Herrin Appliance was quick to schedule a service call, super helpful. Above and beyond kind of style. Helped us weigh our options with honestly and ended up ordering/replacing a part on our washer. Yay! We have laundry again.

I so appreciate Herrin Appliance. They’re timely to their appointments and are very conscientious about cleaning up during and after they work and their work is high quality. Most importantly, they are honest and will not try to upsell you repairs that are not needed.

They came out prepared to address the issue that I discussed with them and were able to fix it no problem! I can wash my clothes again! Excellent service and professional people!

We have used Herrin Appliance for a couple of our appliances. (our fridge, which required 2 visits and our gas oven, fixed in one!) We were very happy with the times offered for service, the explanation of the problem & the solution, and the reasonable cost of service. Highly recommend!!

Herrin appliance was quick to respond and scheduled appointment the next day. Had to order parts and when parts were back ordered they searched for a third party supplier and got them quicker for me. Really nice people and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Becca was super helpful. My LG fridge had the compressor go out. Instead of making a service call and collecting my money Becca helped me get it covered under warranty. She guided me in the right direction and saved me more than 700 bucks. Good honest ppl I would highly recommend. She didn’t have to do that and we are very thankful that she did! She knows her stuff!!

Very professional, personable and answered all our questions. Diagnosed the problem with out dryer and repaired it quickly and left no mess from the repairs. We will definitely use Herrin Appliance again and recommend them highly.

Without a doubt HERRIN APPLIANCE is top notch. They assisted me with a problem I had with a Whirlpool freezer, and their expertise and perseverance got it back operating. Look no further then this for prompt & excellent service when you have an issue with an appliance.

I called Herrin Appliance to help a client that recently closed on a home. He called a plumber and electrician but I wanted to eliminate the dryer wasn’t the issue. Herrin Appliance Repair came out the following day, and made the necessary adjustments needed and fixed a potential plumbing and electrical problem my client thought he had, but turns out he didn’t have either issue. They charged me a service call only, because my client didn’t need any parts. I appreciate their expert knowledge, promptness, thorough work, and super professional. I will most definitely use them again and again.

This is our 2nd time to use Herrin and both times they were very professional, completed a job that no one else was able to figure out, and did so at a very fair price. Their communication is great and although I hope we don’t have any more appliance issues, we will use them if we do!

I highly recommend Herrin Appliance!! I was afraid that my refrigerator was beyond hope, but Robert, the technician from Herrin, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, actually had the part on his truck, installed it, checked that it and everything else was working well, and was on his way. He was tidy, knowledgeable, and professional, and the bill was very reasonable. Plus the part has a one-year warranty!

I'm so so happy I called this business to repair my washing machine. They asked for my serial number before they came out and what codes the washing machine was throwing. They brought the parts needed and were very honest and let me decide what I wanted to do. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all my appliance repair needs.

Very easy to schedule by text. Arrived on time and went to work , quickly found the problem with the ice maker, gave us a quote, fixed it ! Very pleasant and professional . Will call them again !

I would highly recommend Herrin Appliance. They fixed my Fisher and Paykell dryer (which they don’t make that model any longer), my dishwasher and refrigerator. They kept me up-to-date on when the parts came in and then scheduled me for an appointment shortly after. They had trouble with getting the approval letter for my LG compressor and motherboard on my refrigerator which was under warranty and kept me updated on the progress. They kept on them until they got the approval and then ordered the parts and my refrigerator was fixed within a few days. I am so happy as they figured out what the problem was when I had another appliance company tell me it was something different and I paid for the parts and it still did not get my problem fixed. Herrin Appliance fixed all my appliances the first time and they were so easy and nice to work with. You can’t go wrong with Herrin Appliance! From a Satisfied and Happy Customer…Linda&Ron

I cannot imagine having appliances and NOT having Herrin Appliance repair in my phone's Contact list. We have used them multiple times for the past several years on all different things: oven, refrigerator, washer, etc....they are quite the Team and can do it all. They always show up when they say they will and get right to work. So grateful for the Herrins and their expertise. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!
