I have used Dalton's plumbing for several years at several properties. Always professional, gets the job done right the first time! Highly recommended.

One of the few plumbers that are qualified to work on a tankless water heater. Mr. Dalton had our parts overnighted, and fixed the next day. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Even good at dealing with cranky customers! I highly recommend this company.

Dalton has been running a scam for over 5 years or longer. I had called him to come out for a bid to adjust & replace some plumbing fixtures in an add on. Dalton was out of town and sent 2 other guys. It took them over a month to produce a bid. Once they sent it over it was high and late. I told him thank you but we went another direction. He then started to charge me a service fee and added late fees. He then filed something in court outside of Oklahoma County (probably hoping I wouldn't fight it). He had a stack of previous clients he had on the court docket I was the only one that showed up. The judge threw out my case. If you research the company and Dalton himself you will find some interesting things and many previous clients that would happily share their experience.

Had them come out to fix an outdoor leaking faucet and potentially install some water filters. The quote for the water filters was nearly $2000 so I passed on that. After paying to fix the faucet it still leaked. I called back and was told they would reach back out to me. They never did so I had to call again. The plumber came back and fixed it but I wasted a lot of time. Also when you pay there is an option to tip!

Plumber Zack's annual checkup last week uncovered several systems needing replacement. So he returned twice this week, replacing my sump pump with one having a battery backup, and installing a new water softener. Other plumbing needs were addressed as well. Zack is extremely impressive: attentive, courteous, efficient, and careful to assure every area was cleaned up before left. Thank you, Zack, and thanks to Dalton's!

Dalton's repaired a water line to my frig and did a great job. They were able to do the job in a timely manner and the charge was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I have used Dalton several times in the past and yesterday. Even though I live far north OKC he travels from Moore, OK. Very accommodating, personal and friendly. I'll continue to use him.

Worse customer service ever. The customer service is programmed to say NO. I don't know how places like this are still open.
