I highly recommend Ram Jack, by American Leveling in OKC. They are honest and quote "only" what is absolutely needed to take care of the problem. Also, the pier installation team kept us informed and worked efficiently to complete the job. The company is run by people who really care about their customers. Every time I have called, a "real" human answers, who is able to answer my questions or handle my request. Thank you Chuck and Ram Jack for the personalized and professional services you provided.

We have used Ram Jack 2x for our home! First one about 2 years ago, and more recently in Feb 2025. The work has been fantastic and has solved our issues. Not to mention the warranty- adding value to our property if/when we sell. I wanted to share my great experience with RamJack Leveling Co. There is nothing more anxiety-provoking than dealing with house issues that you have no idea about. The countertops in our kitchen had moved about 3 inches away from the wall, and there was also some cracking of the driveways, etc. I was worried that there was a foundation issue and called RamJack. Jerry rang my doorbell at exactly 11am, our scheduled time. He was friendly and professional and proceeded to check my countertops and then thoroughly checked outside and everywhere else inside. He then asks me if I wanted the good news or the bad. I said, the bad. He tells me that the bad news is that he isn't gonna make any money today. I smile and ask for the good news and he said he fixed my countertops. He had moved them back, as they simply had moved out due to not being attached down. I was ecstatic, as I was expecting to have to spend thousands to repair the foundation. I wouldn't have known any better if he told me that was the case. Jerry even took the time to educate me on what signs he looks for that signal foundation issues and showed me examples of what that would look like at various sites in my house. This further assured me that everything was good. In this world where people are just chasing profits and not looking out for their fellow humans, it's good to know good people are still out there. Bobby Waldron came out for my free estimate and walked through all of our concerns, none of which ended up being foundational. He was professional and helpful AND he dolidn't talk down to me (a woman). He treated me as an equal. He took time to explain why these things were happening and gave me pointers to fix them. Will definitely call them in the future if needed. One of the few honest companies left that dont't charge you just to come out and don't try to sell things you don't need. Even told me about fixes I might be told we would need for our issues that are not necessary.i cannot recommend them enough!

Had 6 piers installed and they were very professional and quick. Luke and his team were honest, full of energy and had great vibes all around. Recently, we had some foundation repair. We had a wonderful experience with Ram Jack and representative Walker Matthews. He was very professional, took the time to evaluate, explain the process and answer questions. The service didn't stop there though. He even helped us after the job was complete. The crew that came out to work were great too and made sure every step of the process was explained as they did it and left everything cleaned up. I would recommend them to anyone.

Professional, knowledgeable work! I had been noticing signs of foundation and slab failure in my home for a while. When I called American Leveling, Ram Jack OKC they gave me a thorough evaluation and bid. 4 of my piers had to be installed inside my home. They made several visits before starting work to explore all possible methods to minimizing the amount of interior wood flooring that would be damaged and require replacing as my flooring had been discontinued and my on-hand-planks were limited. I was so pleased with the care they took with the interior, the damage to the existing wood was minimal! I chose American Leveling Ram Jack OKC because of their reputation, lifetime guarantee and the personal recommendation of someone else who had recently used them. But I was blown away by the care and results of the interior work!

They came to do an inspection on my foundation. I am single and own my home and put this off for fear of how expensive I knew it could be. Bobby was prompt and professional. It was a great experience because he was honest with me about any possible issues we may have in the future, but he didn't try to sell me on something we didn't really need. I will be calling them back in the future if we have concerns about our foundation. I feel as though they are a company we can trust.

One of the few foundation companies that do the job correctly. They won’t sell you something you don’t need, and they know exactly what they’re doing. Though I hope to never need them again, I’ll gladly give them my business a second time.

I contacted Ram Jack American Leveling to repair the foundation for my elderly aunts. These guys were amazing. Chuck explained everything and made the whole process easy. Luke and his crew did a great job. They covered furniture and walls to limit the amount of dust and dirt. They even cleaned up everything after the job was done. They were very patient and respectful with my aunt asking questions and sometime getting in their way. I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company.

We had concerns about some settling. We have a sloped backyard and have a retaining wall around one corner of our house. I called another company and that company (no names) was a little pushy and i felt like they were trying to over sale. I called Ramjack and Bobby came out. He was super honest, told me to watch it for a while but eventually it would probably need piers. I told him, no i want to do it before issues. Crew came out, did an amazing job. Super efficient, courteous and just bad ass. I watched the whole time (because i like to learn) and they had no issues with that. I am in the service industry and this company and these crews are top notch. 110% recommend without hesitation.

Consulted with Bobby today on foundation issues on our house. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining how to get to the root issue and fix things the right way for the long term. No quick cheaper fix (like we were sold from another foundation repair company) but doing it right. Wish we would have used them the first time and gotten it fixed correctly. Now we will have to spend even more to get it done right.
