A Better installed our first unit 22 years ago when we built our house, and they just installed a new unit to replace the original. They are professional, courteous and honest and i would highly recommend them.

I have used A Better since 2018. Always had a good experience. I had my HVAC and furnace replaced yesterday. I went to work and came home to them finishing up the job and cleaning up. They charged me just what they quoted. I am very pleased.

Had them come out today to clean AC units, routine service. I wasnt home so wasnt able to see the service till I got back (family member let them in and out). But.... the AC unit was barely cleaned. Looks like they tried to clean it without removing the sides, maybe just spraying through the vent slots, and basically missed most of the back side. Called and have not got a response yet. Will update if they make it right, but otherwise, expect subpar service if you are not watching them. See photos, notice the debris on the outside of the side wall, going in the direction they tried to spray it. Other picture is looking up through the vents.
UPDATE: Young man came back out, did a great job, was friendly and wanted to make it right. Appreciate the follow up. Unit shines now.

I set an appointment to have the heat and air checked on a house I'm listing for sale.
I was pleased with my experience as a whole save one thing. The office personnel told me they would call when a tech was en route to the house, so I could meet them. They actually called and told me he was there, so I had to scramble to get around and meet the tech.
That being said the tech had already started cleaning/checking the outside unit while I was en route which saved time.
The system check was uneventful and he installed a new thermostat I had purchased. Insured everything was operating properly and the cost was reasonable approximately $250.
I can recommend this company without reservations.

I cannot recommend A-Better enough! We called about our air conditioner needing to be replaced on a Thursday, and had the whole system replaced the following Tuesday, air conditioner and heater. The guys were incredibly professional, and knowledgeable. So so incredibly grateful for the time and expertise of A-Better!

We adopted A-Better from the previous home owner.

We have them service our equipment twice a year, fall and spring -just before things can get wild in Oklahoma.

Tim is amazing, detailed, clean, caring and expedient. I love the fact I can trust him to crawl all over my home when warranted.

Wouldn't consider doing business with anyone else in the city regarding HVAC.

I have been with A Better for about 16 years and in the past couple of years I have been unsatisfied with the Customer Service I have received. This has happened twice in 2 years. I was scheduled for a date and when the window time has past I call and am told it was actually a different day. Another time I waited way past my window time and had to call to find out if my Tech is still coming and am told oh he will be there in 30 minutes. No apologies or a phone call stating the tech is running behind we do apologize. I can't wait all afternoon when I am told between 1-3 and then it gets close to 5 and no phone. Not very courteous and disrespectful of my time. When I called today the Representative who answered my call did not act like she cared. She said oh no it's next Friday. I just told her to cancel it. She said Ok. Like she could care less. I am very disappointed. Tim was a great tech but the ladies who answer the phones are horrible. Tim was the only reason why we kept using A Better.

This was my Bi Annual check up that I have already paid for when I paid for my spring cleaning. I will not be referring anyone anymore

This company gave me my life back! I had become very ill and suspected it was in the heat and air. I had several different companies come out to inspect and even clean the coils. I had the air quality tested and it came okay. But I continued to be sick. This company took the time to actually inspect and found mold ... lots of it!! They are honest and truly care about people!!

We were very happy with KMP they were very quick and efficient and did not try to upsale anything but was able to get out and let us know exactly what the problem was and fix it .

Tony, Eddie, and Justin were life savers. The previous installers had made such a mess of our air system that it was essentially not working at all. Tony came out, assessed the situation, and designed a system that met the budget. Eddie and Justin spent 3 days completely re-installing our air system from scratch, and they were a pleasure to have around. Bonus points go to them for being patient with my barking, friendly-but-territorial dog. Overall, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my heating and AC needs.

My sons AC went out on Saturday July 21st...it was a busy day for all companies due to the extreme heat we had and couldn't find anyone to get out that day...it would be Monday. I called KMP at 1:30PM and they said they could have someone out between 6 and 8. Someone got there at 4 had it fixed in no time and didnt charge an arm and a leg! Will use this company again and highly recommend them! Thank you KMP!

I had another heat and air company come out and they told me that I would have to completely replace my AC system - but I figured I would get a second opinion before dropping that kind of money. KMP was able to fix a leak and recharge the system and got everything running again. It just seemed clear that they wanted to help me rather than just sell me some extremely expensive unit I didn't need quite yet.

Our A.C. went out in the middle of the night and I called KMP around 6:30am on a Friday in July. They had a tech at my house by 8:15. He fixed it in about 10 minutes. They were very reasonably priced and professional. We will be using them from now on. I highly recommend this company.

Was very happy with the serviceman, Tony. He was patient and kind while I got the dogs separated. I was frustrated that I did not receive the phone call I requested. I have a dog rescue so I need an extra 15 min to separate my dogs and put them up where a serviceman can come inside. KMP always does a good job and I have consistently been happy with their work.

I have a two year old house and couldn't get the AC to keep up with the 90 degree heat, so I called KMP. They came out the same day and quickly isolated the issue. Apparently my builder's AC company did a shotty job patching a leak during my home warranty period. This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had with a heat and air company - quick, thorough and professional. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know with AC problems!
