Their driver/plumber was using his cracked phone in heavy rush hour traffic on Western Avenue going 50 mph. Unacceptable to have employees driving with their phone in their hand, looking at their screen. He left his lane because he wasn't paying attention. I was able to snap a photo of him at the next red light with him still fully engrossed in his phone.

Clayton was extremely helpful. Not only teaching me about what was done wrong with our new house but also fixing the problem quickly. I couldn't be more please.

I will definitely recommend AKC Plumbing to my friends and family. They are very professional, their prices are reasonable and I had a Plumbing emergency and they squeezed me right in.

Fellows arrived on time, were friendly and explained each and everything. Made the needed repairs in a quick and efficient manor and cleaned up all messes. Price charged was more than fair. I would highly recommend them.

Had a clogged vent they put in a new vent everything great super job

Driving at 6:30 in the morning and I signaled to change lanes with plenty of room. A driver with this company not only sped up to prevent me from getting over but also flipped me off - completely without reason. Unfortunately, we were going the same direction so I then witnessed him swerving in and out of lanes without signaling and cutting off multiple other vehicles. Again, it was 6:30 am! I saw another review regarding this company's drivers behavior. Doesn't seem like safety or professionalism is a priority for this company.

I called to try to set up a appt to check my water heater. I let them know that their number was on the side of my water heater so i waned to call them first. A woman got on the phone and was not very nice and let me know they do not service habitat homes and that they did not know when my house was built and that it was not in their system. I am not sure what that would have to do with them coming out to look and or fix my water heater for money. I was not asking for a free hand out just trying to keep my equipment serviced by the company that put it in. I was very disappointed in their customer service.

Battled issue since Thanksgiving 2022. I have had another company at my house 7 times in 5 weeks. Today I called this company. It took less than 30 minutes to figure out the problem. Antonio was on time, kept me informed, worked late to fix my issue. I will definitely use them again!

I highly recommend this company to everyone!!! I was in desperate need of a plumber and called and spoke with the office, who was also very awesome customer service an he had the plumber there within a hour. Once the plumber got there he was right one the job an had it fixed in no time. An took the time to show my mother what our problem was . This company is #1 in my books

Absolutely wouldnt use for any reason. Rude aggressive drivers for starters.

This was the contractor my new home builder used for my house, and within the first year of owning the home, I've had to have my shower/bathtub and one of my toilets be fixed by third parties. AKC refused to take responsibility for an improperly installed shower that ended up cracking in multiple spots in the tub portion and the manufacturer had to hire someone else to come fix it. The plumber who fixed our toilet today stated that the toilet was not installed properly.

I definitely don’t recommend this company over priced an overcharge. The company is not very professional. The dispatcher also bashes people if they seem too do something or say they don’t like.
I’ve experience bad plumbers, bad plumbing companies, but I’ve never experienced one like this.. as you can see they just tore up my siding and refused to replace it..

I had high hopes on this plumbing company that was referred to me. Unfortunately, they do not guarantee their work. I sent them out to a rental to unstop the kitchen side of the house and they snaked the yard line, so within a week the kitchens overflowing again. While I have made 5 phone calls to have them go back out they still have not taken care of this. They agree to go back out, but keep making excuses on why they haven't. I can't afford to do business with a company that does not honor their work.

Would recommend Clayton he’s a very good and hardworking man, he did everything in a timely manner, made sure I knew what was going on and the steps needed to be taken to complete the task at hand, and was overall a big reason why I would recommend AKC to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Our property management company used AKC for a service request at our home that we are renting and Clayton (plumbing technician) was professional, friendly, and explained exactly what the issue was and how it was going to be addressed. It was resolved in a prompt and efficient manner!

I did not feel like a costumer here. First they said only time they would come out was 8-9am he got here at 8:45 he was super nice took off his shoes and fixed the leak under the sink that I was having. When I went back to use the sink the stopper wouldn’t lock, it’s new for me so I didn’t know how to fix it but they came back witch was nice of him, but when he got back he said he should’ve double checked but he was trying to be fast and get out of my hair. I never stood over him, I was in the other room letting him work doing house chores. I don’t want rushed work I want good work. And he was trying to be so quick he didn’t take off his shoes as a courtesy this time. I just feel disrespected and didn’t get the best costumer service.

7/24 company vehicle blocked my mailbox working at the new construction next to us so I didn’t get my mail today. They are disrespectful slamming doors that I hear from the other side of my house. Personally we’ve never seen them moving professionally or respectfully we will never use this company.

They called me back quickly and responded on site within the hour. I had 2 technicians on 2 separate days and spoke with the dispatcher ALL were professional, kind and courteous. They were knowledgeable and explained everything to me . I knew it was going to be a costly experience, but it is what it is. The entire team was amazing. I highly recommend them.
