My husband and I have had piers installed on the entire exterior of our house by American Leveling and couldn't be happier with the quality of work and their customer service! The job was divided into 3 sessions over the course of 7 years, so we have had multiple experiences with the company and have been thoroughly pleased every time. All of the staff from the receptionists and scheduling staff to the man who gives the estimate and the actual work crew are professional, polite, and incredibly competent. The work crew arrives on time, explains the work plan, keeps us informed of their progress, and cleans up thoroughly when finished. We have had a lot of work done on our house, and this company does an exceptional job of minimizing the hassle that comes with having a project done. We feel confident this is the best foundation company around, and we are happy to give them our highest recommendation!

The crew that came to my house to repair my foundation were Awesome!! The team lead, Luke, may be one of the nicest most considerate service person I have worked with. Very considerate and friendly. The crew was very professional, they didn't waste time, were fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with the work. Great experience.

I have had Ram Jack work on my foundation 4 times. Juan Barrios was the foreman the last 3 times. He is the most pleasant and professional man I have had the pleasure to work with.

I contacted four different companies to come give me quotes on our foundation issues and after a lot of research I decided on American Leveling. I found Chuck, our salesman, to be very informative and professional. Veronica, in the office, was quick to get us on the schedule and made sure we didn't have any questions. The financing options were great and easy to complete. And most importantly, Luke and his crew arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. Luke also answered any questions I had and took the time to explain everything to me. I am very pleased with the work and highly recommend American Leveling.

Let me tell you, foundation repairs are not fun, so the company you hire better know what they're doing. Our house started sinking and needed piers on the outside stem wall and a few under our slab. We had 3 doors not opening and cracks started showing up, all this within a 5 month period. We called out American Leveling and all is well now. Bobby diagnosed the problem quickly and Luke and his team did an awesome job while they were out. The owner, Doug, even stopped by for a second opinion on the interior to make sure we got the right number of piers. They took great care of our landscaping, front porch, and interior. They make sure they clean up and that everything looks as close to how it did before the repairs as possible. Foundation repairs are invasive and stressful, they can require drilling, concrete and carpet removal, digging, and lots of high-powered machines. So, make sure you have a company that knows what they're doing, has been in business a while, backs their warranties, and doesn't leave a bigger mess than when they started. You owe it to yourself and your house to make sure it's done right the first time so that you don't cause yourself a ton of headaches later. Call American Leveling and get quality piers installed by knowledgeable technicians.

I've used American Leveling for maybe 10 or 15 years. Always professional. Have readjusted piers now and again as needed without delay or complaint. The workmen are courteous, clean up after they are done, and do a great job taking care of my house. They've installed 4 or 5 piers at a time every couple of years when a new crack appears somewhere. To date, all but one corner of my house has been lifted/supported. Honestly, it absolutely bites to have to spend money doing this, but I have to say, I'm incredibly happy that those many years ago, after vetting 3 other companies, I met and chose Doug & AL because i could tell he wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't need.
Recently, my slab collapsed in my kitchen and dining room.(independent of my footing/foundation repairs) Thankfully, while installing the interior piers, the crew chief, Juan, recognized the problem. It was my rusted out HVAC plenum that had literally collapsed and blown the sand out from under my slab and caused a huge cavern underneath and led to a cave in. I had a 2 inch gap between slab and baseboards) and Juan hooked me up with a company that could rebuild it. Insane, and I hated every bit of it but again, very thankful that I had AL. They truly looked after us and I felt they did us a solid on the pricing for all the work they had to do start to finish. By they way, and I know they couldn't guarantee this, but when they were done lifting and installing piers, the slab, everything came perfectly back into place. I had 3 doors that wouldn't latch closed and I assumed i would have to make some adjustments when they were done but all 3 of then work perfectly now. Obviously, they couldn't guarantee they could do that every time, but nevertheless, I'd say they did outstanding work.

After having another company do some foundation repair that failed, and never getting any warranty satisfaction from the first company, I chose to call American Leveling. Doug Dennison came personally to my house to provide the quote. I knew after spending an hour with Doug, that American Leveling knows what they are doing and will be around and available if I ever have problems with their work.
Luke and his crew came out when they said they would and communicated very well. Did an exceptional job of cleaning up and making sure I was satisfied before they finished. It was obvious that their experience and expertise was far above our previous contactor.
At this point in time I am very pleased and would recommend. I had numerous piers installed and watched as the piers were pushed over 20’ down into solid. The first company only went about 12 feet and their piers failed within a year.

