Chris and Kelly came out to replace my failing (original to the home 2004 HVAC system.) After going round and round with the property management company for almost a month the system was replaced including the furnace and air handler up in the attic.

After two other HVAC companies came out 8 different times to "band aid" the failing and too small system (2 ton system on a 1600 sq. foot house which calls for at least a 3 ton,)

Chris and Kelly were here at 0800 and did not finish until around 1730. These guys are NOT PAID ENOUGH for their very tough and thankless job, temps in the attic where a majority of their work was performed topped 150* HVAC companies are not treated well nor appreciated by most customers, this is a tough job which requires their employees to be in good general health to be able to lift, climb, work in extremely hot temperatures all the while dealing with customers who for the most part are usually irate and all they care about is enjoying their AC system so they can watch TV.

Chris and Kelly were EXTREMELY professional, had a great attitude, and were very thorough in their work and answering my MANY , MANY questions.

If they are not making $30-40 per hour for their hard work, they need to go elsewhere that will reward them for their excellent customer service and work ethic.

If I owned this house, I would most definitely use Hadley's again and request Chris and Kelly by name to service my HVAC needs, since this is a rental house, I am at the mercy of whomever the property management company decides to use, I am one of those tenants who cares about the property I rent, I report damage as it occurs and before it can become a larger problem, I try to protect the homeowners investment. I pay my rent a month early every month, I was raised to take EXTRA SPECIAL CARE of something, especially if it doesn't belong to me and to leave it in better shape than I found it upon move-in.

OUSTANDING job Chris and Kelly, you made my house comfortable again, I have numerous health problems, among them are COPD, Asthma and Chronic Bronchitis, I am supposed to be a cool, dry environment at all times. Thank you again for your hard work at a very hard job guys!

If I were the owner of Hadley's I would at the very least give these guys a BONUS, a RAISE and some gift cards to local restaurants so they can take their wives or girlfriends to a nice dinner, treat your GREAT employees GREAT otherwise your company will fail and they will go where they are appreciated and rewarded for their hard work!

This is a good company. Does good honest work. Has the best prices. They have great customer service. They do everything from service to old or new systems. Takes care of all your needs in a timely manner.

Josh and Joe for Hadley Heat and Air were excellent. They came the same day called on time!! They gave great explanation of reasons for codes and fixed air flow issues within the house to keep all of the house at a normal temp. Would highly recommend them for any services needed. Excellent job, Josh and Joe!!!

I wouldn’t use this company. They installed a mini split unit for me in June of 2020 in my music studio I built in my house. It did not work for 4 months. I also paid 5k for the unit. They would come back 2-3 times per week to try and get it going. It would work for a day and stop. They replaced it 2 different times among a lot of other trial and error solution. Twice the room flooded where the unit is. It finally started working properly in sept of 2020. Come to find out the drain they used goes into the washing machine drain. At one point the drain came out of the box and has been dripping down my wall. My wife told them that the washing machine may have wiggled it out. So they came out and put a piece of tape on it and charged her $89 because it wasn’t their fault it came out. And now I have a hole in my wall as well. However, it is their fault, because it was poor installation from the beginning. I asked for my money back in the beginning when I was without ac in the space where I earn my money. It was a miserable summer. They refused and said they’d get it working. Again 4 months later. It’s been an absolute nightmare. I really can’t believe the situation.

I contacted Hadley Heating for some HVAC issues and they sent out technicians the same day. Joe and Josh did an excellent job in discovering our heating issue in this winter weather. They were professional and clear in explaining what was going on with our heating system. Would highly recommend their services.

Paid them $2500 to install a minisplit in my garage. 10 months later I had some water dripping so we tried to set up a warranty appointment. No one called to set anything up, they just showed up to our door while we were at work. Finally able to get them out. At this point the minisplit isn’t dripping anymore. But they proceeded to charge me $200. I asked why since they didn’t fix anything or see any problems. And they told me they thought it was because I needed to clean my filters, even though they were cleaned. Then I was told they wouldn’t cash the check until I spoke with the operations manager because I didn’t think I needed to pay anything. Never talked to them and they just cashed the check. I’ve worked in new construction for almost 20 years and have worked around this company. Use someone else. Seems like all they care about is money. I’m in a similar work field, and we always tell homeowner if there might be a charge for a service call. But defiantly don’t charge people for not fixing anything or even seeing problems. Would not recommend

And why they were out to look at my minisplit, they had to attach and silicone all the tubing coming out of the wall because it fell and separated and I had a huge hole in the side of my house. I figured this might be the problem with it dripping and that’s why I called. So I was charged for them to fix their own bad installation. Pretty top notch company.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and timely install of my new unit. The office was quick to respond when I fist contacted them about concerns with my unit. The morning after my call, the service crew came out and identified the problem and talked me through best options. They installed a new unit at 9am the following morning. I asked a lot of questions and they were patient and understanding throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to help me out. Given all the supply chain issues and labor shortages, I was incredibly impressed with Hadley. I would recommend this firm to others.

