Stacy is great! He cleaned a rug and carpet on the stairs for me. He was kind and professional and reasonably priced!

Fantastic cleaning, called on a Wednesday and they were able to come out just a few days later. Stacey was very friendly and did a thorough cleaning of our tile and carpet. We had Stanley steamer out a few months ago and were not impressed. Clean and dry did much better job and went above and beyond. I will definitely be calling back next time we need our floors cleaned.

Stacy did a great job at our apartments clubhouse couches. They were all covered in pink powder and stains from a tenants gender reveal party and he cleaned them all off at an affordable price! Would definitely recommend.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Clean and Dry since 2009. They just finished a property for me in Downtown OKC. They've done apartments and single family homes for me- their quality of work is ALWAYS top tier! It doesn't matter if its a carpeted room, tile or area rugs - the work is always thorough. Im in Tulsa now and used a Tulsa company that was absolutely terrible. Clean and Dry- ever thought of expanding to the Tulsa area???

We are new to the area and wanted to have our carpets cleaned prior to completely unpacking all of our belongings. We called around to a few places and we chose clean and dry because they had great reviews, we wanted to support a local business, and they offered a military discount. Even with the discount, they were a little more than some of their competitors, but based on everything else we decided to give them a chance.

I called and got a quote from Kathy (who is extremely nice and helpful). When I called back to schedule, there was some confusion on the original quote not including a hallway we had discussed so she said she would include the hallway at no cost. The owner, Stacy, showed up to our home, and as we were doing the walkthrough I mentioned the hallway and confusion. He said that he heard the phone calls, agreed they were confusing, and said it’s normally 30 for the hallway but he would do it for free if we wanted him to. I agreed since that was what we were quoted, and he said, “You know what, I don’t want to do any of it.” When I asked what he meant, he said he doesn’t work for free and said he was leaving.

I was confused since he offered to do it for free, but he walked out. I don’t know if he was in a bad mood already, but that is terrible customer service and he was extremely rude to my wife and I. There were so many other ways to handle the situation. My wife and I had moved all of our stuff out of the rooms and had our kids sleep downstairs so he would have plenty of room to work and since we wouldn’t be able to access the rooms until they dried. Had he tried to talk to me about it we probably could have up with a solution, but he refused to do anything at that point. I called Kathy back and she said she would try to figure out what was going on, but I never heard anything back. I would recommend finding someone else to clean your carpets.

Stacy arrived early, calling first to make sure it was alright. He was friendly and professional and started on my couch and recliner. They look brand new again! Next, he cleaned the 30-year-old carpet and did a fantastic job! After that, he went to worl on my tile and grout. Some was only a year old, but my entryway is 30-years-old. Now, they all look new!

I've used Clean and Dry Carpet Cleaning service twice and I have to say hands down the best carpet cleaning company out there. Very respectful of your time and upfront with everything. Doesn't try to upsell you on products you don't need. I have an older dog who as accidents and 2 younger boys and you can't even tell there were stains in the carpet after he was done cleaning it. Called for service and they responded with a call back after a few minutes. They scheduled time and date. On the day of they sent text with notification they were on the way and arrived on time. After inspection of rooms the quote was the same as the estimate. Carpets were cleaned and looked great. Professional service at a great price. Will continue to call on them for sure: 👍

Clean & Dry is AMAZING!! I called yesterday for an estimate and they got me in today!! They showed up right on time, had fanfreakingtastic communication, totally removed all the pet stains my son’s dogs left on my 2 year old carpet and then put a treatment on it to help protect it. All in all, Stacy was only here for about 50 minutes to get this beautiful job done ant a great price! All the stains came up and my carpet looks pretty and new again. Oh yea, it smells wonderful to boot!! I couldn’t be happier!!

Stacy has been my go-to carpet cleaner for nearly four years. I’ve never had anything close to just an average experience with him. He’s a wonderful person who will go above and beyond for his customers. I have three dogs-one with a condition that causes incontinence-so it’s safe to say I’ve called them out many times in the last few years, and have had carpets, rugs, furniture, and even mattresses cleaned repeatedly. He’s very reasonably priced, as well. I couldn’t begin to recommend them enough.

This is the company to use. Showed up on time. Carpets look amazing. House smells fresh. The best thing is the kitchen tile looks like it was installed brand new today!

They had no problem with short notice (less than 24 hours) and were very professional. We’d had bad pet odors and they are completely gone along with all the stains, the carpet looks great! He also gave great advice for what to do in the future to avoid pet odors so the carpets won’t require cleaning again for a very very long time.

Google doesn’t show a location but don’t let that make you feel like it’s sketchy at all. I highly recommend them!

Edit: turns out the smells in our carpet were very deep from previous tenants. The smells came back after a couple days and the cleaners came back and did a second cleaning for FREE. It’s now been 2 months since then and the smells have stayed away.

Stacy was quick to respond and he did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet in our fellowship hall for our church! If we need more cleaning, definitely will use him again! Thank you so much Stacy!!

The steam cleaning process he used was top tier, from pretreating to extraction and even some protectant at the end.

The carpet is an entire different color that I forgot about after years of dirt, and its consistent and clean again without stain spots.

One of these photos isn't fully dry, but trust me this was the best money I spent on in-store improvements this year so far.

Exceptional service! Stacy did an amazing job refreshing the very soiled carpets in my teenager’s room, provided advice on how to repair the damaged areas, how to spot treat for future cleaning needs. Highly recommend!
