HMS has taken great care of my plumbing and heating/air needs for the last several years. They have always done an excellent job at a fair price. Their service technicians been knowledgeable, reliable and friendly.

Jeremy did a great job updating our plumbing lines. He’s friendly, gets the job done, and the company is great with communications. Will be using them again for the next phase of our projects!

I hired HMS Plumbing to do some work on my home. I bought a new bathtub and they installed it and plumbed it in. This included redoing the drain and overflow. After they installed it, I noticed the overflow didn't look correct. I took off the cover and can see the rubber seal is sticking through the opening at the bottom, and the drain opening is too high. We had to cut into the wall behind the tub to verify the issue and can see light between the tub and seal, revealing a leak potential. I called and spoke to Terry, the owner and he said they would fix it; but would charge me for it. Why?! This was a service that should be covered under the first billing. If they plumb a drain, it shouldn't leak. He also explained that normally they don't take business for residential remodels and so took this job unknowingly. He said they only do commercial new construction and service. That doesn't make sense, since they had come over twice to do work at this point knowing it is a residential remodel. My review in regard to the lack of professionalism at HMS from the owner down, is that it can be improved. Customer service is lacking to state it bluntly and if our conversations would have been met with constructive resolution, this review would have a different emphasis. I was made to feel at fault for hiring HMS to do a job so I excused Terry and his team from coming back to my home to repair the poor workmanship and to finish the rest of the work needed.

HMS (Kristin) responded quickly, they sent me a high-skill technician (Nate) who I trusted with access to my home while I was away. He did the job well and was prompt with a follow up service that was needed that we discovered during the first call. Great company, but most importantly, great people.

We had our outdoor faucets converted to frost-free and we are so happy with the work that was done. No more worries about frozen pipes! Mike and Rocky have our highest recommendation.

Nate did a super job - we have use HMS Cool, Heating & Plumbing for many years have always received great service and highly recommend.

Kevin was so great! We just moved into to our older home and we are new to the area. The A/C hasn’t been very good at keeping our house cool and we weren’t sure what exactly the problem was. We ordered a quote for duct cleaning. When Kevin got here, he quoted us for the ducts as expected. Although, when we expressed the troubles we’ve had, he went above and beyond to help us figure what might be more of our problem. He was very personable and real with us. Not only for service recommendations but also activities to do in the area. Very grateful for the friendly service.

Paschal is by far the best home services(air/heating/plumbing) company in Oklahoma City metro. The first group that came to the house(Hull plumbing) charged an exorbitant price just to clear the plumbing line. They also informed me that the ONLY way to rectify the issue was to replace the entire backflow preventer, as he could not replace just the flap section. He lied. The Paschal tech(Gage) told me that they could get the needed component and it would 75% less the price the Hull quoted.
Would HIGHLY recommend Paschal!
