Unfortunately, Google allows only one review per person, per business. One year ago I left a five star review. I had to delete it so I could post another five star review.

My air conditioning system appeared to be struggling to keep the house cool so I contacted customer service and scheduled an appointment. Hunter Dean came out today. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He determined what the issue was and fixed it. I have been consistently impressed with the service I have received from.Air Comfort Solutions. Everyone I have been in contact with from the call center to the technicians have been awesome. Very much appreciate doing business with this company and I would highly recommend them.

We invested $20,000+ in a new unit through Air Comfort Solutions roughly two years ago, and it has had issues every single year. At this price point, the expectation is a dependable system—not a recurring cycle of breakdowns and service calls.
What’s most frustrating is the pattern: we fix one issue, and then we’re dealing with another problem again the next season. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and expensive, and it’s not what we were sold.

Tandon White was very personable and Professional from the very start of my appointment. He thoroughly checked the heating and air systems and showed the patience of a Saint when he installed a new smart thermostat at my residence. Tandon helped me set up the app and walked me through all the settings provided. He went above and beyond and I really appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to me. Thank you Tandon :)

Adrian was very thorough. He kept me informed at every stage of the process. I have had this service done for several years and he was by far the best.

This was hands down the best plumbing experience we could have asked for. We had just returned from a long trip to find a large puddle of water in our home. We called Air Comfort Solutions (ACS) , and they showed up the very same day.

Amanda was the first to come out, quickly diagnosing the issue and reassuring us that we were in good hands. From that moment forward, the level of care and professionalism only continued.

We give Amanda, Jeremiah, Mike, Brad, Kevin, and Hayden a full 5.0 out of 5 stars for their expertise, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and strategic in their approach. They didn’t just rush in; they took the time to think things through, plan carefully, and explain the “why” behind their decisions. When adjustments had to be made, they walked us through the updates so we always understood what was happening.

As a group, they worked seamlessly together. They are professional, respectful, and clearly a team that values collaboration. They arrived when they said they would, treated our home with care, closed doors, cleaned up after themselves each day, and made us feel completely comfortable having all six of them here. Their thoughtfulness extended beyond the technical work; they were empathetic and respectful in every interaction.

One thing that really stood out is how proud they were to work for ACS. They spoke highly of their company and how ACS encourages the plumbing team to prioritize customer care... and that’s exactly what they did.

The finished plumbing pipe repair work looks excellent so far, and beyond the results, the process itself left us feeling respected, informed, and cared for. This is the kind of service you hope for but rarely find.

We want Amanda, Jeremiah, Mike, Brad, Kevin, and Hayden to be our “forever plumbing team.”

I want to personally thank Adrian Escobar for the fine work he did with the fall tuneup on the two HVAC units at my house on 11/4/2025. Adrian was personable, thorough and informative about my systems. I was impressed with his work.

We've used Air Comfort Solutions for years. However, when we used them most recently, we were given an invoice that was much higher than the quote we received and they charged our credit card. When we visited their office, Shane Lain sat down with us to find a solution. Instead of trying to find a compromise, he immediately said, "I'm going to make this right." He reversed the charges on our card. The next day, he and one of the techs "Brennan" spent two hours rectifying part of the solution. - "When looking for a great heat, air, and plumbing solution, you should count on great work AND integrity. Air Comfort Solutions has both. Shane has the core values of the company in his office and he lives by them.

I’ve used a lot of different companies for plumbing issues over the years. A lot of the companies seem to be very similar. Honesty and dependability matter the most to me. That’s what separates Air Comfort Solutions from the competition. The work I needed was more complex than a simple plumbing job. No one plans on an unexpected plumbing issue but Air Comfort Solutions did their best to get it resolved as quick as possible and for as inexpensive as possible. That’s really all I could have asked for. I would recommend air comfort solutions to my friends, neighbors, and family. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Morgan came this morning and he was really nice. Explained what he did in detail and was professional. He came right after he called me and completed the job in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service.

When these guys finished today I said to myself now I know where all the good technicians are working. Very professional, good natured guys. During a remodel you encounter a host of people many of which i would never do business with again but these guys…what a breath of fresh air. Thank you the job looks great!

Christian Miller was the tech who arrived at my house as scheduled. He was a young man which made me skeptical at first but his knowledge and quality of service was of a 30 year veteran. Professional, polite and on point with his work. Greatly appreciated, I wish him the best in all his future endeavors and I wish him upon every customer thats lucky enough to get him assigned. My AC is in top shape thanks to him, we were screwed before he showed up.

We've been waiting for a year and two months for the sheetrock to be repaired in the furnace room.. and we paid a lot of money for you guys

Sammuel was very professional and knowledgeable. He informed us of what he was doing beforehand and then completed his work. Then he let us know of a couple of other things that needed attention, including pictures and email them to me so we could think about it. Sammuel was great.

After 4 years I called with an issue. They offered same day service. Amazing customer service, even better technicians. No comment on price because my warranty covered absolutely everything. (That should tell you all you need to know!) Overall I give ACS 8 out of 5 stars.

Extremely courteous and polite repair workers. Got the work on the breaker box done early. Very helpful in getting things coordinated with the Electric company and in keeping me informed about what was being done and why. Would be happy to have the same crew do work at my house again.

These people will SCAM you. The guy came out for a tune up for my AC and furnace (filters etc) from a special they were running (they had called me to see if I was interested, big mistake on my part), told me I needed both replaced after they had been working fine all year, proceeded to tell me my hot water heater also needs to be replaced, when he had no business looking at, or touching it. The next day both my furnace didn't work or my hot water heater. The hot water heater had the pilot light blown out (this was on a completely separate gas line so there was absolutely no reason this should've happened, it hasn't ever happened before. Then the furnace had a switch flipped, something I had to hire someone else to find, he said there was no reason it should've been flipped. I'm still waiting on their reports from when they worked on it, a week later. And I'm still waiting for a manager to call me back 2 days after I called to complain. These aren't the only issues I've had with them and this isn't the first time they've tried to sell me on things I do not need. These aren't all the details, just summed up. These people are salesman before all else. Do not hire these people for so much as an inspection as they will intentionally mess up your stuff, and if you do make sure they're on camera.

told me i needed a complete new system. tec told me he had 20 plus years experience.
I asked him if he was sure. 15000 dollars would fix it for sure. ya right!
I had called them to install a thermostat.
i turned the power off to the a/c for safety, after turning the power back on the system worked perfect, guess i saved my self 15 grand. watch these guys they will rip you off.

Noah and Thomas were awesome installing our kitchen sink pump. They did a wonderful job and made sure they cleaned up any mess they made. They went above and beyond in making sure I understood everything and was happy with their work. Dalton also impressed me when he came out to give us an estimate. We have moved our service contract to ACS as well. GREAT JOB GUYS AND THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. This company is the single worst thing to ever happen to me. They refused to attempt to clear a drain for me and instead sold me a 10,000$ service as a cheaper option than digging up my floor. they preyed on my fear and ignorance and their “solution” flooded my utility room and garage and doesn’t work even after they “fixed” it by replacing a part in the pump they used to bypass my floor drain. Another plumbing company cleared my drain for 230 dollars in less than an hour.

Never under any circumstances use this company for your plumbing needs. They are poorly managed and have poor ethical practices. Not to mention they’re extremely over priced even if you do happen to get lucky and not have them break or ruin something in your home.
