Kory did an excellent job today installing a whole-home surge protector. Such a personable guy and knows what he’s doing. Cost of the work was fair and transparent. Kory was also able to tell me about different options available for maintenance plans without any pressure to buy. Recommended!

More difficult because of the AI scheduling and I couldn’t really talk to a person and tell what I needed and wanted. When I got a text to ask a question I didn’t hear from anyone for 48 hours and it was a text not a person. Maybe I’m old school but I like the person to person communication.

Very professional. No pressure from the salesperson. Needed a new package gas unit and they installed it the next day in a handful of hours. The ameristar is a little louder than my previous unit. Caleb told me that was a downside to choosing the ameristar. I'm still happy with it and appreciate his honesty.

Blake was personable, super quick to address my problem and fixed my system almost immediately. I would assume Paschal isn’t the least expensive option, but they’re quick to respond and stand behind their work.

Paschal was able to get send out a rep the same day. The rep, Lucas Potts, was great to work with. He helped trouble shoot and work through a handful of potential issues with a number of solutions in mind at each step. He made an extra point to equip me as the homeowner with relevant information to the issues as well as mitigations from his past experience to help me make informed decisions going forward.

Kory was a huge help in evaluating our electric situation, sharing the options and going through any questions. He also recommended some helpful items for the future based on what he noticed while working. Would recommend him anytime to anyone needing electrical work!

Got a price quote from Kory, and I swear I saw sparks — not from the wiring, but from how shockingly fair the price was! ⚡️

He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to "charge" extra for my lack of electrical knowledge, and made me feel like I could actually understand volts from watts. I didn’t even need to flip a breaker to see the light.

Xavier came to my home late in the day, and I had only called a couple hours before—very prompt service. He was professional and knowledgeable. In the end there was no repair because the meter at the street couldn’t fully close. I had to call MWC public works to solve that problem before Xavier can proceed. I paid the truck service fee. When he returns I pay only a modest difference for the repair whenever MWC fixes the meter/supply valve situation.

Everything about this company is good. Service was on target. They did what they said they would do on time and on price. Both guys who came to do the work were very friendly, knew their stuff. I like this company.

I have been using Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric for several years now and it has been the best referral to a company that I have ever received. They have always been very professional and helpful. I have appreciated the feeling that they are not so interested in getting to the next job that they don't have time to talk to me about what they are doing, and to answer my questions.
Today, they installed a new A/C, furnace, and water heater. Along with the new equipment, they installed new conduit, fuse box, and furnace flue. Many other companies would have used the old infrastructure, but Paschal included it as part of the service. The supervisor told me that "When customers spend this kind of money to have a job done, they expect it to look good as well as work correctly. Aesthetics are important to me".
Dillon, Reese, Cortt, and Lucas did a fantastic job and I look forward to using Paschal far into the future.

I hired Kory to install a simple GFI outlet on my patio and accidentally witnessed the Avengers: Endgame of electrical work.

He arrived, took one slow look at the house, nodded like he just accepted a mission from headquarters, and got to work with the calm confidence of a man who has personally told lightning to relax. No guessing. No drama. Just pure, surgical precision. Before I knew it, I was like a child wanting to grow up and be an electrician. I couldn’t help it, I actually found myself asking to be his young Padawan to learn the ways of his pure electrical force. The emperor has nothing on Kory.

At one point I’m pretty sure the electricity started behaving better just because Kory was nearby. The installation was so clean and professional I feel like the outlet should have its own LinkedIn profile now.

I plugged in my phone to test it and it charged faster out of respect. The snow melted, Birds chirped, Butterflies came out and the breeze hit different. My patio now feels like it’s running on premium electricity. I’m pretty sure the electrons are now lining up politely and clocking in early.

If electricity had a customer service hotline, it would route every call directly to Kory.If you need electrical work and don’t call him first, you are willingly choosing chaos. Kory has the focus of someone who has stared directly into the sun and said, “Not today.” And made the sun pee a little.

12/10. I will absolutely invent future electrical projects just so I can hire Kory again. ⚡

Blake came out for a maintenance visit. He was very polite and professional. He gave us explanations of what he did as well as his recommendations. The office called soon after he left to schedule a follow-up visit. We would highly recommend Paschal to anyone.

My husband chose Paschal Plumbing based on their good reviews on Google. Our garbage disposal was leaking and was replaced quickly by Lucas P. He also checked a bathtub faucet that has a problem and he ordered a part so it can be repaired when the part arrives. Lucas was knowledgable, professional and had a great personality.
