Try to get a quote on a job the owner Tim seems like he’s on math .he has a very bad attitude and likes to yell and scream a lot I do not recommend this place for any type of job that you need.

This guy is scum totally ripped me off. Hell the concrete is cracked at his own personal building. He treats people like dirt. I wouldn't let this guy touch anything of mine!
-
I recently bought a building from AAA Construction. The building was everything I wanted and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them, and would use them again.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend. Not only is communication very poor but we put a deposit down on a building and when they couldn’t meet our deadline and couldn’t get it approved by the historical society, they kept the deposit and we are out $4000 and no building to show for it.

Tim berry is the most unprofessional person i have ever met. He is very rude and doesnt care at all about his customers. I do not know how he is still in buisness. Very shady work, poor quality, and a horrible person.

had tim build my house, when he was in the process of it, at th time he hadn't ran the line to the septic tank & one of the toilets were leaking he kept telling me it wasn't & then I had mold on the sheetrock in one of the rooms ,then when he came to fix the mold he told me it was probably where the toilet was leaking, I said that's what I've been telling you It was for 2 months ,anyway back to the house, 1800 square feet & it takes him almost a year to build it, basically tim is an idiot, after he got my house built, I found out he's been on in your corner 2 times

They are honest, perfectionest, that are very efficient with their work! I had, a building with several custom changes, a lot of dirt work, and a specific time schedule to work with! And these men, pulled off a very successful, wonderful looking addition to my property! And when they finished, the job site was very clean

The building was already on my property when I bought it. The building 20x30 shop, was about 9-12 months old when I bought my house. The fit was horrible. They used 2x4 fasteners on 2x6 boards. The fit and finish was horrible. Boards are separating from shop, one corner has dropped about 3 inches. The lean to that's attached is separating from the shop. I have no clue how this company stays in business to be honest. I have spent thousands trying to fix this building. Honestly I wish I would have torn the building and had the concrete ripped up and just started over. Too late now though I can only keep fixing all their screw ups. The concrete for the driveway and shop floor is cracking and splitting and in some places sinking. The pour is so uneven from 1" thick to the thickest being only 3.5 I ches horrible quality.

Recently had AAA construction build me 30x40x12 building. They where able to build my building to my satisfaction. The owner and his crew where very polite and answered any questions I had. Over all they did a great job. I'm very satisfied and loving my building. Thank you AAA construction. Will recommend to my friends and family. 👍

The owner of this company is an absolute piece of work. He cut corners throughout the build process and we had to have him correct several issues with our building. He installed the header over a foot too low and then wanted to argue with me stating that you needed one foot of overlap for the garage door to seal. After he raised the header, he overlapped the side trim, instead of cutting a new piece and made terrible (visible) cuts to the adjacent metal surrounding the garage door which left huge gaps. When asked to correct it, the owner told me that this was "his choice, not mine" and acted like a complete idiot and was insulting with his words. He later threatened legal action against me, threatened to "blow up my wife's phone", threatened to call my employer and file a complaint (I am in law enforcement) because he had not received a check, which had been sent to him over a week before. We also witnessed him talking to his employees like absolute trash (we truly felt sorry for them). I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy and would highly recommend you do your research on the owner.

Initially I believe I gave them a roaring review, I should have waited. Lets go beyond the cracked concrete (stamped and stained of course) a month after the installation and no recourse to cosmetically fix. Lets go on to the outdoor drain trap that was suppose to be capped with a copper fixture but was buried under dirt and concrete rock formation for the steps. Lets talk about the realigned sprinkler head under the bush that didn't get placed where it would water the lawn but rather the underside of the bush. I'm not saying the Company is not worth looking into, just don't let them tell you how it needs to be done and it'll be ok, no problems later on. Do diligence researching your project contractors. Oh and one other thing, they rewired the sprinkler solenoid valves and placed the wires right under the new sod where any Airation will cut the lines...as it did. Cost me an additional $300 I requested Tim to remove all photos of the job they did for our home from their promotional for the business. I will be checking in the near future.

Tim, the owner was on-site the whole time making sure the building was built right. He listened to my input as to what I wanted and allowed me to make my own design features as it was built. They cleaned up after the work was done and did a great Job.

From the first time I spoke with Tim, I instantly liked him! He truly personifies the old fashioned values I admire so much such as honesty and hard work. I love that all the work performed by AAA Construction is completed by their employees and they stand behind that work. I've known too many people swindled by unlicensed out of town contractors you can never get a hold of again. I highly recommend AAA Construction for building and concrete services. 5 stars!

I recently bought a 40X50X10 building from AAA Construction. They did an amazing job. My husband and I are very satisfied with the building. Tim answer all of our questions from start to end. The delay was the only issue we had, but Tim was honest and did mention it to us before we decided to buy the building. Over all AAA Construction did an amazing job. Thank you AAA Construction my husband and I are very satisfied with your work.

WOW, what a beautiful buiding Tim and his crew buillt to add to our beautiful home. From the time I met Tim at the state fair to the finished product, it had been a sincere pleasure doing business with him.
Once the concrete was poured, 3 days later the building process began. Bob the builder was always there to help erect our builing every step of the way. The framing went up in about two hours and then the metal work happened over the next two days. The building took shape pretty quickly and I started to see my investment before my eyes. Before we knew it the garage door installer from Pit Crew Garage Doors arrived and did an awesome job with our new door.
The only and I mean only suggestion I might have is the crew needs to walk aroung the building and the area with a magnet to pick up any nails or screws. No one would like to get those in a car or lawn mower tire. Also smoothing out the dirt from construction after completion of the building for preperation of sod or grass seed.
I would recommend Tim Berry with AAA construction to whomever asks me where out building came from. He is a salesman with a great personality and will fix anything asked of him. So if you see something and you are very picky like my wife and I just tell Tim and I know for a fact he will fix it. Thank you so much. Kevin & Sonyia -
Tim Berry, owner of AAA Construction, stole my downpayment for construction of a metal building and refused to give it back after 8 months, without ever starting the construction process. I sued him in civil court, won the Judgment against him with overwhelming evidence that he committed fraud and breached the contract, and he still refuses to give back the money the Court has ordered him to return. I want to warn others not to do business with AAA Construction or Tim Berry because he defrauds customers, and will not even follow a Court order to reimburse money.

Im still in love with my driveway! Two years later.
They responded really fast and quoted me the same day, I can’t wait to get my basketball court done next week! Im also getting a quote for my mother-in-laws driveway because she was soo amazed by ours.
Easiest construction company iv dealt with hands down. Bilingual/family owned and professional! -
They did amazing work at two of my properties!
First house: They built a patio for me, did the plumbing of all my drains and sprinklers in the area and fixed my flooding problem that I was having by sloping it down to the drains. They added a curved patio extension for my grill/sitting area. - was extremely happy with their work that on my next house I needed an extension for a swim spa I hired them again!
They used extra rebar to secure the concrete for the weight of the spa. Leveled it perfectly! Rerouted my sprinklers and extended the pipes for my sewage access. Once again they did amazing work! -
We absolutely love what Revival has done for our back yard!!!!!! Brander and Jocelyn have built a wonderful company, with top-notch crew that produces beautiful outdoor spaces. We’ve been watching Revival’s work for a year, looking at all the before/after photos of other projects, and when we finally had Brander over to give us an estimate he could see our “vision” and he had more ideas to make our patio extra functional. We knew Revival was right ones to make our dream back yard a reality for us. All the unique aspects, the precise measurements, excellent communication, and even the clean-up afterwards is much appreciated. Everyone worked so hard! Thank you very much! We look forward to having Revival do more projects for us in the future.
