Joshua and Tristan were both fantastic! They were professional, friendly, respectful, and very helpful. They were also extremely hard workers who only took a short break for lunch. They thoroughly explained what they were doing during the installation process and how to use the system when they were done.

November 2024 had new air conditioning unit and 2 new flutes placed on a new roof. May 2025 it was raining so I decided to go up in attic and check on roof making sure it wasn’t leaking. Noticed leaking from brand new flute. After I got pictures of it leaking from flute Airco placed calking around flute. Today I was told looks like the leaking stopped but if I wanted the caulking and flute too match I needed to go up there myself and paint it. Thanks Airco for everything.

Installers were prompt and courteous. The crew did a wonderful job with install and clean-up. Prior to leaving we received a thorough walk thru of the new thermostat. We were very pleased with the entire process and would recommend Airco to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Lam and his coworker, worked well together to get the project done. Took five hrs and kept everything clean. Took the whole furnace out and back in.

Very professional and timely! I ended up not having just a routine tuneup. Don, the technician figured out the issue and got the ac up and running cold air quickly. Looked over everything and not just the issue, which I greatly appreciate because other companies I’ve dealt with, only do one thing at a time and it’s costly.
*Plus, Don was very nice to my puppies that pretty much whined the whole time.

Had 4 techs here and they installed the tankless water heater in about 4 hour's. The only thing bad was the electrician could not be here and won't be here until Friday. They did leave an extension cord to get electricity to get the water heater going. Professional looking install and the cleaned up their mess.

Chris Reeves was the technician that came out and he was so great at his job.
He answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns .

Fernando was so polite, courteous and knowledgeable! He is definitely a 5 star employee! We have used Airco Service several times in the past and have always been pleased with the experience! Scheduling an appointment was very easy and convenient and that’s important to us with our busy schedule! Definitely recommend this 5 star business!
