people and restored my faith in repair companies. They are a true gem and my new go to!!

I had Herrin appliance out recently when my dryer was not drying properly. They assessed the issue quickly, gave me options, and their communication was prompt an detailed. Once the parts arrived to them we scheduled the repairs. They were in and out in no time, fixed another issue that was discovered no charge. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and have great customer communication. I will always call them for any further needs and refer them to anyone I know! Great company!!!

The Herrins are quick to respond and schedule time. They are always friendly and good about explaining what needs to be done. They fixed my washer in less than an hour, had the part on their truck and charged me a very fair amount. I’ve told several friends to rely on their service when an appliance needs attention. Excellent experience with dishwasher repair. They are busy and appointment was a week out but it's because they do good work.
