We were very comfortable with Andrew in our home. Even our Covi was comfortable. He was professional as well as personable and found the problem with the water leakage under the kitchen sink.

I will never use Mullin Plumbing. They never showed up. Never even called to let us know they wouldn't be able to come out. Took off of work for nothing. Stay far far away from this company.

Andrew was quick, professional, and courteous. I usually do my own plumbing but I know when I'm beat, (especially when my wife tells me so)

Worst plumbing experience! The tech came out on a Wednesday, did not fix our issue properly so they had to come back out on Friday. On Friday when he came back he claimed he didn’t have the tools and couldn’t snake past 5 feet. We called back to get somebody with the correct tools out and they didn’t. We called a different plumbing company who came out and not only snaked 35 feet, but fixed our issue in 20 minutes!! I called mullin plumbing to request a refund and was hung up on. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS! Oh and they were also more expensive than the people that actually fixed our plumbing.

The tub faucet has seized up and could not be shut off. The young man that came out were very prompt, courteous, and friendly, and did a great job of getting The faucet working correctly again. I have used Mullen plumbing in the past and will use them again

A pipe burst in our wall the night before Thanksgiving so we called Mullen and ended up getting Ivan to the house and we couldn’t be happier. Extremely nice and personable, gave us options and even got back to us the next day after Thanksgiving with a quote. When you own a home and have to call a plumber, you think the worst but my faith was restored with Ivan.

I called first thing this morning because I had a sewer line clogged. They told me that a tech would be out sometime today. They notified me at 3:44pm that a tech was on his way, an 11/2 hours later he showed up and by that time it was after 5:00pm and he would have to charge me overtime and it would be $270. Then I showed him the sewer line and he said he only carried a 25 ft snake and it was going to need a longer one. My advice is to call someone else. Their A+ rating with BBB is BS.

Victor from Mullin Plumbing arrived, provided me an estimate that I accepted and promptly installed my new water heater. The installation required several changes to the plumbing due to the location and retrofit of the new heater within code. Victor was very professional and an expert in my opinion. I will not hesitate to contact them again.

Had a leak on my water tank coming from the bottom. When Noah arrived he looked at the issue I was having and stated that I needed to have my hot Water tank replaced. He, however, did not shut off the water going into the hot water tank. He just let it continue to drip onto my floor, and he didn’t even bother to turn off the pilot light on my hot water tank. He did nothing!!! and then he started looking in the cabinet that my hot water tank was in and said that it was not up to code that I needed new flushing on my roof because it wasn’t protected in case there was a fire and that it needed new venting because that was not adequate or up to code. I asked Noah how much it would be. He said it would be $2600. I was shocked. About that time, the owner of the home who I am buying the home from called me and asked me what was going on and as I was explaining to him what I was being told to me by Noah. He said what that is way overpriced. He said he was sure it was up to code. He said don’t worry about it. I’ll come and look at it. I’m actually in Del city right now. Let Noah know that you don’t need their service …Noah overheard my conversation and came out on the back patio and said “oh I can drop it down to $2000 for you if that helps”… and then a red flag went off in my head that I was possibly being taken advantage of and I told him no I didn’t need his help. Thank you for coming out and then I was charged $89 for him doing nothing, Other than trying to rip me off and overcharge me. When the owner of the home that I’m buying the home from arrived he inspected everything and he said you’re well with in code and what was he telling you about the fire you’re fine. He asked me if Noah had gone up in my attic to look at the venting or if he had gone on to the roof to look at my flushing or anything like that and I told him no he never did. Noah didn’t do any of that. He just was looking in the cabinet area, giving me the price of $2600. I know that my house is up to code on everything as far as fire safety because the person that I am purchasing the home from he’s a fireman with the fire department and he does all the inspections for being up to code, that’s his job. He’s the one that goes through homes and businesses inspecting them to see if they are up to code!!! so BEWARE this company will oversell you and try to take advantage of you If you’re not careful and have somebody that knows what’s going on in your corner, I almost was out $2600 and lied to.

Worst experience ever!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!! They came out on a Friday 3 hours late to their arrival window told us our water heater was broke and we would need them to replace it. They told us they could fix it Saturday - no one showed up. Told us Monday someone would be right over never showed up my husband called 2 times and each time said they would be right over Tuesday morning said we will be there first thing Tuesday afternoon said someone would be there soon, Tuesday afternoon 2 hours later oh dispatch said he will be right over. I said no we need them now or first thing Wednesday morning. Then dispatch Lynlee calls back and said yeah best I can do for you is Wednesday at 11 or 12 definitely can’t do first thing even though we have been waiting since last Friday. I told her to cancel they have the worst ratings and now I see why. I am getting someone else and a second opinion because based on similar reviews it sounds like this is their thing tell you it’s broken and they can’t fix it then drag you for weeks on fixing it!

