After a power surge, my ac unit wasn't working.On Saturday the 29th of June. I called and service technician Dustin came out. He immediately went to work to diagnose the issue. Had the part on his service truck. Highly recommend Home comfort Solutions.

The house I bought last year had work done by you guys. I’m really not sure on what level of experience do you state what work you did and I find this after having sand blowing in around the unit. If you did any installation with new and not preowned units and did any duct work…. This doesn’t really hold any weight to your work and customers needs. Just thought I’d show this to other before they feel stupid like me.

Upstairs unit quit and it was up and running in an hour.
Had to repair my upstairs unit again after lighting damage last year. All I can say is another great experience with Dustin. 👍🏽

Wesley performed maintenance on my heating & air system today. There was a problem, but he was able to resolve it quickly, so I was only without air conditioning a short while. He provided excellent service!

I hated to call on the weekend, but you can't have your HVAC unit flooding your home. I couldn't get the drain line unplugged myself. Technicain was very friendly and got the job done. Home Comfort is always professional. Had the system cleaned and charged while they were here.

Wesley was great as usual. We will continue to use Home Comfort Solutions for our HVAC needs.

Wesley and a team member from Home Comfort Solutions came and performed a system maintenance on our mini split. They were professional and very informative about best maintenance practices. We will be using this company again and recommend their services.

We are on their monthly plan. The bad weather hit hard and we had what ended up being a small issue. They were at the house within the hour. Kevin was great. Just can’t say enough great things about these guys.

We have recently had the pleasure of accessing the services of HCS. The technicians have been friendly and very thorough! The office rep, Toni? Tony? has been prompt in answering when I have scheduling needs etc. So far, couldn’t be more pleased.

Jordan came to my house on time. I had a map to see where he was located at all times he put on his booties so he wouldn't get any dirt on my floors. He was very professional. I asked him not to step on any of my rugs and he avoided him Completely. He checked on my units. He looked up a code was able to research. Find the code. find the problem fix the problem and that's what you want from someone coming into your home to respect it. Do what you need to do and leave professionally.

Joey Lama was our service tech. He was great, gave us incredible service. I told him if we ever needed another visit we would definitely give home comfort another call. We are highly satisfied. I will be referring them to anyone who asks in the future.
We reached out to the company via website from the time we requested service to him at our door was less than 3 hours. I was very impressed with the company. Great customer service.

Joey and Wesley, our service techs, were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Gave us more info and options than we could imagine.
John, the owner, drove from Moore to far nw OKC just to meet us and discuss the instillation. His instinct installation crew were like worker bees. Efficient, fast and thorough.
The new system and equipment were of much higher quality than the original system. Much quieter and more powerful.
Price was thousands less than best alternative quotes from large shop competitors. But we had already been tipped off by friends that they would be. We couldn’t be happier.

Joey did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my AC issue. He explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced the contactor and capacitor and now my system is running smoothly again. Great service, honest work, and fast response. I definitely recommend Home Comfort Solutions and ask for Joey!
