Ron was amazing to work with. After my failed attempt to fix it myself, he worked to try to diagnose the AC to attempt to fix it but came to the same conclusion I did - had to replace the outside unit. I would consider them very trustworthy, responsive, and would highly recommend them.

Have had ongoing issues with our unit since they installed it on our brand new house. But the worst part has been dealing with Jordon! He has been so unhelpful and not turning paperwork to the proper people to get things done. If he did his job this would make this whole nightmare a little better

What does it say about a company when you have issues with your AC for MONTHS and you email the owner and never even get a response! Take my advice and take your business to another company. I am trying to spread the word like wildfire. This place has terrible customer service

Deducted a star as our AC stopped blowing cool air and we haven’t been in our new build 2 years yet. However, unlike recent reviews, our experience was pretty good. We called on Monday and two gentlemen came that same day. They were unable to fix the issue as they had to order a part but told us that someone would contact us once the part came in. The following day, someone contacted my husband informing him the part came in and they would come out on Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and Troy showed up on time and got to work. Troy was friendly and communicative. The job took way longer than expected but Troy kept at it until the job was done. We appreciate Troy’s work ethic and he even told us that they would follow up to make sure everything is working properly. Thank you again Troy and we appreciate you!!
