Kenny with Randall's Temperature control is awesome. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I let him know that one side of the house was heating more than the other and he immediately went to work. He figure out the issue in 15 mins, came up with a solution, and fixed it. I recommend them to anyone looking for heat and air.

A friend of mine called last night asking if Randall's Temperature Control had a technician on call for after hour emergencies. Her heater had quit working and it was single digit temperatures outside. I called Jo Anne Randall and she gave me her on call technician's number. I relayed the information to my friend, and very quickly she replied to me that Eric was on the way to fix her heater. After he completed the repair she told me that he was very friendly, professional and had their heater up and running in no time. I would highly recommend the team at Randall's Temperature Control.

I called around 12:45 about my heater problems. The lady took my name and number down so a tech could call back. Literally 15 minutes and I received a phone call. Kevin was 10-15 minutes from my house. Easy fix and very professional. Will definitely be using Randall’s again and requesting Kevin. Thank you!!

I'm thrilled with Randall's, in particular, Eric. They've handled the heat and AC in our commercial building for a couple years and have consistently done a great job. They respond quickly. Eric goes above and beyond to find the cause of the problem and fix it. He walks us through every step, including showing us pics and videos when the issue isn't easily accessible, so we understand the cause, effect, and correction. And, their pricing can't be beat. We will continue to use Randall's and, now, a few of our employees are seeking them out, too.

Kevin came out very quickly after I called and had our A/C up and running in less than an hour. He was friendly and professional. Randall's Temperature Control knows how to treat their customers!

Our heat went out on Christmas Day and we called Randall’s to see if there was any way they could come out. The technician came within 10-15 minutes of our call and stayed a few hours to get us up and running. The Technicians name was Brandon and I sure hope he got compensated for missing time with his family on Christmas Day. We are so grateful for his quick turnaround and fixing our heat on this cold day!

I had to have my AC fixed and Randall's sent out Kenny. Very professional, very polite and I never thought he was trying to rip me off. I really enjoyed my experience with Randall's because of him. Will be using their services again.

Had an a/c problem on a Saturday, called Randall’s the a/c tech called me in 5 minutes and was at my home 15 minutes later, diagnosed and repaired my problem in about 15 minutes. Brad was fantastic.
I would highly recommend Randall’s to anyone.

Kenny M is the best heat & air guy on the planet. He has patiently repaired our ancient (20+ years old) HVAC system through new fan motors, capacitors, even a voltage surge that fried part of the electronics.

He's always prompt, his work is fast and accurate, he has parts ready and he's an excellent troubleshooter. He even cleaned the coils inside and out, which was not his job, after he repaired the faulty capacitor. Even better, he arrives when he says he will, no waiting around.

Way above and beyond what we expected from a heat and air tech.

Randall's has made a lifetime customer with us. We needed dual units completely replaced (furnaces and exterior units). They came in with a more reasonable bid than others, flexible finance options, and they were extremely professional. They even asked to borrow one of our ladders (instead of just doing it), and they returned it to exactly where it was when done. Much thanks to Trey, Brad, Jerry, Sam, and Kevin for the hard work and excellent customer service!!

As a new home owner in these hot summers its been hard finding a reliable company to keep my home feeling fresh and cool. But Randall's Climate control sent Eric and he has kept our HVAC unit pristine and I have never been more thankful for the wonderful service we received.

Eric has been to my home on several occasions to service my heat and air and his work is outstanding. His customer service skills like explaining the service issues as well as costs is so helpful to a Retiree . Randall's will always get my business because of the trust and superior service.

I love Randall’s. Their customer service is amazing. I had Eric as our Technician and I can’t say enough kind things about him. He took time to explain every single thing he was doing and went above and beyond to help me understand why our AC needed to be repaired, etc. He checked and rechecked his work several times to make sure everything was working properly. Grateful that our builder works with such a good company so we can continue using them!

Almost eight years ago our neighbor recommended Randall's we started out with SAM and he moved on to a bigger and better job but we sure missed him when he left - we have used Eric several times and have been very satisfied with his work. I can't remember the other technicians names but they were all great. No complaints we use their service twice a year and we just bought another home in Talavera that has the original AC unit so eventually we will depend on Randall's to replace it - they are the best!

Excellent experience with Randall's! They were able to have a tech out within an hour of my initial call. Eric took the time to explain the issue our A/C unit was having, explained our options, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Absolute professional! By far the best experience I have ever had with any A/C company. When it's time to upgrade my A/C system I will be using Randall's because of the quality of service and Eric's absolute professionalism! Thanks for the help Eric!

Had a problem with one of our condenser units. The fan would run, but room temperature air was coming out due to the condenser not turning on. Unit would make a buzzing sound every couple of minutes. Called Randall's and they sent a technician named Kevin. He knew immediately what the problem was and replaced the capacitor on the unit. Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable. I always prefer going with local companies and would highly recommend Randall's.

Technician came out, spent 25 off minutes looking at the system including attic and we were told we were low on freon and that we might have a leak. We agreed to out more in costing $795..lasted 5 days. Another company came out and informed us our coils in the attic system were rusted and they would have never done the service or at least had us sign a document stating we under stood..side note, Randalls texh was in our attic for 10 mins..either didnt check or know what to look for. We decided to replace whole system with the other company AFTER dropping $795. Do your research with other companies.
Update, trued calling to speak with someone and got the “someone will call” and after multiple attempts was told somebody is always on phone etc. dont waste your time or money.

Extremely honest. Willing to do smaller/frugal jobs to fix already installed equipment that they didn't install and don't typically carry (I have an Amana system). Highly recommend. Nathan showed up early in the morning and determined that my system had a tiny leak and was low on refrigerant. He had me run the fan for a couple of hours to melt the ice off my evaporator coil. Then a different HVAC pro showed up and recharged my system bc it is was low on refrigerant. They are planning to help me chase the leak early next spring before my warranty expires on my (installed 2021) AC.

Previous to dealing with Randall's, I had Triple Play Home Services come out on the weekend and Zach quoted, and pressured me into a $14k brand new system. He claimed that my 3 ton system was under-spec'd and that I really needed a 3.5 ton unit. He gave me that 14k quotation without doing any load calculations. Felt extremely scammy. Zach from triple play also made a bunch of super condescending comments like "well I sleep cold at night" (multiple times he said this). When I mentioned that it would be more cost effective to make up that 0.5 tons with a window unit or two, he said "Well who would ever want to buy your house with a window unit in it?"

Randall's was honest and willing to help me get this system working for now, and they plan to diagnose and permanently fix any leaks next spring before my warranty expires. Highly recommend Randall's.

I have always had the best service with Randall’s. Easy scheduling, awesome customer service and trusted techs! I have used them for years and won’t use anyone else. On the hottest evening of the year..my ac stopped blowing cold air. I reached out to JoAnn the next morning. She had Nathan come out at 8:30 in the morning and it was fixed within 30 minutes! They know the business like no other. Again…I will not use anyone else…they are the most trustworthy people in the business I have ever known! Amazing customer service and very fair prices!!

Randall's temperature control is a top notch company very professional. kevin and crew installed a 5 ton system for my dad 86, in a days time 8hrs. Explained the system in full and then some. The clean up was great.
