I called in the early morning hours as my shower wouldn’t turn off. Q came to Yukon and fixed the issue for me while communicating with my landlord about what he was able to do. I can't recommend this plumber enough! He let me know when he was on his way or if he was running behind. He was punctual and very understanding. My water heater needed to be replaced, and Q did an excellent job installing the new one. He also ran a water line to my refrigerator. Q explained everything to me so I could understand the situation and gave me different options for payment. I will use this company for any and all future plumbing needs.

I recently bought a house and I asked for a new water heater and the owner agreed and bought one. Plumbworx installed the water heater. When I moved in the water heater wasn't working ( no fault on Plumbworrx )The owner himself came out twice and his brother came out 3 times with only the intention of getting me hot water and not costing me a fortune. I know this because they told me that. They stood by what they said. Who does that anymore? It's impossible to find customer service like that anymore! If your in need of a plumber don't hesitate to call Plumbworx. You will not be disappointed! We finally figured out what the problem was and they didn't even charge me!

Called this morning on water heater issues. Service was same day and seen within 2 hours. I was given options on what needed to be done and an accurate estimate on a new water heater. The new water heater was installed very quickly and all my questions were answered. I will use Plumbworx for all my future plumbing needs and will refer all my friends to them. Great company and very highly recommended!

After visiting with Josh from Direct Air (who installed my HVAC) I asked him if he knew a reliable, reasonably priced plumber. Turns out they also do plumbing. Marcus the plumber came out and replaced the closet flange that was leaking, however there was another issue with the toilet tank and the toilet needed to be replaced. I asked him if he would come back out after I purchased a new toilet, he agreed and didn’t even ask to be paid that day.
I purchased the new toilet and called the office to schedule the appointment. It was about 5:05pm (didn’t realize it was after 5) when I called. Brittany politely answered the phone and after telling her what I needed she said, give me just a minute to log into the scheduler and the appointment was set. Marcus and his assist came right out and completed the job in no time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and cleaned up any mess that the project created. I would highly recommend Direct Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Website say Free Estimate! but they want to charge you $85 to come out to do it. False advertising...very disappointed and untrustworthy from the get go. I will not recommend them to anyone.

These folks charged me more than the estimate they gave me. Were at the property maybe an hour probably less found no issue and charged me right at $400. I feel like I have been violated. Extremely upset over this. Will never ever use them again.

Was in high need of work done on a holiday and Dalton's plumbing was more than willing to help out. Didn't take to long to get here and made short work of the horrible clog that was destroying our toilet and tub. Very happy with the service. And would recommend anytime.

On June 26th, 2020, Dalton came by my house to look at my plumbing issue and to give me an estimate of the cost of the job. He asked for $85.00 to give me an estimate. I gave him the check and never heard back from him.

They are super helpful, nice and funny! They will answer all your questions and more and actually hold a conversation. They have now been out to my house 3 times (we are first time home owners). The first time was to help get our gas system up and going for inspection for the city. Second time was for a plumbing emergency which happened to not be an emergency but they were there the same day within a couple of hours of my phone call. Third time was to fix a mistake that we caused. They will definitely be our plumbers from now on