I had a problem with my AC not Cooling and was able to have the problem identified. It was a big leak in my condenser coil. They were able to order a new unit and install the next day.

I should have believed the negative reviews... I do not recommend ever using this company.

This company installed my AC when the house was built (4 years ago) so I decided to use them when the AC suddenly stopped working. They came out and said the unit was 4lbs low on coolant. They filled it back up and said it should be good to go. At the time I felt like that was $475, a reasonable price. I now know that a unit that is only 4 years old shouldn’t be low unless there is a big leak (something you would assume they would know). AC worked less than 24 hours. Hadley charged another couple hundred to come back and tell me the condenser had a leak. They couldn’t fix it that day but called the next day and wanted another $1000+ to repair and replace all the coolant. They wouldn’t discount the extra coolant (even though they had pretty much sold me a full units worth of 410A less than a week before). Don’t use them, because even if the initial price seems reasonable, they don’t stand by their work and will use every opportunity to keep running up your bill. I have subsequently had much better experiences using Hill & Company and Sooner Heating and Air.

Our AC went out five days ago, and the experience with this company has been frustrating from the start. On the first day, two technicians came out and initially said the issue was minor. They left to get tools and returned an hour later, only to say the entire compressor was out and couldn’t be fixed that day. They told us the part would be available the next day.

The next day, we called to check in and were told the part wouldn’t arrive for several more days. We asked for a window or portable unit due to the extreme heat (it’s been 98°F outside and our house hasn’t dropped below 85°F), but no one followed up, and no unit was ever delivered. Every day since, we've had to call them—no one ever updates us or calls back.

On the day they finally said the part would arrive, we called again, and were told it wouldn’t be in until at 3 PM and couldn’t be installed because they close at 5. We explained multiple times that we were leaving for vacation that Friday and no one would be home for two weeks. Their response? "There’s nothing we can do."

The communication has been terrible, and the lack of urgency or care is extremely unprofessional. If we didn’t have a warranty through them, we would absolutely never use this company again. Be warned, this is not a service provider you can rely on during an emergency.

Hadley HVAC and have always been impressed with their professionalism, and responsiveness. Their team is knowledgeable and dependable, making every project run smoothly. Highly recommend them!

I’ve used Mike with Elite Air for the past 7 years. He always does a great job and I know he will charge a fair price. For my most recent job, he determined that a duct needed to be resized and extended to provide adequate HVAC for my renovation project. I feel like other contractors would have tried to sell me on a new mini split or larger AC, but he really focuses on what is best for the customer and not his pocket. It’s rare to find someone like that in construction these days.

Mike at Elite was very professional and very quick to diagnose and get our unit back up and running. He was able to get our repair done same day and we would DEF recommend!

For several years Elite Air has done my maintenance. They are very reliable and honest. Always explaining and showing exactly what work they are performing.

Look...my A/C went down RIGHT as I was moving into my new house in the middle of summer, and I was in dire straits. I called my home warranty people - they let me down. Refused to even CONTACT someone to help me. So I googled and called 3 other HVAC businesses...and no one could even answer the phone in the middle of a normal Wednesday for some reason. So I panicked and blasted friends and family with texts for help. A very responsive friend immediately recommended Elite Air who came to look at my busted unit within hours, and what do you know...I was back up and running with a fully replaced unit in less than 24 hours. And since I paid out of pocket (thanks, home warranty!) I know EXACTLY how much value I got for my replacement unit, too...but that's another discussion altogether.

I'm writing this review over a month later, when the Oklahoma weather decided to take a nasty turn to over a week of 100 degree weather...and my A/C has had zero problems keeping up and keeping us frigid during these 90 degree nights. And for real...Elite Air came through for me and my family of 5 when we *truly* needed it. I cannot tell you how thankful I am, especially in this scorching weather. Elite Air provided the best service I could have ever imagined in such a dire moment, and I will write dissertations about how amazing they are. They are the best, bar none.
