Our story started with Mike and Scott when they were affiliated with a different company, and they were always kind. When we were referred by our realtor friend to Mike and asked him to come out and quote us on two AC systems, he showed up and we realized he had been out before a year ago. Long story short, he got right to looking at vents and even climbed up in our attic, looking in all areas. He is very knowledgeable about all the different units available, and he did not think twice about crawling through dirty air spaces. He walked us through each system and how the Freon will be changing, and all the new ones are going to be totally different. We set a time for when we were going to get our new units installed. Well, 2 days before install, our AC went out, and Scott came out to see what the problem was. A condenser went out, but he knew I was on disability and used oxygen and knew we couldn't go without air for 2 days. They ordered the part to get our old system working; the temperatures were near 100, and even though the upstairs system went out totally, he was able to get our lower level working. They installed the motor in the old unit just to get us cool until they were able to replace the whole house system. I have never heard of any AC company being not only so kind but so professional, and it was extremely appreciated! Their pricing on units was very well-priced in comparison to the prior year we were quoted. When the installation began, they were so kind and told us exactly what would be happening. They were quick, professional, and so thorough. They installed the lower system first over 2 days and had to do a lot of ductwork. Every installer was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. They did send a different team out for the dual-level upstairs system, again they were amazing and so very kind, professional, and personable.

These guys are great and very thorough. They have helped me with several issues with my house from the HVAC to the plumbing. They are a great group of guys that are honest and willing to help in any way.

I purchased my home 6 years ago with a unit that was made in 1999. This unit is one year younger than my oldest child. I wasn't sure if it was reaching its last days, but I knew it needed a good maintenance and cleaning. I had originally had an appointment with one of our larger HVAC companies in the area and all they tried to do is upsell me without giving me a clear idea of what a cleaning would cost, so I put out an SOS on South Broken Arrow neighborhood alert.on Facebook and Hope Heating and Cooling came through! They sent their most experienced technician Marquis out to help with the situation. He did an amazing job cleaning it and then explaining to me the ins and outs of what he did. And on top of that with their PSO assistance program that they're enrolled in it only cost me $45! I highly recommend reaching out to them. Mike contacted to discuss the issues i was having with my unit. After a home visit in order for Brian to check things out, a diagnosis was made and the issues I was having previously, have seemingly been resolved. Thanks to Brian and to Mike for making things right.

The work was completed on time and they were very conscientious to protect the house while they did the work. All work was as done to spec and the overall job was outstanding! This company exceeded my expectations. I had a plumbing leak that was a mess under my kitchen sink. The previous owners had left me in a complete mess and obviously used a person who knew minimal about plumbing. Had an amazing experience from scheduling with Mandi to Mike coming out & addressing our issue. Both were incredibly kind, prompt and answered all of our questions. Mike gave us so much helpful information during his time here & got to know us as a family too. Instead of in out he took his time & was very personable. From the moment Mike came into our home and we talked before he did a walk through on our AC unit there was a connection. He is a wonderful man of God with a heart for serving. He is extremely knowledgeable. Every unit we had researched and asked questions about Mike was able to describe in detail the pros and cons. It took a week to decide and every email, phone call and text with multiple questions Mike was patient, kind and answered every question. His team arrived and worked diligently. The two young men were professional, kind and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and kept me informed throughout the day.

Most of the major heating and air companies in Tulsa have been bought up by national (international?) companies. Hope is locally owned by good people who truly care about others.

I needed a new hot water heater. Got 3 quotes from. The two from formerly-locally owned companies were nearly double the heater I bought from Hope.

Then I needed a collapsed bathroom sink drain line fixed. Hope’s quote was far below the formerly-locally owned companies again. But even more amazingly, the technicians were able to find and solve the problem faster than anticipated, and their final invoice was 25% below their quote!!!! Hope is run by honest, hard working people of high integrity. I’m so glad I met Mike Guillen and learned about Hope Heating and Cooling.

Mike came out today to inspect our concern about inadequate heating in one of our front rooms. He was professional, polite, and very clear in explaining what was happening. He provided several options to address the issue and shared a great deal of helpful information. Every time I have a heating issue, Hope sends someone out promptly and provides excellent service. Today I called at 3 because my heat went out, and they had someone here working on my unit less than an hour later! Every tech that has come and fixed my (very old) heating unit has been very friendly and able to solve issues in a timely manner. This is the best HVAC servicing company I've used, and I will call them every time I have an issue!
