I came home from work only to find my heater not working. A friend recommended Tradestrong, and Keyton promptly came out the same evening and was able to diagnose the problem. He said he would have to obtain the parts the next day (since it was late in the evening) but would call me first thing in the morning with a plan. Called me early as promised and came out to fix. I was kept in the loop via text and email about his arrival time so I could plan my day accordingly. Keyton and Chad were both very professional and friendly and I would highly recommend them. I noticed the problem at 530pm and had my heater working by 11am. I appreciate their prompt reply and services to my desperation of no heat in December.

Trade Strong is the best! We had several bids out to extend our gas line to run a heater for our pool. Keyton was communicative and professional. He educated us on options and addressed other questions about future renovations. In addition to being the best priced quote, he offered peace of mind and timely quality results. A few weeks later our spigot burst and our house flooded. He came out same day and repaired the pipe and got us lined up with a remediation company. I couldn’t even process what was happening and he helped guide the way. That type of humility has landed us being customers for life!

Keaton was exactly what I should have had the first 2 times! He came in and told me everything he was doing. He had it going in less than 20 minutes!! I paid less than the other two companies who left me with no heat both times. This company is what you need do not waste you time with anyone else!!!!

Had a major issue come up, and they got us scheduled super fast! They were able to work around our schedules (night shift) and fixed the issue within an hour! Absolutely the BEST plumbing company. Was told they would be here in 10 minutes and showed up in less than 5. Owner of company came out. He was very sweet and helpful. He was to our house within an hour, and within no time had us up and running (heater had stopped working).