I had an amazing experience with Ram Jack. Chuck was a great consultant who came out to assess my problem. He gave me great advisement about checking to see if my home warranty would cover it. While my warranty denied the claim, they did pay for an engineer to officially diagnosis the problem and it was exactly what Chuck thought it was so it shows he is extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated his honesty and kindness. Ram Jack came to the rescue and fixed my house up quickly. The day of the repair Juan and his fantastic team worked in the freezing cold to get my piers in. They even graciously let me watch what they were doing, told me about what was happening in a way I understood, and let me ask questions so I could learn more. They worked hard and diligently and the work area after barely looked like it have even been worked on (except for the obvious dirt dug spots that you’d expect). I was so very impressed with Juan and his kindness to me. I would highly recommend Ram Jack to anyone.

Ram Jack went above and beyond our expectations! From getting the estimate to the completion of our project was probably the most seamless transactions we have encountered. The supervisor on the project called with an approximate time they would be at our house and they were here exactly on time. The supervisor kept me abreast of everything that was happening and why it was happening. As well as any changes that needed to be made. The crew was friendly and efficient. In addition, it would be difficult for anyone not living here to even know that we had work done. They repaired and cleaned up better than any company we have encountered. We highly recommend Ram Jack!

Communication throughout the project was exceptional. Beyond friendly/helpful office staff from the beginning to end & the project manager kept me informed me of progress milestones & any adjustments to the timeline, ensuring there were no misunderstands. They also were very responsive to my questions & concerns, addressing them promptly & courteously!
Overall impressed with this company as a whole.

Overall disappointed in this company they didn't specify what all needed to be done. We end up dealing with the same issues and more. We bought 8 piers then 5 more and thought and was told it was going to fix the problems, like doors being stuck close and detachments etc...but we are right back where we started. We cant use one of our bathrooms with the continuous cracking. We even recommended the to someone who needed help with their home and they came back to us complaining about the same issues and more damage than before.

Luke and his crew did an excellent job in our home. They were all very professional, polite, knowledgeable and diligent. They protected our furniture, sealed off the rooms they worked in to minimize dust and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend this company and this crew in particular!

We have a covered patio with 8x8 supports at the corners, away from the house that this cover is attached to. The concrete cracked so I knew I have some settling. The Helical pier was the perfect solution and wan’t proposed by anyone else. Was very glad I called them. They completed the job in 1/2 day which was less than estimated. Good crew, they cleaned everything up, and very satisfied with the result. We enjoy not having to worry about further settling or structural damage to our house.

I’m a real estate agent that recommended American Leveling to my client. Needless to say there were some problems with the wood floors after the screw jacks were installed but Doug, the owner, and his crews went above and beyond to fix the floor! The work they did and all the extra efforts on their part ended up giving my client a near PERFECT floor. They made several trips to the property and at no additional expense to my client made it right. I will always recommend this company any chance I get! You can really count on these guys to deliver top-notch work and customer service.

I had some concerns about the back of my house and patio that seemed like it was settling. Bobby came out right after a major holiday and gave me some great information, advice along with a fair detailed estimate. He was very professional and polite and was even able to deal with my very hyper if friendly dogs.

Working with American Leveling has been great! Amazing customer service! We have had them come out to give an estimate twice, and both times they have were able to come out the same week I called. And both times they have bent over backwards to get us on the schedule within a reasonable time. This last time we needed repairs done right before closing on our house and they really went above and beyond to fit us in the week I called. I didn't expect that service and am so thankful for their team! The job they did was done so well can't even find the cracks that we know were there! Fully recommend Ram Jack American Leveling.

We only use Ramjack OKC. They’ve done two jobs for us - great work! Chuck Denison has been the one to come out to inspect our house every time. He’s honest about things that don’t need to be fixed and stuff that does. They have great employee retention and their prices are the best up against any other company. And their company has been in business since 1936 - family owned. I highly recommend them.

Ram Jack was super helpful and a pleasure to work with! Chuck came out to my home, was very knowledgeable explaining everything that needed to happen and gave me step by step details how the process works from start to finish. When the crew came out to do the install they were very friendly and did a very quick job. They only needed a 2ft x 2ft hole to put the piers and were mindful to place them around any plants to do as little damage to my yard as possible, while still getting the job done correctly. They even sealed all signs of cracking in the morter, doing such a good job I can't even tell where the cracks were before. It has been about a month since install and everything seems to be in order, no new cracks or any unexpected damage! I would highly recommend this company.

Luke and his team were excellent! Extremely fast, safety, conscious, and very good to his employees. RamJack is also very competitive. I honestly assumed with all the ads that they would charge considerably more than their competition. That is definitely not the case. I had three bids done and on a per pier price they were lower than one and within $$ of the other . The customer service is what made me choose them. Luke even explained to me what they were going to be doing as they were doing it. Very attentive to detail, everything looks great.

Definitely would work with again. Going to recommend to friends and family.

My only regret is not asking for a ram jack hat
