Had another local group troubleshoot air conditioning and they said a full replacement system ($8000) was needed. Called HMS for second estimate and they isolated the issue and repaired for $92. We have been using them ever since for nearly three years now. Always prompt, always thorough, always polite, and always a reasonable and fair price. Nathan is the best!

I cannot recommend them enough!!! I’ve had them do 2 jobs for me and they were both done perfectly. The first job another well known Norman company quoted me $1500 “to start” which would take 10 hours. I called HMS and he did the whole job in 3 hours and charged $350. They’re so honest! I would never call another company.

I contacted HMS (new ownership) after thoroughly researching the type and brand of heat pump that i needed to replace my failed unit. They were quick to respond, very well-informed and gave me excellent options to work with. When it came to be the time to do the work, they sent a team of skilled technicians who worked in some difficult (and unexpectedly hot) attic spaces and got what we expected to be a 3-day job done in 1 day. They took away all of the boxes, the old unit, etc. and made the job look like how a brand-new install should look. I was not present for them to do the work because I had no problem believing that they would respect our living space and our belongings, which they certainly did. The price was fair, the work was outstanding and the communication was consistently great from start to finish. I only wish they did spray foam insulation (the next big project). The house was left clean, the work was outstanding and my confidence in HMS is very high and I gladly recommend them to others.

Jeremy knows what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable and can trouble shoot most any issue we have(had). He’s also very friendly and the kind of guy you could hang out with. Just a blessing to our business!!!

They installed our new AC unit 4 months ago. I love it. It is so quiet. Best part is my electric bill has dropped $100 a month for 4 months in a row! I'm on the average electric plan. HMS installed the previous unit 29 years prior. I am very pleased with my unit and the awesome service they give!
