We were with another company for around three years, but after it was acquired, we noticed a decline in service quality. When our unit stopped working on a Saturday, we discovered that the new company no longer offered 24/7 support. A friend of mine suggested Elite, and from our very first interactions, they have shown nothing but professionalism and a genuine commitment to addressing our issues. If you're considering a new service provider, I highly recommend giving them a chance.

I highly recommend this business. They are professional and honest. I recently had to replace my furnace. Despite having to remove an old unit and install the new through a ceiling access, I had no cleanup after the job was completed. I feel they treat my home as if it was theirs.

Mike has done our HVAC system maintenance for a few years. Anytime I have an issue he schedules a service call within 24/hours. This week, our upstairs unit went out. I texted Mike in the afternoon, he scheduled me as his first call the next morning. Diagnosed the problem, got our unit working until he was able to find and replace the part, and then did find the part and replace within 2 hours of our service call. Mike is incredibly responsive, professional, honest and quick when you have an issue. I won't use anyone else and neither will my parents!

I booked an appointment with Elite Air on their website after hours and was amazed at how quickly they responded. Within minutes, I had a confirmed time slot for the very next morning between 8 AM and 10 AM — no waiting days just to get scheduled!

The technician called ahead to let me know his arrival time and actually showed up early. He was friendly, easygoing, and highly professional. In less than two hours, our A/C was back up and running, and our home was cooling again.
