Octavio did more than he promised. He was on time. He and his team did exemplary work. Their bid beat the competition and they finished earlier than promised. They when above and beyond to make sure all aspects of the new HVAC worked as expected. I highly recommend Amigos.

Fast response, luckily, as our condenser over flow pan was full and water was over flowing. Excellent service, more than competitive price. Ended up installing new unit in rental, tenant raved about work. Heat and air perfect match for size of house. Would highly recommend and has a place at the top of the list of repair services I will call in the future.

No upselling, no pressure—just honest work and fair pricing. The repair was done quickly, the work area was left clean, and my system is running better than it has in years. It’s rare to find an HVAC company that’s reliable, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time, but this team checked every box. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

So my experience with them was pretty poor. Technician was rude and honestly just looked like he was looking for any reason to go on to the next job. Started saying how the system wasn’t sized correctly even though it was working just fine until that day so I doubt it’s cooling issues we’re system design related. Anyways, I had to poke and prod until we finally got to the issue which was a dirty filter (I know I was one of those people who thought I had changed it out already so that’s my fault).

Anyways, the main issue with these guys was the blower wasn’t turning off and the guy told me that the piece was back ordered (definitely wasn’t because I found one pretty quickly) and that they’d reach out weeks later while it came in. I was told to be patient. So I did that. Well weeks later I called and now they didn’t remember and apparently never ordered the part. I followed up daily for like 2 weeks and they kept saying the technician doesn’t remember. Well obviously it was weeks ago. They probably serviced hundreds of units since then so I don’t blame the technician, but now I was out a service fee, part, and the service was garbage.

My honest opinion, be engaged with the technician and make sure he writes everything down and don’t let them leave in hurry. You’re a customer. They’re there to serve you. If you don’t want to work that hard and just trust your technician, find another company.

***DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM*** In June 2021 ES heating and air came to my house to fix my AC unit, they said I was low on refrigerant, so they put refrigerant in it and told my wife to let the unit thaw out for the next couple hours and we should be good. Then since I didn’t get talk to them so I could get a little bit more information as to why it was low, I tried contacting them but nobody would answer their phone, I called three more times that day and two or three more times over the next couple of days, but they never answered or bothered to return my call so I gave them a negative review. However, now we are in May, 11 months from that service date and I’m having the same problem, so I contact my warranty company and they assigned ES heating as the contractor to come out. I was told that I would be contacted by someone within 24hrs to schedule an appointment. However, they never called me, instead I contacted them and was informed that they would have to speak with their owner because last year I gave them a bad review and the owner would have to decide wether they want to take a risk on me this time. I asked them, wouldn’t it be better to come out and give me better service this time, which would help change my mind, and cause me to give you a better review, but the guy said it’s up to the owner and they will call me back next week and let me know the decision. I immediately contacted my warranty company and had my ticket reassigned to AC Service Plus and they were the best heating and air company I have ever dealt with.

This company was assigned to me for a home warranty repair. I honestly didn’t expect much as my warranty company often assigns jobs to poorly-rated businesses. But this company was super professional. I wish I could remember the tech’s name, but he did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

This company is great! We called them out to fix the heater and they were out very quickly. The technician looked at my unit and within 3 minutes knew what it was. Had to order the part so I had to wait a few days but that was expected due to it being a Friday. They called this morning (4-3-23) to come out and put in the new part. 10 or 15 minutes and boom back in business. These guys did us great and I truly have no complaints, and that's rare in the heart and air business because it seems that we as home owners have to really stand gaurd because someone is always trying to stick it to ya. These guys didnt.

Isaiah was great. He was punctual, wasted no time getting right to the issue, and repaired the a/c unit quickly. It went from super hot and humid to cool and crisp in just over an hour. I'm truly grateful!🫡

We used ES heating/air conditioning trough our home warranty to find out why our ac was not cooling anymore. Courtland Thrash was the technician that came out and was on time and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and also answered all the questions I had. He got the problem fixed and the ac unit back up and running properly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Service] Awesome service, called to let me know he was on his way.. Took time to explain the situation to me and recommend which filters to get for my heating unit. Also, explained the unit to me and where the reset button is- I didn't know anything about this unit as we just moved in the house in January. Prompt and very pleasant guy. Shawn was on time, professional and courteous throughout my experience. He noted a few things to keep an eye on and pointed to simple solutions that can keep us going in an emergency until we could get a tech out on any repairs. He explained what he was doing as he as he worked and why. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would recommend this company.

Hired contractor by home insurance. Set up an appt where the technician did come out but we had to reschedule due to conflicting times. It’s been a month now with no communication. Called home insurance to inform them we want to switch out contractors due to no communication and was told that the contractor told our home insurance company that they called me with no answer and are waiting to confirm the appt which didn’t happen as I’ve called and left plenty of voicemails with no response. One month of no communication from a company is ridiculous. Going through reviews it’s seems as though most of their business is from the home insurance company which you’d think they’d be more helpful with and they’re truly not. UPDATE: after calling our home insurance once again the supervisor was able to get ahold of the technician to schedule an appt. After that phone call I also called the technician and informed him I’ve been waiting a month and to please pass on the information to the front office. Shortly after that call the front office called to confirm the appt. I hope that our appt experience is better than the communication.

They came out to fix my problem with the heater the very next day. Very polite and they did an excellent job! They even made sure the AC worked also after replacing the control panel on the heater. Great company!!!

This company was contracted by First American home warranty. My auxiliary pipe for my HVAC was clogged and technicians Jonathan and Nathan came out to take care of it! They were professional and got the job done. They were even kind enough to replace my light bulb in my attic and change out my air filters since I didn’t have a ladder! I will be using this company again.
