Wow!!! KMP should be your first call. They should have been mine too. We had an AC problem on the hottest week of the year. Tried another company and got nothing fixed and still got charged. Called KMP yesterday to see if they had someone available that could come out this week. I really didn't expect that they would be here the next day, but they made tume for us during what has to be an extremely busy week. In less than 2 hours the most amazing and professional technicians, Brad and Justin, had diagnosed, explained, and repaired everything! These guys were awesome! If KMP isn't your first call you are missing out on great service.

The tech was very polite and professional. He's answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

John was super helpful, knowledgeable, and very patience as we discussed what was needed. Even after the job was complete, he was very responsive when I had a couple more questions. Thanks John!

My tech Sammuel came out this morning to install a new thermostat and check out my complete system. He was very professional and very knowledgeable in every thing he was checking. Highly recommend Sammuel from ACS.

Andrew was very nice. Trey does his job superb, he explains well & you don't feel like your being hustled. Daren & James did a fantastic job installing the new air conditioner promptly the very next day "on a Sunday!" Highly recommend !

I contacted Air Comfort Solutions with an air conditioner that wasn’t working and they came out within several hours and completely took care of the problem. Scottie was the technician who was thorough and explained everything as he went along. Scooter followed up and experience was excellent. I would use this company again.

UPDATE: I revoke 2 stars as they sold us a faulty unit that has given us nothing but problems since the install. It's been only a few months and we've had to call them back out to look at it at least once a every month since it was installed. First it has a reoccurring leak that they can't determine the source of and now the fan burned out. Out 20+ year one before it gave us no issues but the new one has been making our lives awful. ACS was highly recommended to us and we were greatly impressed with their up front service but now we feel scammed. We didn't pay THOUSANDS of dollars to burn up in a hot home....

Our AC went out sporadically on a Saturday night. We called Sunday morning and someone showed up to diagnose the problem 2 hours later. Monday, had a full new HVAC system and a cool house before 5 pm. Would recommend to anyone! Extremely affordable and will work with you!

We called after hearing an ad offering $99 scoping and drain cleaning, so we scheduled service. The first technician who arrived on 11/17, Kyle, did not have a scope with him to perform the scoping service. He also didn’t want to complete the drain cleaning without first viewing the pipes with a camera. He told us his ‘supervisor’ would need to come out the next day to provide the services we booked.

Today, they were scheduled to arrive at 2:00 PM. At 3:02 PM, we received a call from a different technician asking us to explain what was wrong with our pipes because he didn’t think we needed the scoping service at all. This ended with my husband understandably frustrated, as we have now gone two days without receiving the services we requested.

We would have preferred they simply tell us they did not want to provide the advertised services so we could hire someone else. Instead, we wasted valuable time that took us away from our own work, all while trying to receive the services they promoted.

Do not waste your time calling this company.

We rent a house that the unit quit on us. 1 call and the guys were there within a few hours, found the problem and quoted it out to the owner of the house. That was great but the guys that came out were polite and friendly. Worked hard and I don’t hear one negative word. These two guys deserve a raise as far as I’m concerned. What a huge asset to a company to have people like them carrying the name of the company!!! Their names were Connor and Darren and you want them working for you!! Thanks again guys!

Matt and Jason did a fantastic job tonight! We had no heat as of yesterday. We called and got serviced just 24 hours later. They replaced our whole furnace and were so helpful with our questions the whole way through. They didn’t mind our dogs either. Thank you so much ACS!

We used Air Comfort Solutions because we didn’t have water for 5 days and our basement flooded. They came out the same day and was great at communicating when I had to leave for awhile. Amanda the representative came in and we explained what was going on, showed her a picture, and she immediately knew how to fix it. She climbed into the crawl space under the house and tightened a loose pipe. She was extremely honest and told us we didn’t have a problem instead of lying and charging us a load of money like other plumbers have! We will 100% be using them again! Thank you Amanda

Woke up at 3a.m. on my birthday to a flooded house. Noah and Thomas were extremely professional and proficient. They repiped all of the hot water lines in my house in record time. Thank you guys for taking such great care of my family!!!

Robert hall was one of a kind! He took care of our issue asap!! He was professional, and did the job the same day same service! I would recommend this company every time, and my management company referred them. I attached a picture of the guy you want to service your home in reference. Ask for Robert if you want someone who works with a diligent but happy smile!

My mom had a leak under her sink and a wobbly toilet. The technician came out and diagnosed the issue, gave her multiple options from base level repair all the way to a full replacement and upgrade! He explained everything very thoroughly, was clean and tidy and very considerate or her home. He repaired all of the issues she had same day and gave amazing warranties on all his work! This isn't any Joe shmo in a truck that will take your money and be out of business a few months later. I appreciate the plumbing service provided by Air Comfort Solutions/Hi-Tech Plumbing.

My mother has been a customer of the Moore location since 2013, always had great service by technicians that have made house calls. Just recently Tevin came out and serviced our unit in preparation for the winter season. He was very knowledgeable when asked questions and patient with explaining what we were going to need for a future upgrade before the summer season. We recommend Tevin and Air Comfort Solutions if you have issues or just questions with your air and heat system in the Moore area!

A young man named Samuel showed up at our home at the time he said he would be here, he cleaned out air conditioning drain line and replaced a capacitor on our air conditioning unit. The young man seemed very friendly and knowledgeable on what he was doing. In my opinion, Samuel was thorough and I would say he was exceptional as an employee of the company. Thank you Samuel.
