This is a company you can trust. The salesman, Austin was just awesome! He listened to my needs and didn't just try to sell me whatever would make him the most money. He answered every question I had and even called the manufacturer of the HVAC system for another question I had about the equipment. I did my research and even had six estimates on this project, putting in a new HVAC system is not cheap. He was not the least expensive, but his equipment and knowledge of what I needed won me over. He didn't try to sell me the "extra's" that I didn't need. Austin, Greg and Corey were out the next morning installing my new system. All were courteous, efficient and did everything they said they would. They even helped me program my new thermostat on my smart phone. I would definitely recommend Climatech Air to anyone.

I called ClimaTech at 8:15 on a Sunday morning after our AC unit quit working overnight. By 8:40 Cory had called to say that he was already on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, already had the parts we needed on his truck, and he was able to get our unit fixed and cooling again in no time. We will definitely be using ClimaTech for our future heating and air needs.

It's refreshing having HVAC professionals like ClimaTech that I know I can trust. I feel well taken care of and they have the best interest of my family and HVAC needs in mind. Great communication from setting up my appointment to keeping me up to date the day of when they are on the way.

Austin was able to visit my home Saturday morning and later that afternoon he was able to get a new unit from the warehouse and came back that same day. Finished installing a new a/c unit along with my heat pump. Thanks to Austin and his team for coming through in a clutch. Thought my old R22 system could last another season.

Excellent professional service. Came quickly on a cold Saturday morning and promptly diagnosed the problem. Installed new equipment asap Monday morning and I am very pleased with the repairs.

The tech was very knowledgeable about HVAC systems he explained all my options, but I think your repair cost are over inflated to make the customer lean towards replacement over repair. I researched the cost of the replacement parts and the parts were less than a third of what you were going to charged. Pricing makes a difference when it comes to sale versus no sale. I was able to have the system repaired for a repair cost of $220 not $1000 that you quoted

I couldn't have begged for a better experience. The technician discovered that I had a few discrepancies with my systems. He explained things to me the way I can understand them. Then came back again when my wife was available to explain the same to her. They had an affordable solution and we couldn't be happier. I will stick with this company as long as I am a home owner.

Floyd is a great technician. Performed everything very efficiently and timely. Explained what he was doing the entire maintenance. I highly recommend this company and beyond pleased with everyone there.

Climatech Air is a top notch company, very professional. If you need AC/ Heat repairs they are the ones to call. Cory was our tech and he was helpful and courteous and explained everything he was going to do. No surprises, we will call them for all of our AC/Heat repairs. Excellent company!!

Recommend highly. Talked to them at 7AM Saturday morning with no heat, he was here by 8:30. Checked out heater to make sure it was worth repairing. Decided it was in decent shape and explained everything he found. I decided what I wanted done and after going and getting parts he had my heat going by 10:30. He will be my heat and air man from now on.

Responded to our call quickly. Assessed the situation, gave my husband our options. He chose to get a new heating system. The owner brought the new system, helped the technician and we had heat within a couple of hours. Prompt, professional service. This
happened Saturday, February 13th. Probably saved us thousands of dollars from frozen and busted pipes in this weather.

The ClimaTech Technician was great. But the prices on freon and equipment are double compared to everyone else. I called 7 times and left a message for a call back to discuss my ESA (Energy Savings Agreement) and no one called me back. They did not refund my money. I do not recommend. Go somewhere else for repairs and new equipment.

I believe Austin did a fantastic job and went above and beyond on explaining everything about our AC unit. We have hired previous AC techs that Improperly installed the fan and motor and took shortcuts on other things without taking the proper time to handle our device with care. Austin took his time explaining what and how my AC unit had gotten in the condition it is in now as well as informing me about what I could possibly expect. Only thing I didnt like was he was unable to warranty my parts that he installed because of how the previous AC tech has installed the same parts and could have possibly damage the coil/copper which could potentially cause leakage in the future due to the improper installation. However, I can understand that he wouldn't want to be liable for someone else's mistake. The price was almost twice the cost of the previous installer but I trust that it was worth it since it was properly installed this time and the amount of knowledge he left with us was greatly appreciated. I made the call for my interior AC unit leaking at 7:15 this morning. Cory called me to come out within the hour and was early! We decided on a complete replacement of my AC and heater. All work was completed by 1:00 this afternoon! Extremely happy with both the professionalism and promptness of Cory and his crew. Will be using and recommending in the future.

March of 2021 I hired ClimaTech due to the fact they are locally and veteran owned not to mention the high rating on Google. I had them replace my HVAC system with what I thought was a brand new 4 ton Armstrong unit($10k). The AC immediately starting leaking water into the closet. Also when cleaning the outside condenser I removed the guard panel to find the fins damaged all around.
I informed them of the leak in the closet and they came out to tell me I needed the copper lines replaced. It was noted on the estimate that this was needed but they charged me an additional $675 anyways. This did not fix the issue either. I asked for the unit to be replaced because I thought it was defective. They refused. A year and a half later after 19 service calls of them slapping foam and caulk on the leak they finally replaced the A Coil. I believe I was sold a refurbished unit and when it failed it took a year and a half to resolved not to mention additional out of pocket expenses and time off work. On top of all that, every time the tech left from any of the 19 time they were out I had to clean up their mess(foam, insulation, screws, etc.). I almost forgot to mention that when they replaced the copper lines they were ran very sloppy and instead of cutting a hole in the drywall to feed the lines they just kicked out my ceiling with a size 13 boot and refused to repair it. All around awful experience. I would not recommend this company.

What a great company! We called them out with some issues we were having with our AC unit, knowing we may to replace the whole system. They came out quickly and went through every part of our unit inside and out and gave us an estimate on the total repairs and another estimate on how much it would be to just replace the unit. There was no pressure from the technician on which way to go, he was very informative for both estimates. We ended up replacing our unit and the job they did was spectacular! Very efficient, clean and professional, so much we went ahead and had them replace our duct work as well. We would recommend them for all of your heat and air needs.

Dustin called about 15 minutes before arrival to let me know he would be here shortly. He arrived and serviced the A/C unit, even cleaned the dust off the condenser of the smaller unit, too. Great company, great crew. Will call again.

Ac went out last Wednesday afternoon and had someone come out Thursday and said it could be a couple of things orders part and doesn't come til the next Wednesday so never came Thursday so after a week of 95 degree temperatures I called and they sent Perry let just say within bout 2-3 hours my ac was fixed. He did an awesome job much appreciated to him and his company.

They called me to set up my annual AC check-up. Greg, the service tech that came out was very nice and answered a couple concerning questions. He assured me I had nothing to be concerned about. I have a 1-yr contract with Climatech to come out twice a year - spring & fall to make sure everything is good to go for the season. I feel confident I can avoid any problems having my units maintained regularly. I recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

Zac called before arriving at my home and was very polite and visited with my dog while asking about the problem I was having. He was extremely calm even with severe weather alerts blaring on every form of communication. He was worried about his family as they only moved to Oklahoma 2 weeks ago. He explained the problem with my old unit and cleaned the outside unit and wrote a proposal for a new unit which I am considering.
What an asset to this company.

The two gentlemen who diagnosed and replaced my old thermostat, condenser and fan were extremely knowledgeable. On top of this, they were very friendly and answered all of my questions with a smile on their face. The service was top-notch and I’ll definitely call them up if I have any future problems.
