The company's owner, Dusty, arrived promptly within 45 minutes of my call and immediately commenced troubleshooting procedures.

Dusty demonstrated exceptional expertise by rapidly identifying the root cause of the problem. He then scheduled a timely follow-up appointment for the next morning to perform the necessary repairs and restore full functionality to my bathroom plumbing. Throughout the process, Dusty exhibited remarkable professionalism and craftsmanship, ensuring all work was completed to code while taking the time to thoroughly explain each step, enriching my understanding.

I had the good fortune of having my sink repaired by Armstrong Plumbing. After dealing with a couple big name companies in the area and never getting a call back, I found Armstrong Plumbing and had the chance to deal with Dusty. From the moment we first spoke, Dusty made me feel like he cared about whatever I had going on in my house and reassured me that Armstrong Plumbing would take care of the issue. So the very next day/morning, Armstrong showed up and took care of my issue. I will never take being without a kitchen sink for granted ever again and thanks to Armstrong Plumbing, I won't have to. While I understand Armstrong Plumbing may not be a fit for everyone, I can wholeheartedly tell you that I would still be without kitchen Plumbing if not for them. I'm literally still waiting on the same quote from at least 3 other companies in my area. I can't wait to tell them their services are no longer needed thanks to Armstrong. Thank you Armstrong, I wish I had found you sooner.

Dependable on scheduling, arrival. Satisfied of the good work performance. Comparably, price is very high for amount of his time required. I hired Mr.Armstrong for labor to install 3 new faucets that I provided, and to replace all parts in one toilet tank, he provided toilet parts from Locke, that I paid him for. Total fee was $800, plus 6% fee for using a credit card added $50, told of this extra fee when given his bill.
Arrived 15 minutes early at 9:45, all four jobs were complete by 10:30. He brought an employee with him, I was not expecting. I asked them to stay together and work in one bathroom at a time, which they did.
Mr.Armstrong's business card has contact info including a "license #." His hand-written receipt has no business info, he signed the receipt.

Dusty (owner) and Jason did a great job for us unclogging a blocked condensate line. They also added an extension to the piping to ensure it won't happen again (Excellent problem solving skills).

Armstrong Plumbing fixed a slab leak for me today and will be my go-to plumbing company from now on. Dusty was amazing to work with and very transparent and honest with his pricing. His helper, Jason, was fantastic as well. They were professional, respectful and took the time to show me the issues and explain how they would fix them. They even took the time to fix another small issue that I mentioned after they were finished repairing the slab leak. I was not expecting that to be done today and really appreciate them for completing it while they were already here. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience! Dusty listed the details in the bill so we knew exactly what services we received. He replaced an old worn-out gas pipe in the fireplace with a brand new, safe one, so we can now start our logs burning without worry.

Replaced an old disposal that was only 5 years old but that was not originally installed correctly in my new home in 2020. Leaking with excessive rust & corrosion to the point that parts were rusted together. It was an unusually difficult job, but he exercised extraordinary effort to get it done. I was impressed with his diligence. He was timely, professional, pleasant, thorough, transparent with billing, and meticulous in cleaning up.
