This place never mentioned over the phone that their service call fee is $200, which is abnormally high. They didn’t inform the techs about anything I reported over the phone, so techs showed up not knowing the issue. They made me report all the same information over again, verified that what I said was true, charged me that outrageous fee, and left. Now I still have no water and also no grocery money. One star, because none of this is the techs’ fault. Do not recommend this company.

D&D Drain came to our rescue when our sewage was backing up. We won’t use another plumber, they've been on time, reasonable with rates and have completed projects as promised with professionalism.I’ve hired them now to do all my plumbing on a big scale remodel.My wife and I highly recommend them.

We just purchased an old house that we love, however the washer machine drain was backing up into the garage. They were knowledgeable and professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. Prices were very reasonable and we are doing laundry now with no problems!

D and D Drain came out after hours to clear a bathroom drain. Dustin and Deanna were professional and nice people. Their work was first class and the price was less than I expected. I will definitely recommend D and D Drain to friends and family. Really good experience!!

Great service, Jordan and Demetrius were fantastic. Ended up figuring out the blockage was at the backflow preventer and not through the mainline. They showed me how to check the three way clean out so I can do this myself for next time. Overall great set of guys and will go with this company next time!

When I was looking for a plumbing service to get services on my home done, I stumbled upon D and D Drain. At first glance they have extremely high reviews with a 4.7 rating (at time of writing this response) but I never go to a place without looking at the 1 star reviews first. First off, I HIGHLY recommend that you do that when looking at this business. They clearly are capable of doing their jobs as reported by the 5 star reviews but when they mess up is when there is the main issue. They respond back to every 1 star review with the professionalism and grammar of a middle school boy. They attack their customers in a way that clearly shows that they feel as if they are never in the wrong. Being able to provide the services that you state is not all that is required to run a business. You also need professionalism, honesty, and trust. Based off of just these reviews alone I would not hire them for work as you may end up being bashed and left unsatisfied. This business needs to learn that apologizing and asking how to make things better can get you a long way and will get you repeat customers.

I have used D and D a couple of times. Both times the problem was probably bigger than I described on the phone. But they are great to work with and never complained about getting into more work than they anticipated. From a leaking toilet that turned into pipe repair and a toilet replacement to a drain clog that ended up using cameras, crawling on the roof, and pulling toilets they just did the work and were super polite and professional while doing it. They make sure everything is done properly before they leave and charge significantly less than the competition.

I will never call another plumber for anything. Neither should you.

I had a partial clogging in my sewer line which caused an overflow at the cleanout. The first plumber I called never called me back. The second couldn't get to it for several days (this was just after the freezing weather before Christmas, so no surprise.) When I called D and D, they said they could be out the same morning. Dustin and Demetrios got here the same morning and took care of my problem very professionally. I highly recommend them.

The Company is a joke! The owner Huband by the name of Destin. Showed up late and under the influence! I asked several times for an itemized estimate before the work is preformed. He just kept saying he isn’t going to know til he gets in there. I stated several times that I am the tenant and I am going to need the authorization from the Landlord as soon as he knows how. The intoxicated plumber decided to complete the work without authorization, then decides to stick us with a bill that has no itemization of what we are even be in charge for. Asking the gentleman questions was so hard as he was so intoxicated the communication was as if we were talking to different languages. He runs to Lowe’s and comes back. Had hit a mailbox and his van was dead in the middle of the road. I a 5’3 woman pushed his van out of the road and into an area where it wouldn’t get hit by anything else are caused an inconvenience to my neighbors….as he sat in the driver seat why I pushed his van. I am not the one to write very many reviews and especially bad ones, but if I can prevent this happening to another family. I think it’s worth it.

When you need a job done and want it done right, this is the company to do it. They gave a free estimate & timeline upfront, and stayed true to both.
D&D treated my home as if it was their own (I know because I literally watched). They explained the "whys and wherefores" of every step and left no mess to be cleaned up.
Before they left they repiared a bad section of my patio tile at NO extra charge.
Working with D&D was a pleasure.

Emergency call to clear clog that backed up entire system. Found out via camera the sewer pipes originally installed were not even the right material or grade for sewage. The team was able to get us unclogged and running normal in less than a day and we are very pleased with the quality work and excellent prices. It took a few days to get the city inspector here but as soon as he gave the green light the team came right over and completely burried the pipes and leveled out the yard enough to settle properly. There were a couple snags here and there but absolutely nothing this team cannot handle. They know alot about the homes in the community. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

D & D came out to repair clogged drains at both of our properties. Dustin goes above & beyond to get the job done . I’ve used many plumbers in Norman & D & D has by far been the best ! He is knowledgeable, gets the job done , & does not rip you off! If you need a good, knowledgeable, honest plumber - call D & D!!

I normally don't review, but wanted to put this out there: Robert from D and D Drain saved the day! We have family visiting and I was supposed to begin a new job today, but the sewage decided to back up on us. I called several places. D and D Drain was the only call back I received. Work was done professionally and quick. Price was very reasonable, too!

I called with a plumbing issue on Friday afternoon right before a holiday weekend and they were able to fit me in the same day. They were very professional and knowledgeable, fixed my issue quickly and did not overcharge me. They were friendly and answered all my questions. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

My sewer backed up and D and D Drain were there in less than a day to pinpoint the problem. Turned out to be a complicated fix but they worked on it until it was done and did a great job. Very friendly people , professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable about plumbing issues.

I have used D and D Drain many times over the last 2 or 3 years. They are always professional, reliable and honest. Most notably,
I had a difficult problem that had been worked on by 3 different plumbers, without getting properly fixed. D an D diagnosed a very complex problem, and corrected it, along with the supposed "fixes" done by the other 3 companies.
D and D is not a "bargain" plumber, but if you want something fixed properly and honestly, do not hesitate to use them.

The two men who showed up to unclog the main line were extremely polite and professional! I asked if it would be possible to just take a look outside without coming in, and they said they would take a look outside and give an estimate. The main line was definitely full and backed up about 75 feet. They cleared it up in about 45 minutes. They also came out the same day I called, so it was great! I would definitely use this company again. Polite, professional, quick, and friendly service!

Do to a leak in the wall where the shower was it caused some nasty damage. They were very polite and were able to come out the next day. They were over an hour late, but we’re courtesy enough to call. They were able to fix the leak, install a new garbage disposal, replace one faucet and repair the other one. They also replaced a old toilet the seemed to run constantly. They offered to just repair it for a cheaper price but I chose to just put a new one in. They were able to do all of it that day. They also cleaned up before leaving.

Just had them come in today to fix a lot of my issues, they were professional and completed there work in a timely manner. I love my new faucet Thank you guys so very much, will be referring to everyone I know that lives near me. Keep your heads high thank y’all again for being so respectful and helpful.

Dustin, Demetrius & Jordan came out to repair a busted pipe caused by the recent cold snap. They were extremely helpful in showing me the issue, working with my insurance company and arriving on time with a professional and kind attitude. Highly recommended.
