After i found out that my former A/C company got bought out by a corporate conglomerate, I contacted Mike Guillen and he informed me he was working at Hope Heating and Cooling. My home HVAC had a leak in condenser so being 18 yrs old, it was time to replace everything. Mike came and gave me good recommendations and I went with a Lennox cold climate heat pump. The best part about the system was the installer Marten and his son. These guys are true craftsmen and the installation came out amazing. I'm a very satisfied customer and am now looking at a mini split system. Lastly, Hope does great things for our community including food giveaways and helping those that are economically disadvantaged with home repairs etc. Highly Recommended Hope and the entire team.

By pure coincidence I came across HOPE through a friend and now I have probably used them five or six times in a year and have never been disappointed. They go above and beyond any other place I have used before and their prices are as good as their work. I recommend these people to anyone and everyone that I come across that needs any work done, not only are they efficient they are probably the most honest and friendly company around in the Tulsa area.

My AC went out on the hottest part of the day and Mike brought me a window unit to keep house while my insurance went through. They came in installed my new unit and I love it! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you to your team for everything!

I can't say enough good things about this company! From Mike the owner to Dalton & Scott! My heat pump was not working right ( it was running the AC & heat strips at the same time). They took time to totally check out the heat. They found a shorted wire and fixed. Only charge was a service call! Plus I bugged Mike while he was in meetings in Dallas! He still kept texting me to trouble shoot the problem. Texted Dalton at home several times. He still tried to help me fix the problem. I truly believe that if they could have talked me through the problem on the phone that they would not have charged me. But they had to come out and Dalton & Scott found the problem and fixed it for a $87 service call! WOW! This is the way Companies use to do business! VERY REFRESHING!!! They have earned my HVAC, plumbing & electric business!!! Thanks Mike, Dalton & Scott. I consider you three men of integrity!!!

Hope sent someone out very quickly. Dalton was very thorough and good. He explained everything to me. They ordered the part and completed the work promptly. Excellent service and their rate was very satisfactory. It was good doing business with them.

I highly recommend Hope Heating and Air! My husband and I decided it was time to replace our 2-23 year old HVAC systems. I received 5 different estimates for the job. With Hope heating and Air, I was pleased with the process from beginning to end. Mike Guillen not only explained what was needed, he took the time show me where our systems were lacking and what we could do to make our systems perform most efficiently. The installation team of Kade and Connor were punctual and knowledgeable. They were polite and respectful of our home. They did a great job putting down protection for our hardwood floors and carpeting and wore booties as needed. They worked diligently throughout each day. I believe they left our attic cleaner than how they found it. They also moved some very large, heavy shelving units that we could not do on our own. I understand that cost is high, no matter what company you choose. However, we were able to get better systems and duct work, with Hope, at the cost of lower grade systems with the other companies. So I reiterate, I highly recommend Hope Heating and Air for your HVAC needs!

Highly recommend this place l. We have an AC unit that broke under a home warranty. R & R had replacement parts on their truck and fixed it ASSP. We will be using this place again even if you for warranty work!

R&R was sent to repair my AC by my warranty company after a previous company had failed to properly address the issue. They were extremely professional and punctual and would definitely use them again.

This company is not trustworthy. They came out to look at our ac unit for American Home Warranty. The guys were very nice but stated their recommendation would be to replace the unit due to the age and the fact it was also leaking Freon and that was what they would send into the warranty company. Turns out that’s not what their recommendation was to the warranty company which has caused many issues and time delays in getting our issue resolved.

My home warranty company assigned my service request to R & R mechanical after a previous contractor (AMP) had come to my home on several occasions for this specific service request which was originally filed May 2nd. After several visits, AMP abandoned my claim and it was then contracted to R & R. The time of the scheduled appointment was not when I was told they would arrive but I am thankful they did at all! A month without AC has caused excessive stress and anxiety. The technicians I met today worked tirelessly to repair the previous contractor's poor work and to ultimately get my AC up and running despite so many issues. They were here for 5 hours and I have zero complaints. These two guys were polite and did a great job on a VERY frustrating and difficult service request. I appreciate them so much and would recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you!