I used this company for drain backup 7 mths ago. Tech was great, confident; and polite.
Called them out for shower back up. The tech left muddy footprints in my shower to turn it on; didn’t clean up after himself. Brings this huge machine in my house on a dolly; I have wood floors; he didn’t tell me; lay a towel under it; and One of his plastic wheels of the dolly was broken..
he only ran the snake down the drain.. I Flushed the toilet Fri am; o2 bubbled up; Called for them Come back and I requested them to get through the vents on the roof. The were unprepared; I had to loan them 100’ extension cord.
The team was not very professional; did not tell me what they needed to do(they had to cut tree roots that were in my line); at one time a tech came in and my phone was on the table.. “are you recording me? Huh? If you are recording me; I can’t trust you; and if I can’t trust you; I’m out of here.” Very rude….
Techs did not tell me; do t use water while we are working in the system; I was doing dishes; and the all that mess bubbles up in my utility room. I was told, “MULIN plumbing; were not “equipped” to clean up such issues..🧐🧐😱they didn’t have the tools; needs to be disinfected… I will NOT USE THEM Again…

We are thankful for calling Mullin Plumbing. We are even more thankful for their 5star customer service and professional techs (T Pierce). This is our second service on two different repairs. Will be using again for future repairs.

Scheduled an appointment last week for a Monday service. The company texted me at 10 that their technician was on the way, I took off work to meet the technician. They called at 12:45 and canceled my appointment. I would recommend to never use this company. A zero star review is even too much for Mullin Plumbing.

We had Eddie out to fix our water heater. He was great. Communicated with us every step of the way and couldn’t have been more nice. He got it fixed and running great! We are very grateful that he was able to help us out in a pinch. Highly recommended!

Right before Christmas I was at my mom’s getting ready for our Christmas party.

We noticed water on the living room floor.

I checked the garage and water was flooding everywhere.

I looked and Mullin plumbing was on the install records so I called them as I got the water shut off. The living room and garage were already flooded.

One of their pex crimps failed and the hot water was shooting out full blast into the wall.

When I called I explained everything and asked about warranty since installed 3 years prior. They said they’d assess once they show up and no apology.

The repair person was the same as the installer my mom remembered and they didn’t take accountability or apologize.

My mom is 85 and I asked about warranty or discount for poor workmanship and was told no. Not even $1.

The repair cost over $250 for a simple crimp on what they failed to do correctly.

We won’t use Mullin Plumbing again.

MY REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO THEIR SERVICE RATHER AN EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR DRIVER ON THE ROAD. A MULLINS TRUCK CUT ME OFF ON THE INTERSTATE PULLING A TRAILER WITH NO WORKING LIGHTS AND SLINGING ROCKS OFF THE BACK ONE WHICH BROKE MY NEW WINDSHIELD. WHEN TRYING DRIVERS ATTENTION HE ROLLED THE WINDOW DOWN AND FLIPPED ME OFF, I WAQS GOING TO LET IT ALL GO BUT NO ONE WANTS TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL.

I used Mullin Plumbing a couple of years ago to repair a slab leak. Since I had good results with that repair I didn't hesitate to call them again when I had a leak in the wall of my shower.

They did come out in a timely manner. It was determined there was a leaking shower valve, which needed to be replaced, which included installing a new one, so we needed to replace the faucet. I supplied the faucet (A standard Delta Classic Shower Faucet from Home Depot).

The installation job of the faucet was the worst I've seen and looked like a 6 year old cobbled it together. He removed the horizontal 2x4 wood brace for the shower valve mounting bracket and ended up using toggle bolt anchors for the front face plate and drove a screw from the backside of the bracket to hold the shower valve in place. After further investigation, this is because he managed to break one of the faceplate mounting holes off of the mounting bracket (How?!?!). The broken piece was laying on the floor inside the wall.

I should have done a better job of inspecting this work before paying them and sending them out the door, but I'm not a plumber or a carpenter for that matter and put a lot of trust in this company to perform a repair correctly. It wasn't until I started the drywall repair I discovered this dumpster fire of a repair.

I could call them back to repair this, but I don't want them back in my house. Ever. I ordered a new bracket from Delta ($15) as well as new faceplate screws. I trimmed off about of 1/4 of inch of tile on the bottom. Screwed the 2x4 wood brace back into place and mounted the shower valve bracket into place. I'm not a carpenter. This job took me 30 minutes to do.

The 1 star I'm giving this review is more than I want to give it. I've made sure to tell everyone I know to not use these jokers. While it was probably just the individual plumber that should be fired, this 100% gave this company a bad name. Take a little bit more pride in your work.
