if you are looking to have your entire heat air system replaced instead of fixed these might be your people as that’s what they told us would be needed for our home’s system. we called them out due to our AC not working. We were told the heat exchange in the furnace was cracked and that the whole unit would need to be replaced along with extensive cleaning of both AC units which would total about $9000. We were told this was an all or nothing estimate, they would not fix anything unless the whole thing was replaced.

We later had another company come out that we had used before and they ran a CO3 monitor into the airflow while the furnace was running and detected 0 carbon monoxide emissions, so no crack in the heat exchange. After running some tests on the AC units one compressor was bad and was replaced and both units were low on freon. The test numbers did not indicate the coils were so dirty that they required immediate cleaning to function. With a new compressor, more freon, and a couple of passes with water from the garden hose the AC works just fine. Total cost for repairs was $400.

So the low points for us were:
being told the heat exchanger was cracked and the entire furnace need replacement when in fact it did not.

Being charged for service calls for two units, when the technician initially said he would only charge for one. We understand the need to charge for inspections, so we are not as upset about that as much as the technician going back on his word.

We asked the technician if he would bring new AC filters the next day to which he responded “yes I will”. he did not bring new filters and when asked why, his response was “we don’t give filters away for free”. Again, we fully intended to be changed and to pay for these filters. we did not ask for them to be free of charge.

The technician came off as condescending at times. I don’t think he was doing this intentionally, it may just be the way that he speaks, but it did not help the situation any.

in the future we’re gonna take a pass on calling this company should we have any heating and air issues.

Tech was here at the appointed time was very professional and courteous. Explained everything he was doing and a few things I could do to keep it running well.
This is my second time to use them and every time it is a great experience

My less than 2 year old new AC unit had build up in the drain line and was low on refrigerant that caused a considerable difference in the temp in my home. I paid the service fee plus the cost to drain the line which was $270 and it made NO difference in cooling my house. I am not satisfied because I shouldn't be paying out of pocket to make repairs or add refrigerant to a brand new unit. When talking to the repairman and the representative on the phone about my concerns, both of their responses felt dismissive. There was no real explanation on why these repairs are already necessary just more talk about costs that I would be responsible for to find out if a warranty claim was required.

I contacted them regarding an AC Tune Up. He walked me through all of my options and the pricing for all options. With his help, I decided that replacing my unit was the best course of treatment. They installed a brand new AC System and helped me with financing.

I called this morning and the technician, Perry, came a couple of hours later. I did not have to wait long. Very nice service since making the appointment until the service was delivered. Tech explained everything in detail and was polite and kind. Excellent service!!!!

The service Tech that came to my home to service my air conditioning unit was great. He answered all my questions and check out all my equipment. I have also used Climatetechair in the past and was please with their heating service. I think they will be the 1st person I call when i have issues with my Heat or Air.

I had a new system installed about two years ago adn it was running a lot due to low cooling capability. I asked s tech to check it, e d=said it was fine. I had storm damage to a roof vent for my furnace so I had another tech come in and address the damaged vent. WHen he heard our story about the new unit, he thoroughly checked the system and discovered it was never fully charged. He fixed it at no extra cost and even installed filter cover that was too high to reach, for which I had the part already from a hardware store. The vent was difficult to get to, but he managed and charged only a diagnostic fee and the part's cost

Had a fantastic experience. Ac went out during a heat wave and ClimaTech was very responsive. They had my old heater and ac replaced within days. Install guys were tidy and respectful. Financing was so easy and we were cooled off in no time. Thank you!!

Improved A/C performance with removal of over 2 years worth of dirt and build-up on outdoor unit, released excess freon, checked thermostat, and changed all filters. Technician was professional, courteous, and on time, explained all details of work performed, and offered a 2x/year service plan at a discount. Great company, great prices!

They arrived on time and worked like a well oiled machine. They installed both heat and air systems , ran all duck work, cut in and installed vents, preformed all electrical work and cleaned up all thrash and hauled it off. When they left at 3 pm you could not tell that anyone had been working but I had a new central hear and air system! Great price and very easy to work with.

Literally this company is so amazing. This summer they went above and beyond to make sure I had heat after my system blew a fuse! And we finally replaced our entire system and they got in and out in 2 hours and my house is the coldest it’s been in years! I cannot thank them enough for being so willing to help and come look at things whatever the time, and always getting me scheduled so quickly!

My furnace went out the other night and I was recommended this company. First off I will say that everyone I dealt with, both the owners and tech were very nice and they were able to fit me in very quickly. Unfortunately the tech could not fix/diagnose the problem that day and I was told there would be no service fee. I grabbed my own tools and multimeter and ended up getting it running a few hours later. Today I was called by the owners and told I would still be charged a fee even after explaining the situation. I'm not leaving a 1 star review as I believe my situation is a fluke and I trust the person that recommended this company. Looking at other reviews this company has a good reputation but I will not be using them anymore based off my one and only experience.

Austin and his helper were friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. Had to have new ac unit an the company was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for ac install or anything. Real happy about the work they did an u couldn't tell they were here as far as cleanup goes an I am a hard person to please but I am with this company

The team at ClimaTech are professional and efficient. Our heater went out during single digit temperatures. We made an appointment and had a tech at our house the next day. Austin’s customer service is professional, from calling ahead letting us know he was on the way, to giving us a comprehensive explanation of the issue, while also suggesting options to correct the issue at hand.

I called early on a Saturday morning. Chris arrived within the hour. Turned out my thermostat was out. He went and purchased one and had it installed quickly. I am very impressed with ClimaTech Air and will recommend them to freinds and family.
