We've been very happy with the service Elite has provided us. For years we used the company that originally installed our HVAC units, but we were never terribly pleased with the service - especially when they were coming out almost every year to fix something. Now that we've switched to Elite, our problems are fewer and the service is better.

I can’t say enough about Elite Air & Heat we had a order in our home and we contacted Elite Air& Heat and they recommended we call the gas company and to follow up with them once the gas company confirmed that it wasn’t a gas scent and they came by to check the system and reassure us that our house was safe to be occupied. I wish I could double the 5 stars to 10! I have had many heat and air repairs on many homes over the years. For the past 2 years, Mike Phillips at Elite Air - Heating and Air Conditioning has been my go-to guy. He is so professional and thorough. He really knows his business well and quickly finds the issues that need fixing. He explains all the options for the repair so I can choose how to proceed. He is extremely fair on his pricing too! He responds quickly to my calls and gets to the repair job faster than any I have ever used. I wish I started using him 10 homes ago! On top of that, Mike is such a NICE guy! Very personable. He's earned my business and my TRUST. A great guy with a great company. I highly recommend Mike and Elite Air.

Mike and his team did a great job. They were very conscientious and the quality of their work was excellent. His knowledge of the equipment and his recommendations were very helpful in our decision to use Elite to replace our old HVAC system. I do not know where to start because the whole experience from start to finish was stress free. From our first meeting with Mike, we could tell he was not in sales. He told us what we needed for the size of our house without a bunch of pushy upselling. The price was more than fair for the service received which was excellent. He showed up on time ready to install in the morning. We had air conditioning that night. The next day he finished up little extra details. He worked efficiently, cleanly, and surprisingly quiet for removing and installing a unit in the attic. Listen, nobody wants to buy a new heat/air unit but it does help ease the pain when the company you use makes the experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you for your incredible service!

So far I have not had a bad visit or experience with Elite Air. Today I had a safety valve installed and also a surge protector for my AC unit. The whole process was quick and painless. All praise here!!!

Mike from Elite came out and determined why our HVAC was freezing over, from a builder issue many years ago, and repaired the pitch from the drain fall to properly clear. Even with heat tape that previous companies put on and didn’t see the pitch as a problem. My family was extremely excited to get proper heat going again and haven’t had any issues since. Will definitely recommend Elite to my family and friends.

Very happy with the service I received. The guys arrived at the time scheduled & finished in a timely manner. They double checked everything & even pointed out an issue I had with my hot water tank. Love this company! They installed a new system for my house in 2022, and keep up with twice a year maintenance visits to ensure everything is working smoothly. They are easy to schedule with, prompt, courteous, professional…all the things! Mike is awesome to work with and very kind.
