Mr Story is a great plumber & man who always tries to help his clients and charges a very reasonable amount. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber!

I was so pleased with the service I received! He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was training a young man and was very precise and explained why he was doing things a certain way. He also does remodeling, which is something I am looking at doing in the not too far distant future. So glad I found him!

These guys are the bomb. I tried every company after my pipes had frozen over and this company was the only one willing to come on such short notice. Through dilligent work they were able to diagnose the issue which ended up being much worse than i had concluded myself and they ended up saving me money on potential house damage from water leaks and cracks they i never knew about. They are super friendly and will take the time to explain everything that they are doing and work as fast as possible. I will defiently call these gentlemen up everytime i have an issue in the future with anything plumbing related

Story Plumbing and More answered my call on a Sunday. He was helpful and responsive to my plumbing issue. My old shower cartridge is now fixed and no longer leaking. I recommend Story Plumbing and More for professional service.

Had water leaking near the meter during the recent freeze. Everyone else I called couldn't even come out to look for 2 or 3 days. Story's Plumbing was there to detect the leak location in a few hours, and had it fixed and cleaned-up the next day. Great Service, and explained everything.

Can't say enough good things about Story's. We just finished a restroom add-on and these guys were great to work with.

Houston and his team were always responsive and on-time (a rarity these days).

We love our new bathroom and couldn't have done it without them.

We had an outside faucet that was leaking. We attempted to fix it but it broke. Story Plumbing quickly came out and helped us turn off the water in that one location (on the weekend) and ordered the part to replace it. They worked within our schedule and were quick and helpful!

We needed a new water heater, called Story's Plumbing they came out the same day and replaced the water heater, it only took them about 3 hours and they even had to move the gas line out of the way. They were the cheapest quote we received and did a fantastic job. They were very professional and very knowlegeble. They explained how to clean it when needed and explained all about the water heater. We will definatley use them again in the future for any plumbing needs and would gladly recommend them

I got myself in a bit of a bind. Story’s Plumbing was able to have a person at my location in an hour. This person had everything fixed within an hour. Story’s Plumbing is my new “Go-to” for my plumbing needs.

They came to fix a water heater leak, said it was fixed but it almost immediately started leaking again. On top of that, they unplugged my chest freezer and I had $1200 worth of food spoil. I called them repeatedly and all they said was that they'd "look into it" and refused to give me their insurance information so I could file a claim.

Edit: now they've replied with straight up lies. What horrible people.

Had my faucet worked on after it flooded half my dining room and Story Plumbing came to the rescue. Jacob and Grant were amazing. They were here in rapid time and fixed admittedly. Very Satisfied and at a great price. Thank You!!!

Called yesterday, and they came out the following morning. They were knowledgeable, nice, and super respectful, great prices and reliable! They fixed the issue! They made our experience a really smooth and awesome! My wife and I, are definitely recommending Story’s Plumbing to all!

I have been working with Story’s Plumbing for over 5 years as a contractor and would never hire anyone else. Houston and his team always takes care of my customers, they are great with communication, timeliness, are highly knowledgeable and make sure to explain what they are doing and why. I would recommend them 100 percent! Prices are reasonable and service is exceptional.

I had called Story Plumbing and Travis and his team arrived within a few hours to check my toilet leak. Travis found a crack in the toilet tank and since it was a very old unit, we decided to replace it. I’m very pleased with their work. Mr. Story (Houston) was most helpful with the final cost. I will be calling Story Plumbing if I need a plumber in the future.

Houston and his staff are amazing! I called after ONG found a gas leak and he came right out and found the problem. Once it was repaired, ONG came back out and I still had a leak. So, Houston came back out and repaired the leak and it has been working very well ever since! I would highly recommend Story's Plumbing & More, LLC for anyone who has a gas leak or plumbing needs. He even added a teacher discount to my invoice which made the service so affordable! Thanks Houston and the staff for an amazing experience!

Revised: I was going to update my review and rate higher because the issue was mostly resolved but the company’s reply is false!!!
I tried to contact them to address concerns via email Dec. 18th. Only AFTER I gave them a one star review on Dec. 31st, the owner called and texted me that same evening. We had a phone conversation.
The billing issue I had was related to a “new program/billing system” they’re using. That’s not mentioned anywhere in their reply. Tell the whole “story”.
The labor rate on the final invoice was still higher than what the owner told me via a telephone conversation we had.
And yes, I was aware of the credit card or ACH fee. However when paying, I still had to pay for both CC and ACH fee because you can only pay in full and BOTH were on the invoice.
I went ahead and paid to be done with the situation but please don’t come on here with false replies.

BEWARE!!! Shady billing practices!! (Also operates under Foundry Construction Group; that’s who’s billing me anyway)

Initial invoice had a charge for the Service Call Fee although work was completed with them.
Second invoice took off the Service Call Fee and then added the parts, lol.

And there’s an additional Credit Card Fee or ACH Fee; neither can be adjusted when trying to paying the invoice.

Repair time/“truck and labor” cost: 2 hours ….$300+/hr! Pretty wild considering the backfill job was subpar.

Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. And I’ve yet to receive the pictures of the work/repair.
