Fan motor went out on my HVAC and these guys saved me a ton of money. Helped me find the right motor and capacitor and I was able to repair it myself. Thanks again!

The men who work there are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to accommodate you, even if you are not a plumber, electrician, or licensed heat and air professional. thank you Moore store is the best store but they all are great.

I hate going here... This last visit when I said I had a question about where to find something (in plumbing) the first guy behind the counter said "I'm outta here" and walked away. The second guy said he was busy helping someone else and sat down behind the counter got on his phone and ignored me. At least the lady employee was courteous enough to show me the aisle I needed.

Terrible customer service. They sold me heat tape and a kit to connect it and tape doesn’t fit the kit. I called and they said bring it back and we will exchange it. I drive back on icy and snow covered roads almost getting stuck only to be told they don’t have the correct heat cable in stock. I was told you can rig the one you have an make it work. After 2 trips out in the ice and snow and $182 later it still doesn’t work. Terrible service and a complete waste of time!!

Every Locke Supply I go to is always very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. There are times when they don't have something, either because the part is proprietary, or someone in the past used something that was only made for a little while then it was discontinued, or they simply don't have something in stock at that particular store at that time.
In any case, great place, good prices.

The plumbing side is not the most customer service oriented. Also they charged me $43 for a capacitor that is $17, elsewhere today. 8-1-2020.
I just grabbed it, these people needed their AC.

Jacob was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain the wiring for the capacitor and fan for our unit. He walked me through the "do-it-yourself" project. I will definitely tell everyone that ever needs help with central heat and air to go see Jacob; I promise he will take great care of you.

I got to the store as they were locking up for the day. I needed a part for my ac unit since it was nearly 100 degrees out. He let me get my part and explained in detail what I needed to do. Best customer service I ever experienced. Thank You Jacob, so thankful for your help as I am now sitting in my cool house.

I have never received service as professional and personal as I received today at any other service provider as long as I have been in the industry. The personal care I received in a time of need, was more than I deserved and humbled me to my core.

Called the store as a courtesy because we were not aware they closed at noon on Saturdays. We were en route and not far away. The associate who answered the phone was polite, but the manager who was working on 02/22/2020 was extremely rude. I could hear him complaining about us in the background.

I get that it was late, but we knew *exactly* what we needed and wouldn't be long. We needed a certain toilet because ours broke. We arrived at the store just a few minutes to close, was in the parking lot and decided not to go in. It wasn't worth it to be treated that way. So we took our business somewhere else. Way to go, manager.👍

The best locke supply plumbing store in the state by far

My father and I came in to pick up some PVC pipe and some number to electrical wire. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable on the supplies we needed. He was also very friendly and professional. Was great to carry-on a general conversation with him. He made sure that we had all the supplies we needed. He was also courteous and helping us load our supplies in the truck. The store was clean and every member of the staff we dealt with was pleasant. I wish I would have asked the guys name that assisted my father and I. I would like to give him a proper compliment. I would definitely come back for future electrical supply needs. Keep up the great work

Poor customer service heating and air , laughed when I asked a legit question when they didn't have the part I needed in stock.
I will rethink picking up parts from this location in future.

After failing to get what I needed from a big box store.. I had to get some parts for my air duct system, these guys were very knowledgeable. Pointed me to exactly what I needed and gave me multiple suggestions and tips to get my job done. Very grateful!

This company is the worst when it comes to appriciating their employees. They are the company that will fire you on a dime when you put your all in daily.. Worst plumbing company ever.. And on top of it all they dont show up or call to reschedule they will ignore you like you never existed

I had one of their plumbers do some work for me his name was Antonio Ramirez but he was excellent he knew exactly what the problem was and he fixed it I would recommend this gentleman and this company anytime
