Service was impeccable. Scheduling was super easy over text. I received a text when the tech was on his way. Our tech was prompt, polite, and thorough. Can’t recommend them enough!

The Home Comfort Solutions crew were all polite and efficient. They worked extraordinarily clean considering how dirty of a job swapping out a complete HVAC system is. They went above and beyond what other service providers offered in their quotes and thought of details no one else did from placing the unit centrally in the attic for shorter duct runs, moving the outside unit further away from the dryer vent to bring the install up to code, wiring in surge protectors, and adding a shroud over the wiring going into the attic to make for a polished looking install and keeping critters out of the attic. Great attention to detail!

Awesome experience can't recommend them enough. Dustin was great. Showed up at 8am on the dot after we made an appointment at 5pm the previous day. The person working the front desk was really nice too. Will definitely be using Home Comfort Solutions again in the future and asking them to send Dustin.

The technician was polite, professional and efficient. He was also patient with my lack of knowledge regarding air conditioning and heat. I feel better knowing my systems got the best care and if a problem arises there is someone to call.

UPDATE- again, they came out to do my pre-summer inspection on my unit that they had installed. They were fast and accurate to do their checks on my equipment and replace the air filter. Wesley, the technician explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. As I stated you can depend on Home Comfort Solutions to take care of your Heating And Air-Conditioning needs and trust me. They are big league!

This company is outstanding! I've used them in the past and will continue to use them. They're easy to talk to, they communicate on their end very well, the tech's are punctual, they're helpful and most importantly they're honest. Can't say enough positive things! Highly recommend

Wonderful experience!!! They are always kind and come over asap. They take their jobs so seriously. Very professional. Love them all, but Dustin is our fav. My sons said “mama he had a smile on his face the whole time he was here”. 😊 I said yes and he is your grandmothers favorite. He has come to our home before and she just loves him. Thanks Dustin keep up the great work!

Wesley was great. Replaced capacitor and checked out the inside and outside units. He also set me up for annual maintenance.

Home Comfort Solutions has really been fantastic. Installed a system at previous home 3 years ago, and serviced every 6 months. Now having them service our new home, as well! Their service contract keeps my system maintained and running efficiently. Dustin (service tech) is VERY knowledgeable, personable and respectful! Highly recommend them for HVAC installation or service.

Service tech was knowledgeable and very professional. Understood what I was saying the unit was doing and went straight to figuring out the issue. The service department called ahead of time and kept me informed about his availability. Tech explained the issue and what caused it. He fixed the problem and explained how long it would take for the temperature to reach the desired temp. I was extremely happy with the service and results of the tech and company.

Had problems with my furnace and the repairs were giving the techs fits. I kept saying something wasn't correct. They came out a few times in response to my calls and never once gave me any indications they were tired of me and my calls. End result was they fixed my old cantankerous unit in time for a record breaking snow storm and cold snap! I'm toasty!
