Mark and his team were amazing in customer service , professionalism, and efficiency .We had a complete install of both air and heating units in a short 7 hours in 100 degree heat! I highly recommend this company .

Installed our geothermal system 6-7 years ago...best investment we have ever made. These guys were very professional and all follow up calls have been fixed quickly with no up charges.

Tim came out to check why our master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house. He checked the flow in every room, looked in the attic for duct problems, checked the freon in the out side unit, rebalanced all the vents.He then decided that the vent in master closet was undersized as the builder installed security camera and dvd recorder in closet that was heating closet and masterbedroom. Solution, larger vent in closet. Tim is very knowledgeable, experienced, and polite. Would absolutely use them again!

Tim came out to inspect our AC unit, which is no longer blowing cold air. He was honest and show us what was the problem. After ordering the part, he and his co-worker Al came out in the morning and replaced the unit within 3 and half hour.

I had an issue with my HVAC system not leveling out. Some rooms were colder than others. They came out and the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He made some adjustments to the furnace and the vents and since then all is well.

I'm giving a 3 because of the lady on the phone that takes the calls. When I called asking about the spring tune-up I paid for she said "springs over, we sent you a reminder card". I told her I did not receive one and scheduled the service. I was called and said they would be there between 0800-0830 Friday. Friday at 0900 my wife called and the guy said someone would be out....could not give a time. Finally at 1300 they called and said someone was on their way. I asked her about not coming this morning and she said "I don't know who told you that, we never give a time". I've had nothing but good things to say about this company and their work.....but the lady on the phone needs to find a new job that doesn't make her so nasty to the customers. It's going to ruin this good business. I would be more than happy to discuss this with anyone at A-better that would like more information.

Company was called out for an emergency service call. Tech looked at the outside unit and informed me that it appeared to be low on Freon and that he would also have to look at the inside unit. Approximately 20 minutes later the tech knocks on my door saying that he found the problem and handed me a bill for $400.00. The next day the unit was still not working so we called the company back and they finally showed back up with another tech and informed us that the coil had a leak and that it would be $3,000.00 to correct the problem. After noticing myself that the coil had not been unsealed for an appropriate examination I called another reputable HVAC firm out and they found that the coil had no leak and the fan switch was bad and they also had to replace the liquid line drier. Since then we have experienced no other problems and our unit has worked fine. Buyer Beware of A Better Heating & Air Conditioning of Moore, Oklahoma. They are definitely not Honest.

Karl was very professional. He diagnosed my problem and fixed it in a timely manner. The cost was affordable. I am very impressed and next time I have a problem I will request Karl from A-Better heating & air conditioning.

We had Tim Ludwig at our house today (08/16/2019) to replace the fan on our air conditioner outside unit. Tim did a super job!! We have had Tim of A-Better Heat & Air Conditioning perform all of our air conditioning needs for the past 14 years, and Tim is the best technician around. He thoroughly knows the A/C and Heating trade. I highly recommend Tim Ludwig to anyone needing A/C or Heating repairs or a new unit.

I had called in to discuss ways to mitigate dust in the house. The front office gave me a suggestion about a Reme-Halo for air quality. Mark the owner took the time to call back and explain what it did and the benefits as well as a whole house humidifier versus just a single room. It's only been a few hours since the install and can for sure tell the effects of the humidifier. Was told it might take a day before it shuts off and then only has to maintain. Items to consider is to have a power outlet and cold water source available for the humidifier
For the air purifier still waiting on that to see if there is a difference.
The technicians that did the install were very professional and did very well explaining the features and how things are supposed to work.

This company came highly recommended by a contract friend of mine for a new construction project and I was not disappointed. Their guy, Mark Lee, was extremely professional and has stood behind their work from start to finish. I would use them again without hesitation.

I called A-Better after my elderly mother-in-law had called another service company. Tim came out and diagnosed the problem as much LESS severe and expensive than the first company. He showed back up with the parts when he said he would and completed the work very efficiently. Based on this and prior experience,I highly recommend A-Better.

Had been noticing my furnace burner flames were yellow. Called a couple of HVAC companies who all told me variations of the same story - heat exchanger was cracked and would be leaking carbon monoxide into the house. Need a new furnace. A Better Heat & Air came by and told me that the issue was the ports were corroded and clogged. Propane coupled with a damp crawl space will do that. Rather than sell me a new furnace, he sold me a replacement burner assembly. He also purchased the parts on my promise to have him install them. He came out today and did the upgrade quickly and on time. Will be using this company from now on.

Very pleased with the service guys that installed our new Carrier AC/Heat system. They took their time to make sure it was done properly and left the place cleaner than what it was before they started. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you - Kelly, Tyler, Jake, James, and Mark! Even in this heat, Tim was on time and worked quickly to get our HVAC back in working order. He was very professional and made certain we understood what caused the breakdown and the best repair to get it going again. So glad we did not need a new system.

Karl was right on time after the call telling me he was on his way. Karl showed me my hot surface ignitor was indeed faulty and explained that replacing that and cleaning the flame sensor was what he wanted permission to do. Few minutes later he's done and my heater is back on. Discussed briefly what I should expect in cost for replacing my HVAC in the future as well. Very nice guy.
