Called AKC plumbing for a leaky bathtub faucet and a leaking backyard faucet. I was scheduled for an appointment only a couple of days after the call. The day of service, Antonio arrived and was instantly ready to help. I showed him the problem areas, and within a couple hours (including time to get parts), the job was compete. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff both over the phone as well as on site. Will recommend to anyone needing plumbing work done.

We scheduled a repair of a water pipe, installation of a sink, and to find where the terrible sewage smell was coming from. The ladies on the phone were absolutely awesome. Antonio came out and fixed all the things without damaging my drywall which I felt was incredible. Very happy and will definitely use them again.

We thought it was a water heater issue, the 4th plumber to come out was Antonio from AKC. He figured out that something was installed incorrectly when the house was built and fixed it in 2 minutes. Have not had an issue since. He also came out on a separate issue to diagnose and then install a new kitchen faucet. We love AKC, Antonio is awesome and the office staff are great as well. Would highly recommend.

We recently bought a home and had AKC come out to replace a hot water heater and fix a few leaks. They sent out Antonio and he was very friendly, informative, and efficient in his work! We highly recommend and would absolutely use AKC plumbing again.

I want to give a BIG thanks to AKC and especially to John and Colton. I have called several places but it’s Friday and either no one could come on short notice or prices really high. This was an emergency. They had John and Colton to my home within the hour. They were courteous, prompt and did a wonderful job. They have my problem fixed up and me calmed down. We had been told by other plumbing companies that we had a hole in our waste water pipe and it would take thousands of dollars to fix the issue. I called AKC Plumbing, they sent out Rich and Colton to take a look at the pipes and fix my bathroom fixtures. These guys were amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and completely honest, and professional. They never found a hole, the pipes were clogged. Saving me thousands of dollars and kept me from having to dig up my flooring. Most importantly, their prices were affordable which made all of it even more worth it! I highly recommend AKC Plumbing and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs! Thank you guys so much!

I called them at 3:00 in afternoon with a clogged drain and flooded house. A plumber showed up within an hour and solved my problem. Great owners and technicians who will work tirelessly to solve your problems too.

AKC Plumbing was professional, quick and thorough. They came out the same day I called. Clayton was knowledgeable and friendly. The work was completed quickly and cleanly. Carrie made sure the invoice reflected information and photos needed. 10/10 would recommend.

AKC took my after hours call for my sewer main backup. They were out within 45 minutes! It ended up being a quick fix too.

To prevent another drain obstruction, he told me which cover to buy for my backyard clean-out drain since he didn't have the right size. That was really helpful too. Thanks AKC!

AKC came out to look at my water heater that was not staying lit. The tech arrived and cleaned the burner and sanded the thermo and it would still not ignite. He told me it would be around $450 for an entire new AO smith burner assembly which they could get in OKC, and that didn’t include labor, but yet he didn’t know if that would fix the issue or not. I asked if he could troubleshoot the issue more and he stated that no, it was more of a “gut feeling” on repairing the water heaters. Needless to say I knew he either didn’t know what he was doing or didnt want to deal with my issue. The next day, 10/15/24, I called Brandon’s plumbing out and they immediately told me they would try a new thermocouple, which was the cheapest route, they did and it didn’t fix the issue. They then said it was 99% the valve, which they could get here locally at Locke Supply. They quoted me $425 before going to pick it up, came back put it on and I had hot water in about 1.5 hours total. AKC please make more effort to repair not just immediately see a 12 year old unit and start quoting an entire new unit for $1850. Lesson learned. $125 wasted. Call Brandon’s of Moore. AKC did get someone to me quick granting a 2 star, which the first company I called never showed.

When my two-year-old Navien tankless water heater ceased working on Sunday afternoon, I was on the phone to Navien tech support at 7am Monday morning. They diagnosed several possibilities, all of them requiring a service technician. I looked at their list of authorized dealers and happily found AKC Plumbing, located here in Moore, OK. I gave them a call and spoke to Carrie, who quickly arranged to have her service technician, John, come out to take a look at it. Sure enough, the heat exchanger had cracked. Carrie reached out to her local Navien contact and was able to find me a brand new unit. She also was able to get my warranty claim validated. John went out and picked it up Wednesday morning, returned to my home and within one hour had the old unit out and the new one installed and working. Carrie and John really went above and beyond for me, and I’m happy to say that AKC will be my plumbing company for as long as I’m in Oklahoma. Thanks, guys.
